On a cool sunday evening ,a girl gang just came out of the mall with shopping bags.It was actually a beautiful evening and a great atmosphere around them.While they are walking along the path,the clouds just said a BIGGG Hi with a BIGG sound, to everyone out there.The clouds started sharing their happiness in the form of drops.The girl gang took a shelter in the nearby  place whereas everyone around them had almost disappeared. They were enjoying.Why not they had two reasons for that........the first one they completed their medicine recently and earned as intern doctors in the reputed hospitals.One of them got as an intern in the best hospitals of the country.The other reason is One of the girl is getting married and to add to their happiness the climate is toooo goood>

Suddenly,a girl in white came out , had spread her hands, twirling around enjoying the rain to her fullest.She was in white salwar kamez with a multicolor dupatta wearing beautiful earrings and white bangles not to forget her beautiful smile,she looked like a rainbow dancing on earth.Immediately their was a shout from the gang.

Bhavya : Arey preetha kya karreo ? thum bhig jaogi aa ao jaldi!!!!

Preetha ; mai kuch bhi karungi today is my day bhavya. Let me enjoy .thum bhi aa ao idhar thum kyun nahi aa rahe ho.....aa ao na sab

Nitya: hame koyi shauk nahi hey madam bigne ka.waise bhi humara kal 1st day hai as an intern doctor.So leave us for now .thum bhi tho jana hoganaa kal.aa ao thum !!!

After a lot of insistence preetha came to them fully drenched in rain.They were right!!! tomorrow is the biggest for everyone of them especially for her because she is the one who got the opportunity to work as intern in the best hospital.She was very happy for it and she has to be on time tomorrow so she agreed and came out of rain with a heavy heart.Later they went to their houses.

AroraS

Her mother Sarla is pacing around the hall in tension regarding preethas whereabouts.Her father just called Sarla for something.Just then preetha came home fully wet where her brother Akash is playing game in his phone.Seeing his brother,she had i am out expression. Akash was elder to her and is a very protective and responsible brother and son.Her family was well settled and educated.She was the only daughter so her parents brought her up like a doll.While he was busy in playing she thought to go to her room tiptoed and started walking.

Akash : Aagayi madam.......bahut jald hi aagayi haa ??

And he looked at her from top to bottom and gave wexed look!!Preetha suddenly stopped and looked at him.

Preetha : Akash vo kya heina .....mall mein Nitya jyada shopping kardi aur...

She was about to continue but her mother came back and asked the same now akash interrupted and said

Akash: vo sab chodiye ma aur dekhiye preetha poori tarah wet  hain matlab phirse ye baarish me bheegi hain.Preetha main kitne baar kaha aisa mat kariye ......you will be ill and being a doctor dont u know this?

Sarla: aakash theek kah rahi hai.kyun bheeg gayi ....batha?

Preetha : maa.....rain is my best friend.It feels like It is taking away all my sadness and giving me postiveness.I feel refreshing mama so cool nothing will happen to me.waise bhi main jab bhi  baarish mein bheegthi hu acha hi hua mujhe.... meri best friend mil gayi baarish mein or medicine mein top aagaya  aur intern doctor ek ache hospital mein mil gayi so rain only gives me happiness....... also only today is free day to me.Kal se mein bahot busy hu!!!

Akash: Bhul ja maa.....vo hamari baat manthi nahi hai.fuzul mein apna time kyun waste karun.Preetha jao apne room mein ,fresh hojao aur niche aao dinnr keliye.

Preetha: Fitto bro....love you ma and mera pagal bhayya!!!! 

She laughs and runs into her room.Sarla and akash laughs to her talkings 

sarla: waise akash hame kab bath karenge preetha se?

akash: ma let her enjoy her work ham baath karengenaa kuch time baad.aap tension math lo mein baath karungi. And they leave

Preethas Room

Preetha to herself: Actually thats right, whenever i drench in rain i got something good aur iss baar mujhe kya milegaa?? 

She thinks for herself ,laugh for her thoughts and sleeps happily.

Next day

She was all ready for the day.She took blessings of her parents and Akash offered to drop her at her hospital.She said ok and they started.On the way , Akash sensed that she is nervous so to cool her he said

Akash : Dont worry preetha.Everything is gonna be good.Aur koi bhi hospital tumhari friends ki tarah chudailonko nahi rakhogi tumhari tarah intelligent smart logonko rakhthe hai.Beautiful bhi hona hai par u r an exempted case.

And laughs.While she widen her eyes and she knows he said to chill her.They reached the hospital and he bid bye  after wishing best of luck to her.

In hospital

While she is walking towards  the reception she was bumped by a man who is in a hurry and she fell down.The man looked at her.His look was like more of a shock and less like a surprise.Preetha just recollected what had happened in a minute after correcting herself she stood up while that man was struck at that look.She looked at him weirdly.

Preetha: Hello.....What the hell was that? Thumne mujhe giraya ,help bhi nahi ki,sorry bhi nahi bola aur upar se aisa dekh rahe ho....kyun?

She literally shouted at him.He looked like a carefree boy in his tracks.After hearing her shout he came out of trance and remembered something .He went off hurriedly while preetha was in shock.Not disturbing her 1st day feeling she moved on to reception.

They guided her to the head of department and he welcomed her,assigned her team head and wished her good luck.She is in cloud nine as her dream is coming  true.She is being paid for her hard work. To give herself best she asked the nurse about her team head.She was told that he is in surgery.She waited for him for nearly 2 hours.After sometime while she was going to drink water she again bumped into same man this time he held her. The hospital staff are in shock,patients are giggling,the man is smiling and our girl is having fire in her face.She stood up and started shouting.

Preetha: Again......cant you walk properly?Aren't your eyes working?So many old people are here.What happens if you bump at them?  You are in a hospital be aware of that.

This time also he goes hurriedly without bothering to answer her. Preetha is confused,frustrated and irritated by that man.She cursed him in her mind itself,drank water and waited for the head.After a while she was called by the nurse.She cooled herself taking her file she went to the cabin.There she saw the same man and her anger rose to peaks.

Preetha: Who the hell are you? What are you doing here? Why are you bothering me like this?Don't you have any other work?

Man: Hello.....first of all i am sorry for everything.I was in a hurry and I really apologize for that.Secondly I have a lot of work to do and i am not a carefree man.Thirdly,may i know what are you doing here?

Preetha:  main thumhe kyun bathau? aur thum yaha kya kar rahe ho? First of all leave from here..... Dr.karan luthra aa rahihogi.

Man: (surprised)ok  Thum karan luthra se milna chahthe ho....par kyun?

Preetha: You are irritating me very much......main thumhe kyun bathaungi main use hi bathaungi!!!

Man: arey mujhe milna chatheho mujhe janna hogana thum kisliye  mujhe milrahi ho?

Preetha : main thumhe kyun milna chahungi mei tho Karan luthra se.........

(at this time a nurse entered taking permission and handed over the inter file to him.Shocked was an understatement for preetha. She was surprised,shocked,sad,guilty,afraid what not all.The nurse went and she looked into him)

Karan: so ab bathaoge thum kyun milna chahthe ho(while opening the file)

Preetha(stammering) : I ....I....I.....mai.....I....I.....

Karan: Kya thume I ka agla letter nahi pata?

Preetha (she looked up) : I am sorry sir......I don't know who you are so.

karan: I understand and I am sorry too.Morning I got to rush for surgery so i was hurry and you gave me a playboy look when i bumped into you.Well I guess now you know who i am.......so you are the intern doctor.Good.....I am impressed with your academics.For a week......You  know the basics of what you have to do.Dr.Rahul will guide you.Based on your performance i will allot you the work. Ok?

Preetha(still feeling guilty but managed to listen him): Yes sir....

karan: now you can leave

Preetha: Ok sir....thank you.

Karan: ok.......(while she is leaving he calls) preetha I am sorry for both the times but agli baar thoda patience rakho ek doctor ke sabse jyada qualification yahi hai.sabhi log meri tarah shareef nahi hote aur time bhi nahi hogi tumhari bakwaas sunne mein   (and smiles she widened her eyes and said yes and leaves from there)

In corridor

Preetha: Kya jaroorath thi ithni bakwas karne ki......1st impression hi bad hai.Waise bhi meri kya galthi usne mujhe takraya aur mujhe gussa aaya.phir bhi  thoda patience rakhthe tho kya ho jaatha? chaaa.....vo bhi mujhe hi suna diya aur sorry bhi bola par...phir....ushuu i need to go home and take some rest. And she leaves

In karans room

Karan(seeing preethas pic in phone) : Aagaya thum......expect bhi nahi kiya.thum kal kah rahithina jab bhi baarish mein bheegthi ho thum acha hoga tumhareliye ......aur iss baar tumhari best friend mujhe bhejaaa.kal se meri kahani ....tumhari kahani se mingle hogi aur banegi hamari kahani!!!!!
