Chapter 13- Sports Festival: Calvary Battle

You smiled as Izuku cried at him getting first place. You saw Bakugou running up third and him scowling at Izuku. Todoroki glared at him and then stared at you. You looked back and you two stared at each other until Izuku tackles you and started to cry. Todoroki slightly growled and walked off.

"Thank you! (Y/N)!! I will remember this and I'll try and repay you!!" He said through years. You smiled and hugged back.
"Don't thank me, you I'm just glad that you made it all by yourself," you told him. Then a yell was heard.
"(Y/N)! Deku!!" Uraraka ran towards you guys and she hugged you from the back. That made you flustered.

"Hey Ochaco! I'm glad you made it!" You said. Izuku sadly stared at you guys.
'(Y/N) should tell me that...' He thought. You saw the others coming in and you got up to congratulate them, but Midnight spoke up again.
"Listen up contestants! The top 42 made it to the next round, and we've planed other ways for you to shine!!" She licked her lips with a smirk and whipped her whip.

"Make sure to give it all! Next competition is...." The screen kept spinning until it stopped on-
"Calvary Battle!!" The students were excited and were muttering to each other.
"What is that?" You asked Ashido.
"It's where two or three people are carrying one person and wears a headband and they try and take other headbands." She explained.

"Huh, it's like a game my siblings and I played," you said to yourself.
"QUIET THERE DRAGON HERO UNLESS YOU WANT A PUNISHMENT!!" Midnight yelled, while licking her lips again. You blushed and sunk down covering your eyes, which made some students and heroes glare at her with jealousy.
"The points assigned are gone up 5 from the bottom, last place is 5 points, and first place is 10,000,000!!"

"You've got 15 minutes to choose your team, now go!!" You looked around and saw Izuku struggling with finding partners. You wanted to help him, but was bombarded with requests.

"(Y/N), join my team!!"

"Please be a part of our team (Y/N)!"

"Ribbit, wanna be with us?"

"I can't carry people, but I can be on you~"

You bluntly stared at Mineta before walking off trying to get away from the others.
"Um, t-thank you everyone-"
"Back off extras, Lizard bastard is on my team," Bakugou grabbed your tail and tugged it for you to follow him, but that made you squeak and pull it away.
"No thank you Kacchan, if you don't remember, you destroyed my wings back at the USJ, so I haven't forgiven you yet," you explained to him.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN LIZARD BASTARD?! BE ON MY TEAM!!" He shouted at you.
"Sorry, but I have to say no, and also tugging on my tail means something sexual so-" you quickly turn away and walked off, leaving Bakugou frozen and blushing.
"(L/N)," You turn to see Todoroki right behind you.
"Be on my team," Was all he said before taking your hands and leading you to Iida, Yaoyorozu, and Kaminari.

"I thought you were gonna throw me off my hero title?" You said taking your hand away.
'What's up with these people taking a body part and taking me somewhere?' You thought.
"I need you to be a part of my plan, and just because you helped Midoriya being first at the obstacle course, you won't help him in anyway, not while I'm near," He said glaring at you. You glared back and took a step back, more purple electricity surrounded your torso for a moment.

"I'm not someone to take orders by a human who declares that I will be a obedient pet," you growled leaving to find Izuku.
'He can go suck on a eel, I'll show him, I'll help Zuku-kun because he was the only one who gained my trust' You tapped Izuku on the shoulder, him turning around and was shocked.

"(Y-Y/N), you're gonna join us?!" He cried. You nodded and turn to see the team. Uraraka, Tokoyami, and the pink haired human.
"Why did you decline the others?" Uraraka asked curiously.
"The others were nothing but rude, thinking me as only an advantage for them, while I trust you guys here, even the pink haired human there," You pointed at her, which made her turn and gasp with excitement.

"Dragon of beauty you're here!! My name is Mei Hatsume!! Look at my precious babies!!" She then showed you a lot of her 'babies'. Making you nervous and awkward.
"Glad you're here (L/N), we needed you for Midoriya's strategy, and a good friend to be with us" Tokoyami said, dark shadow coming out.

"Yeah, your strength and loyalty is needed!" It shouted, you petted his head and smiled.
"Don't worry, we're gonna show them that we will go beyond!!" You shouted enthusiastically, making your team's face up.
"Great! Now here's the plan," Izuku started to explained and the competitors were getting ready. You turn your head to see the tire purple human staring at you. You turned away and got ready.

Set

Go!!"

And it was off to the races, everyone was running towards you guys. You examined the positions they were in and you found a path to escape.
"Zuku-kun, we can't confront them, we have to run!" You told him. He did just that and y'all booked it. Well, that was until you felt something mushy under you. You looked down to see some kind of quicksand, probably from a student. You tried to shed your scales to escape until Hatsume stopped you.

"No need Dragon of beauty, for Midoriya can show my babies in action!!" She yelled as Izuku uses the backpack he had and blasted off to run.
"Jiro!!" The said girl used her earphone jacks to try and attack Izuku, until Dark shadow blocked it.
"Nice going you two!" You complimented them, making Dark shadow have a dark blush and Tokoyami looking away.

"Wow!! Not even two minutes in and there's chaos everywhere!!" Present mic yelled out.you suddenly sensed something coming towards you guys.
"Zuku-Kun, duck!!" He did, and a familiar long tongue swiped at him. You see Shoji covering his back and charging at you. You squinted and see Asui's eye peaking out.
"Tsuyu?!" Midoriya cried.
"I said to call me Tsu!!" She swiped again.

"Midnight is that allowed?!" You asked the hero, who smirked and nodded.
"You bet!" You sighed and dodged Shoji's attack with Uraraka's and Hatsume's boots.
"Getting pretty full of yourself right Deku?!" You dread at the screaming voice as Bakugou used his quirk to attack.

"Tokoyami!!" Izuku said and the Dark shadow blocked his attack, getting hurt in the process.
"Oh jeez Dark shadow?" You asked worriedly. The two birds looked at you in shock. Do you really care about Dark shadow? Bakugou was stopped by Sero's tape.
"Is THAT allowed?!" Midoriya asked.
"As long as he doesn't touch the ground, he's ok!!" Midnight replied.

You guys landed and thought of an idea.
"If that's the case... EVERYONE get ready!" They looked at you.
"What are you gonna do (Y/N)?" Uraraka asked. You gave her a grin.
"I'm not gonna do anything, but I have to ask you one thing," you started to glow.

"Have you ever rode on a dragon before?"

"Damn Deku!! Where is he?!" Bakagou shouted at he kept on banging his hand against Kirishima's head. Suddenly a familiar loud roar wa heard and they see you in your full dragon glory. Izuku was smiling widely, Uraraka gasping and in awe, Tokoyami trying to have his stoic face, and Hatsume saying about so many gadgets she could make for me. Everyone in the stadium were in amazment, then cheers were heard.
"Oh come on! is that allowed?!" Someone from Class 1-B complained.
"As long the rider's feet doesn't touch the ground!" Midnight was a little amused at the chaos.

"LIZARD BASTARD!! YOU THINK YOU CAN WIN BY BEING A HUGE DRAGON?!" You mentally sighed.
'Odin's beard, can't we just have one minute of relaxation' Bakugou's team charged at you, but was delayed by a blind human who had taken their headband.
"They're distracted, let's go (Y/N)!" Izuku said. You nodded and ran off to wait out the competition.

Then a bid flash ran past you, and before you know it, Izuku's headband was gone.
"M-my headband!!" You turn to see Iida and Todoroki's team running off with the headband. You growled as Todoroki slyly gave you a smirk.
'Bastard, I've been listing to Kacchan too much,'
"As I said Midoriya, I will challenge you!!" Iida yelled out at Izuku told you to after them.

You didn't need a second thought at you charged at them, retracted your teeth out and came after them. Todoroki didn't expect you to charge so fast, and instinctively raised his left side, flames sparking out. You slightly stopped at the sight. Fire and Ice?? It's like... He suddenly stopped with the flames and didn't see Izuku snatching a headband.

"I did it!! I grabbed it back!" Izuku said holding the headband. You heard Todoroki chuckle slightly and realized that he was still holding the 10,000,000 points.
"We've been tricked Midoriya!!" Hatsume said.

"We've switched the headbands together, don't be so naive you guys!" Yaoyorozu explained.
"Times almost up everybody!!" Present mic announced. Your eyes widen as you began to charge towards the half human. Bakugou did too and everyone else.

Izuku reaches out, and a glow was in him, probably his quirk in usage.

"HALF AND HALF BASTARD!! COME HERE!!" Bakugou screamed, explosions coming out.

Wait. You had an idea. You opened your mouth.

Kaminari was already used up by his quirk.

Tokoyami, Uraraka, and Hatsume gripped your back in anticipation.

Todoroki readied his quirk to block you guys.

Iida's engine legs stuttered and stopped as Ashido used her acid to launch Bakugou.

You lifted your head and jumped towards them.

Yaoyorozu was making something to block you.

Izuku was a few inches from Todoroki's headband and then-

"TIMES UP! FIRST PLACE IS TODOROKI'S TEAM!!"

Everyone stopped and landed on the floor. You caught Izuku from falling and the rest slid off your back. You dropped Izuku, who was staring at the ground frozen. Tokoyami sighed disappointedly as Hastum muttered that she wouldn't get noticed now. Uraraka tried to comfort Izuku as you felt like gagging.

"(Y/N) are you okay?" He asked worriedly. You continued to gag and and spat out something. Your team stared at it in disgust.
"Ew gross (Y/N)- wait.. it that a..." Turns out while the teams charged at Todoroki, you managed to grab one of the points off of his neck, accidentally swallowing it.
"615 points... that means-"

"Fourth place goes to Midoriya's team!!"

Izuku started to cry more tears, making you wonder if his real quirk was crying. Tokoyami gave you a thumbs up and a small smile, Uraraka praising you for its, and Hatsume hugging you tightly.

The rest of the people stared at your team with jealousy. Even Todoroki who then stared at his arm.
'(L/N) made me use my left side, I wasn't paying attention. I'll show her what it really means' He thought. Bakugo I watched on and sneered.

"Those extras, praising that lizard bastard, only I could do that..."
