Freedom, at last

"The clone is ready Morgan," Meg said and a glass box opened revealing  a clone of Morgan. "That's perfect," Morgan said. The clone came to life and and walked out of the box. "Hi, uhhh, Morgan?" The clone said. "See, you won't be seeing quite a lot of me, as I am leaving tonight, so just remember to address my mom as 'mom', okay?" Morgan stated. The clone nodded. "Meg, contact the Avengers and prepare my suit and don't ever leave my line," Morgan said. The clone stood there; watching how was she supposed to walk, talk and do the other things. "So, Morgan 2, that's what I will call you, you have to learn one important thing, that is, to lie correctly. I know it is wrong to teach someone to lie, but I have to. Whenever you have to lie, give a valid reason, don't just blab, okay?" Morgan said while suiting up. "I will try," Morgan 2 said. "Okay then, I am outta here, and Meg would be there to assist you," Morgan said, flying out of the door. Morgan 2 went up to the window and said, "Bye."
"Freedom Meg, this is what freedom is like," Morgan told Meg, grinning from ear to ear. "So...Freedom, at last?" Meg asked. "Yeah," Morgan said and shot through the barriers like a speeding bullet. After when she crossed the barriers, she asked, "Any damage to the suit?" "No," came Meg's reply.
After a long, long flight, the lights of the city came into view. It was magneficent. Morgan stopped for a while to admire the view. "Wow," Morgan said, "Beautiful, isn't it?" Meg also agreed. "Ok. Now enough of sight-seeing, Meg, figure out where exactly the Avenger House is," Morgan said. "Can you see that big 'A'? That is where the Avenger House is. Once, it was yours too," Meg informed. "Well, it will become mine again," Morgan said, zooming towards the tower.
She landed in the balcony, literally blasting off the railing. "I will fix that later," Morgan said to herself. Then she moved towards the glass door. Nobody was in the room. "How should I get in? There's no door," Morgan asked Meg, looking around. "Blast the glass off!" Meg joked. Morgan took it seriously and blasted the glass off. "I didn't really mean it," Meg confessed. Morgan said nothing but moved inside. As if on cue, Wanda with her magical hands came running into the room. "Oh! It's you! How are you doing?" Wanda asked, lowering her hands down. Morgan unsuited herself and walked towards Wanda. "I am......FREEEE!" She exclaimed, while doing a jig. Wanda smiled at antics. Then she asked her to come with her to the dinner hall.
"Okay, so now as we have already given introductions, now I guess it is time for food," Wanda said and by using her red mist, (as Morgan would describe it) she brought the plates and the food on the dinner table. Morgan, little by little, was getting the hang of things over there. Then one thing bugged her, "Wait, you said that you and your friend, which is Captain America, were buried in ice and thus escaped death. But how come you are still alive? And like this archer person too, how are you two still alive?" Morgan asked, while pointing her fork at Bucky and Clint. "Oh thaaat... You can say that we have taken some medicine that prevents us from dying due to old age. In other words, we have stopped ageing," Bucky said. Morgan had an overwhelming urge to ask the name of this medicine and also about the inventor, but she also had a gut-feeling that if she asked, she might end up crying her eyes out on the chicken paprikash, which was currently in front of her, half-eaten.
"Hey, Morgan, wanna go out tomorrow? Like, near about 4?" Peter asked. "To where?" Morgan asked. "Well, you haven't seen anything, so for starters, we can just have a walk while I explain things to you," Peter answered. "Ok. I'll be ready," Morgan said.
After this, Morgan went off in search of...literally anything which she could find, mainly related to her dad. "Hello Miss Morgan. Can I be of any assistance?" A metallic voice echoed through the empty halls. "Gaaaah! You scared the guts of me! Don't creep up on me like that! I hate it! By the way, who exactly are you?" Morgan said. "I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I am Friday, an A.I. made by Mr. Tony Stark. "Oh, then meet Meg, she is also an A.I.,  made by me. Uhh...Meg where are you? You should have met this...very kind and polite...lady?" Morgan said, looking around in search of Meg. "I have already met Friday. She is out-of-date." Meg answered through the air-pods of Meg. "Friday, can you show me the way to my dad's lab?" Morgan asked. "Of course," Friday said and gave Morgan directions to Tony's lab.
It never occurred to Morgan that she had spent whole of the night in the lab. She simply got up from the chair when she was told by Meg that it was 4 am. She went to the kitchen, and made herself a mug of hot chocolate with the help of Friday, who of course, had helped Morgan a lot last night. She had told her about every adventure of her dad.
During the day, she trained with Wanda.
And in the evening, as promised, she went with Peter.
Peter showed her everything, or well, everything which he was able to in a few hours. For the last place, they chose to go to the top of the New York Tower. The view was marvellous. Peter talked about the things that Morgan had missed. Morgan eventually got bored. She just turned around and started towards the elevator.
"Morgan, a very high radiation field is detected," Meg informed Morgan. In an instant, Morgan suited up. Peter looked at Morgan in awe. "Stay where you are," Morgan said and moved forward with caution. "Why? I am an Avenger, and you are not, yet. Peter said. "Mind you. An unsuited Avenger. That would not help matters. And you are not Wanda," Morgan said.
Peter stood near the railing mumbling to himself that he was not a kid anymore. Suddenly he heard Morgan gasp. He ran to where the sound came from and found Morgan standing in front of something. "What is that, Morgan?" Peter asked, with eyes as big as saucers.

 "A portal," Morgan answered.
