Today was the day, the day where Severus would either keep or lose his son, his perfect boy, his baby. He didn't want to bring the boy here but he had to, this involved him as much as Severus in that matter.

On one side sat Severus with Harry, by default Otiz in his teenage form and their lawyer one Tomas Marvolo Sötétség ((Tom Riddle! Yay he's in the book finally)) their friends and family sat behind them, Draco and Blaise close enough to reassure him if needed.

Otiz had promised to behave himself and not go all demon on anyone, he sat there in a suit that he was forced to wear, it wasn't even in his colours, it was black of all things!

Out raged wasn't the word for what he felt at the moment, he looked like a blue haired Severus!

Harry sat in the middle of the table in a dark green shirt and black trousers and shoes, Severus you guessed it black... the bat was in full mode!

On the other side sat Dumbledore in a grotesque robes of snot yellow green with bright purple Patten's that changed every so often and his lawyer, who was a Squib who no one really cared for their name and if it was said they completely forgot it.

Behind them sat Ron, Ginny and Hermione all in their school uniform as Dumbledore thought that they had to come along for no reason what so ever.

Otiz growled but only Harry and Severus heard but stopped when Amelia Bones entered and sighed she had no reason why this was taking place as everything that she had seen was in fall working order.

Sadly as the court was called she had to play it out, with a sigh she called court.

"Court case of one Hadrian Jameson Severus Snape and Severus Tobias Snape vs. Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore HSSSAD- 264726 has come to court, date is November 16th, time is 10am".

"Please state attorney's"

Tom Riddle stood up and introduced himself, he looked like nothing like he used too, for one he looked to be in his late forties early fifties, his hair was a a soft dark brown almost black with some specks of grey and his dark eyes glowed with life.

"I am Tomas Marvolo Sötétség" and he sat down once Amelia nodded in his direction, then she turned to Albus attorney.

"Bancroft Kenelm Harrington" and he too sat down, he so didn't want to be there as his client had threatened him and his family that if he didn't help he would loose his family, his twins!

"It has come to the courts attention that one Albus Dumbledore has state claim over one Harry James Potter as his magical guardian but due to the paperwork given to said court, the person no longer exists!"

This made everyone in the court room gasp, the boy sitting next to the potions master looked nothing like Harry Potter so who was the boy? and why did Albus as for an unknown boy to a court that was to do with Harry Potter.

"Harry Potter is sitting right there! Next to the bat!" shouted Ginny making everyone look at her, she was what twelve what was a student doing here?

"Quiet Miss...."

"Weasley soon to be Mrs Harry James Potter" and she stuck her nose up in the air.

"You have lost your say completely after we delay with you after trying to kill young Mister Snape, so I would kindly ask you sit down before I make good on my promise at your court case" said Amelia, making the girl sit down.

"As I was saying die to evidence that was giving to the court as well as Mister Harrington, Mister Potter has been adopted by Severus Snape on the 6th August last year" everyone looked to Harry who looked to be shaking in his seat making Severus hug him as well as Otiz.

"To be honest I don't even know why we are here everything seems to be in complete order, I would like to pass round the file to the court so then that can see" and she held a file which was labeled with both Harry's birth name as well as his adopted name and the court case number.

As everyone looked over the file, some having to re-read everything their anger grew towards the Headmaster! How could he let this happen to the boy!

As it passed over to Tom or Tomas as he was calling himself at that moment was still shocked at what the thirteen year old boy had gone threw yes he tried to kill him when he was only fifteen months old but still this was over kill!

Harry would have died if it wasn't for Severus going and checking on the poor boy, and that was if Poppy hadn't of brought it to his attention!

Albus couldn't and wouldn't care for the boy, thank Merlin that the Dursley's weren't there at that moment on time as he was trying to his who he was and if he killed them now they would know who he truly was.

"Mister Sötétség if you could share your views as I don't think we need anymore evidence due to what we have here" said Amelia to the court room who all nodded in agreement.

"Very well Madam Bones but please call me Tomas..." and he smiled at her, she nodded and he continued.

"Well my client or should I say clients have such harsh treatment by Mr Dumbledore due to not checking up on young Mister Snape.

If it wasn't for his father young Mister Snape would have been killed but his ex relatives it had taken Madam Pomfrey weeks to get the boy healed throughout his life if young my client Mister Snape was at at the receiving end of the abuse he was given by said ex relatives.

When my client young Mister Snape lost his biological parents at the age of fifteen months due to who he may not be named and then placed with his ex relatives on that cold Halloween night he would have died then.

As you can see within the file the abuse he suffered from the time he was with his ex relatives all the way up to to last year when he was adopted not once did Mister Dumbledore check on young Mister Snape.

I find it horrible grotesque in fact that one Albus Percival wulfric Brian Dumbledore could not be asked to check on Hadrian Jameson Severus Snape I think it's in my clients best interest that stays with Severus Tobias Snape and not go back with his ex relatives" and he sat back down.

Amelia look towards Albus who was starting to sweat he did not want this he, wanted the brat to go back to the Dursley's that's all that matters to him and so he looked to his attorney who was now sweating and starting to hyperventilate he knew he wouldn't win this case he knew new he would lose his twins due to watch Albus done.

Mister Harrington what are your views on this matter?" asked Amelia.

And so Bancroft looked towards Albus, Amelia, Harry and Severus as well as the rest of the court and sighed.

"I, Madam Bones have nothing to say besides Albus Dumbledore threatened me to be here, as you know no I'm a squib I have no magical powers I have no magic.

I want to live my life in the Muggle world with my family and I hope Mister Hadrian Snape understands that what my client has done is the worst thing anybody could hope for all he had to do was check on him but he never did if it wasn't for his father we would have lost the Saviour of the Wizarding world.

I would never wish this to happen to to anybody old or young to go through what he has been through, it's just wrong I wouldn't wish my twins to go through this they have lost their mother already, again I am sorry for what my client has put young Mister Snape through" by the end of this he was crying and Albus was red with fury!

"Insolent disgusting Muggle you've made me lose the Saviour of the Wizarding world he was in that place so then he could learn his rightful place he was beaten by them so then he knew what pain and misery felt like so then he could get Voldermort and destroy the bastard when he came back for power!

That brat is sitting right there are next to the greasy head ingrate as well as that thing they call an attorney".

This shocked the court how could a respectable wizard one of Dumbledore's calibre speak so low, so disgusted with the Boy Who lived they just didn't know.

Otiz growled towards the man in the green this made the court flinch they thought he was just a boy someone to help Harry but one look at him fully they knew for a fact a familiar was present in the courtroom a familiar willing to protect willing to die.

Otiz transformed into his animal form and now he was standing in front of Amelia in front of the whole Court it's fur letting off static in his anger Amelia let this happen the court need to know that he was willing to protect that he was in safe hands the safest hands that was Severus Tobias Snape.
