Chapter 74- A Romantic Flight

"So Hiccup, how's Astrid and the kids?" Toothless asked sipping on some tea. Both are sitting against a cliff watching the sunset going down. Hiccup was fully recovered and it was the last day of staying with Toothless.

"Oh Astrid is back home maintaining the hero industry, and Zephyr and Nuffink are doing great with building their gadgets. I wish I could brought them along too, maybe saving (Y/N) could've been easier." Hiccup sighed looking down.
"Hey," Toothless touches his face and turned to face him.

"Even if it did got easier, imagining Astrid and the kids getting more injured than us, I'll never forgive myself if they did. It was bad enough that (Y/N) got captured, but your family getting hurt is way too far," He explained, making Hiccup smile a little.

"I guess you're right," They we're in silence for a moment until Hiccup spoke up.
"Remember when you first met Astrid? She tried to kill you and you tried to kill her," Toothless rolled his eyes and chuckled.
"Oh Odin were we dumb. Oh! And that flight!" Toothless gives his iconic gummy grin.

"That was the best time I had in my life, with you two there I was also questioning my sexuality too," They both laughed and watched the sun.
"Do you think (Y/N) will love someone like we four live each other?" Hiccup asked.

"Oh of course. You see the way she looks at her friends? But if they hurt her I'll crush them," Toothless cracked his knuckles.
"And are you sure you trust (Y/N) around them when in heat? Remember when you were in heat around us?" Hiccup shivered.

"Yeah! She's tough like me! And also has self control like Light" Toothless blushed at the memory.
"Alright then," Hiccup hesitantly looked over at  the nightfury.
"And are we ever gonna tell (Y/N) the truth?" Toothless paused and looked at his lap.

"Someday, but right now, she's been through a lot,"

You finally felt better from your fever and can take on the world. But you couldn't because you could get killed again so-
"Uugggggh! The day after I feel better is the day where my mind is blank on what to do!" You groaned rubbing your face as you lean against a branch.

Did I mention that you were on top of a 20ft high tree?

You closed your eyes and sighed until you heard shouting from below.
"(Y/N)! You're gonna hurt yourself if you keep sitting there!" You looked down to see Yaoyorozu, Eri, and Kota. The three of them followed you as you were basically dragging yourself to the tree. You were also babysitting Kota while the Wild Wild Pussycats were away.

"I'm fine Yaomomo, falling from this height doesn't hurt," You grinned and stood up, doing a tightrope walk against a thin branch.
"I swear (Y/N)! If you keep doing that I'll..." She trailed off trying to think of something, making you laugh.

"Mommy! Please get down! I don't want you to get hurt!" You heard Eri shouting and pouting.
"Mama! We'll call Gang Orca!" Kota smirked. You sighed and flew off the branch, landing in front of them.
"There, happy?" You lifted your arms. Yaoyorozu smiled as Eri hugged you.
"Don't do that again mommy," she said as her voice was muffled against your shirt.

"Fine, only because you are my children," You hugged Eri and Kota.
"Anyways, do you want to do something today (Y/N)? Train, go for a walk, maybe eat" Yaoyorozu kept rambling on things to do while blushing and looking away.

You just stared at her listening to the options as Kota and Eri took a step back.
"Mama seems to be blushing too Eri," Kota whispered to the horned child.
"Yeah, and it seems like Creati likes mommy, and some others as well," Eri smiled.

"Mama always looks stressed out these days, we should do something for her, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Kota asked Eri.
"What are you thinking?" Eri asked.
"We should get mama a lover!" Kota smirked, making Eri tilt her head.
"Really, I was thinking about riding ducks," Kota sighed and patted her head.

"Dear sweet Eri, you need to learn so much," He said.
"Okay then, if we're gonna get her a lover, who should it be? I was thinking Lemillion!" Eri smiled.
"Maybe, I'm pretty sure they're doing a point chart on who gets to be mama's lover, so let's help them out!" Kota grinned.

"One question, does mommy even like anyone?" Eri asked him.
"She does, she's just oblivious," Kota shrugged.
"Huh," Eri mumbled turning back.
"Mama!" Kota tugged your shirt and you turned around.
"Yeah Kota?" You smiled at them.
"Can we ride on your back and fly?" Eri asked putting her puppy eyes. You looked at Yaoyorozu, who simply shrugged.

"I guess, since I do have permission from dad Nezu, sooooooooooo, yeah!" You faced the ponytailed girl and held out your hand.
"Do you want to ride?" She blushed even more at your words and meekly nodded.
"O-of course! It's the best way of learning to fly in case there's an emergency during Hero courses!" She stammered.

You took steps back and quickly turned into your dragon form, making noises to indicate that you're ready. Yaoyorozu helped Eri and Kota on your back and she hesitantly got on top of you.
"Okay, let's go then (Y/N)! This shouldn't be so bad," You grinned and ran for a head start and flew up in the sky. Yaoyorozu yelped and put her arms around your neck.

You kept on flying in the air as Eri and Kota laughed.
"Yay!! I can see the beach!" Kota pointed out.
"Okay! I changed my mind! This is bad! I hate flying!" Yaoyorozu yelled out shutting her eyes shut. You couldn't hear her as you kept on spinning around and doing loops. You looked over to see her scared and finally flew steadily.

Yaoyorozu felt the fish of wind stop and she slowly opened her eyes. She looked around, seeing clouds inches away from her head and all around. Her eyes were starry as she lifted her hands to feel the clouds. Eri and Kota did the same as you gave them a smile.

"Woah, this is... incredible," She mumbled out, a smile creeping up to her face.
"Mommy always knows what she's doing," Eri beamed.
'Never, I just improvise,' You thought as you flew in a big loop. And wouldn't you know it, the sun was already setting. You felt tired and decided to land near the tree.

"That was awesome mama! You were like 'woosh' and then was 'woooooooo' and 'shhhhhh'!" Kota waved his arms everywhere as Yaoyorozu sighed and hopped down.
"That was an incredible flight experience (Y/N)," You turned into your human form and sat near the tree.

"You're welcome, I really liked it when you rode me," You smiled at her. She blushed at your words again and rubbed her neck.
'She really has to rephrase her wording,' She thought sitting down next to you. Kota and Eri snuggled against you two as you both watched the sunset.

Eri looked at you, at which you were already asleep. Kota looked at Yaoyorozu who was looking at you.
'This is her chance,' Kota thought excitedly. Yaoyorozu paused for a moment, thinking on what she could do next.
'An entire day of me flying with (Y/N), it was and amazing feeling,' She didn't realize she was leaning closer to your face.

'She trusted me on riding with her, what is this feeling I have in my chest?' Then suddenly, she felt lips connect to hers. Your lips were soft and plushy, as it was never been kissed before. Yaoyorozu realized what she was doing and quickly pulled away. You were still asleep and she was blushing.

"Oh my! I kissed her! I didn't mean to! That was wrong of me! Was it her first kiss? I hope it wasn't! But at the same time... I'm glad is it-no! Momo what you did was wrong!" She muttered to herself, feeling like Izuku. She soon sighed and leaned her head against yours, a blush still on her face and a small smile.

'Even if she wasn't awake, I felt a small spark in that kiss,' She thought, eyes feeling droopy and her finally falling asleep. Kota and Eri looked at each other, and fist pumped each other.
"Did you really have to push her?" Eri asked.
"I was suffocating in the tension," Kota shrugged. The two kids soon fell asleep too, leaving you the only one actually awake.

You smiled at Yaoyorozu's stammering and leaned against her head too.

'It actually wasn't my first kiss Yaomomo, but I like this one too,'
