Peverell Brothers

"Once there were brothers three, who were walking along a long winding road at twilight, they came to a river which was far too dangerous to cross over, however since they were wizards they gave a simple wave of their wands and made a bridge grow from the side of the bank they were on.

Yet before they could cross a black hooded figure crossed the bridge and into their path. Death. Death was his name. he felt cheated over this but death was cunning and he congratulated them on their display of magical talent and to each he promised a gift for being so clever to evade his capture of them.

To Antioch Peverell the oldest of the three brothers asked for a wand that could beat all others and so Death picked a branch from a tree near by them and turned it into a formidable wand within seconds.

To Cadmus Peverell the middle brother wanted to show he had bested Death even more so than his eldest brother so asked for the power to recall loved ones who'd had passed on and so death plucked a random stone from the river depths and handing it to the brother he then turned his attention to the youngest brother.

The third brother Ignotus asked to leave the meeting and never to be followed to by Death again to which he was given a cloak cut from Death's very own.

Antioch Peverell had killed a man who he had fought with bragging of the wand of Death who he has gifted, he was slain that very night and so Death claimed the first of the three.

Cadmus Peverell returned to his home and summoned up the girl he had once wished to marry before her sudden death and she appeared before him but yet she grew sad as she did not belong in the Wizarding World any longer so if she were to stay within his very realm he then decided to follow her into hers and so Death claimed the second of the three.

For Ignotus Peverell well Death searched and searched but he was hidden under the gift he was gifted, it wasn't until he was willing to shed his fantastic cloak passing it down to his very own child, his son that he allowed Death to finally take him greeting Death as if he was a dear friend."

I'll just leave this here for the time being I think I'll use it later and everything it just a wonderful little story within a story.
