After making sure that she hadn't missed anything in the cave, Dimi opened a portal back to Magnolia train station. She didn't want to deal with the train while her clothes were covered in blood and dirt. That was just asking for unneeded attention.
"I should probably buy some new clothes." Dimi muttered to herself, looking down at her blood soaked hoodie. Walking out of the stall she had opened a portal to and looked at herself in the mirror as she took off her hoodie, revealing a plan white tee-shit underneath.
As she walked out, Dimi made her way back to the guild hall, hoodie in hand and duffel bag over her shoulder. Before she got back to the guild hall, Dimi stopped at a clothing shop and got a few different outfits. After paying, she continued on her way.
It wasn't long before she had reached it, opening the door, she was greeted by a mostly empty area, a few wizards sitting here and there. "It's so quiet." She murmured, a total opposite of the night before.
"Oh, Dimi, you're back, already. How was the job?" Mirajane asked, looking up from behind the counter.
"Good. Easy." Dimi answered simply as she walked up to her. "Hey, Mira, can I get a room in FairyHills?" She asked. She could definitely afford a house of her own, but she figured an apartment would suit her better.
"Oh, sure, here, let me get the paper work."
Dimi nodded, watching as Mira grabbed what she needed.

After paying and signing the paperwork, She plopped down on her bed, Dimi looked around her new room. It was bland, sure, but it was a space for her to relax, plus she wouldn't be depending on Lucy for housing.
A sudden exhaustion washed over her, and Dimi let out a yawn. Apparently getting captured and fightning two opponents in a dark cave takes a lot of energy. "I'll just... take a small nap." Laying down and closing her eyes, Dimi felt herself drift into sleep.

When she woke up, her room was filled with moonlight. Sitting up and scratching her head, Dimi took a deep breath. She knew she had to keep searching for the beast, especially if the 'Dark One' was what she thought it was. "Wait, If I can summon weapons that were in my duffle bags, then maybe..." trailing off and reaching her hand out, there was a glow that came from a circle— which she later found out was a magic circle— and a book appeared in her hand. Quickly opening it and flipping through the pages, she stopped once she reached the one she was looking for.
-The Eternal Curse-
-Description-
Like it's name foretells, The Eternal Curse is a being of Chaos. It normally stays in the form of a pitch black slime creature, surrounded in an aura of death and destruction. If seen, stay as far away from it as possible. One wrong move and it could destroy anything, even an entire dimension. The Eternal Curse is able to bestow 'Blessings'—or curses upon people. While these blessings might make people stronger at first, the beast is only fattening up it's prey. Once the being the 'Blessing' is bestowed upon is at their full power, The Eternal Curse will devour them whole, feeding off of their energy— and in some cases magic. A good determiner to see if one has the 'blessing' is black lines somewhere on their body, most commonly their torso or neck.
Closing the book, Dimi let out a sigh. She had read that passage over and over again, nothing new came to light. Not like she expected it would, but there was still always hope. Flipping through the book, Dimi glanced at all the other creatures. They were all beasts that could hop dimensions, originating from her own dimension. Most creatures were harmless, but there were some select few that could end dimensions. Normally the royal court would keep them in check, but sometimes, they slip out.
That was why she was chasing the beast. She had decided to visit her home dimension undercover for a while when she heard some hushed talk of a creature escaping. Her bodyguard and friend, Simion, was checking some other dimensions- or well, more so she had just left him in a certain ice skating one to get to this one, so they were apart for a bit.
Maybe he'll finally learn to ice skate, or get wrapped in a love triangle. There were some... interesting people in that dimension.
Leaving the book on the bedside table, Dimi got off the bed and stretched. "Well, guess I should look for some furniture or something to decorate my room with." With that, she stepped out of the room and headed into town.

The shopping trip was a success. Dimi had gotten some basic comfort necessities. A small coffee table, a desk already filled with art supplies, a bookshelf, and a weapon stand. Nothing too out of the ordinary.
By the time she was done setting up her room, the sun was breaking through the horizon, bathing Dimi's room in a soft morning glow.
"Now that this is out of the way, time to go searching for The Eternal Curse." At least, that's what she hoped to do, upon opening her door, those plans were thrown right out of the window once she saw who was standing there.
"Hello Dimira. Would you like to join me on a job? You are still a new wizard to the guild." Erza asked.
