Backstory:  When she was just a newborn, her parents discovered she was able to use magic.  Now, this was not a good thing.  Magic was not allowed in the walls of her city.  Her parents dropped her on the steps of the nearest wizards tower for her to be out of harms way.  She grew up with the wizards.  But then, when she turned 13 they disappeared.
