ok so sometimes (more often than not) when I go to comment, wattpad gives me an error message that says "cannot comment; user not logged in." I try logging out and then back in multiple times, but it doesn't do crap

it's gotten to the point where I've had to delete and redownload the app at least 7 times in the past 3 days. how do I get it to not do that?
