I woke up with the sun kissing me. haayee!! when will I wake up by the kiss of someone else!! I stared dreamingly towards the roof. I know no one will believe that the mafia king Alex is acting all like a lovesick puppy!! I know!! anyways then I remembered that I need to go shopping with girls I got up groaning. I went to take a bath and changed into a pink hoodie with white jeans I know I hate pink but no one can deny the Vaishnavi Rao. it's her choice. I set my hair and was going to have breakfast when I was in front of my babygirl's room I heard a scream

"NO!!!" she screamed.

I got alerted I would have barged in but waited and peeked into her room I saw her sitting on the bed closing her ear with her palm.

she was sweating like hell. she looked here and there and realized it was a dream.

calm down sid she just saw a nightmare!!!

yeah, you are right!! I should give her some time!!

"NO!!!"I woke up with a jerk with sweat forming all over my forehead.

my head was paining.

"it was a dream.it was a dream.it was a dream." I kept on chanting it

I went to the washroom while I stumbled over things. I looked in the mirror only to see a fragile broken girl who was staring back at me. she looked vulnerable. I threw a punch to the mirror not being able to withstand that vulnerability in my reflection. I hated to see this side of mine.

"I need to tell sid about this" I whispered to myself

I don't know why but it felt right to open up to him. maybe cause I love him. then I noticed my hand was all messed up with blood flowing from it and small pieces of glass in it

then I remembered I need to go shopping with all others I went and slipped into my white turtle neck crop top with blue ripped jeans tying my hair in a ponytail.

I went downstairs praying that no one sees my wound I don't know what to reply. I reached downstairs when sugar said

"sorry babies we have to change our plans we ar-"mom was cut off by sid.

"What happened to your hand amore?" asked sid with a concerned face I knew he will see it he have damn good eyesight.

wait didn't he called me amore right now. I- no!! he is a flirt you remember leave it now what will you say?

(A/N - "amore" means "love" in French and no one except sidneet knows french there)

now all of their attention diverted to me or I say my hand which was wrapped in white clothing.

"a..b..b...woh I actually got hurt while washing dishes in the kitchen"I at last found an excuse.

lame!! I know but they have to believe it I have come up with it by so many difficulties.

"oh god amore, there is servent here for a reason I think" I could see a tint of anger in his eyes but soon his eyes softened with care and love.

 "Why did you do it while there were servants here?" he asked in the softest voice I have ever heard.

"acha theek hai sorry now tell me mom what were you saying??"

"Take care of yourselves" warned all of them together. I gulped. all chuckled while dad continues

"so ishu was saying we have a change in the plan we are going to the temple not shopping." dad said with an apologetic look.

all smiled and nodded but me. I don't believe in god that day I pleaded to god a lot to save her and richu but God didn't help me since then there is no such thing as a god in my life.I have earned everything but my own.

I fall out of my thoughts when faisu bhai said

"angel you still don't believe in God?" he asked while I hooked my head saying a no.

"baby!!" mom pleaded I gave up saying okay but all looked at me like there is some matter

"What is the matter," I asked them irritated cause they already made me say yes to go to the temple.

suddenly all gave me a sugar-coated smile including sid. I was confused when they said.

"where is amore?"I asked while coming downstairs.

"amore?" asked Abhi bhai

oh god I can't tell them what it means. wait does bhai knows french? no, he doesn't.so an idea popped to mind. I said

"amore means friend in french," I said sitting on the table

he mouthed an "oh".when soon my amore reached downstairs looking cute in a white crop top with blue ripped jeans. I heard mom saying.

"sorry babies we have to change our plans we ar-"mom was cut off by me

I don't like cutting her off but it was important.

"What happened to your hand amore?" I asked.

i was already scared for her after that morning incident. but I saw a tint of pink dust .oh!!I called her amore and most probably she knows french!! then it looked like she realized something anyways then she started thinking of a lie.

lie!! I know its a lie.

is she nuts?? she can't let the servants do it??

I was angry but then I softened a bit.

she apologised we warned her when dad said.

"so ishu was saying we have a change in the plan we are going to the temple not shopping." dad said with an apologetic look.

what made him change his plans. something is definitely wrong. maybe I am overthinking. when I heard faisu saying

"angel you still don't believe in God?" he asked while she shooked her head saying a no.

she doesn't believe in god??

"baby!!" mom pleaded I saw her giving up saying okay but all looked at her like there is some matter

I got it!! we all flashed her a sugar-coated smile. she was irritated when bhabhi said

"baby!!!!" she stretched the word on purpose.

"what?" she asked with a bored expression.

"you need to change," said mom pointing towards her dress. she was not wearing traditional.

even I wanted to see her in traditional.

"no way I am wearing that dress," she said with a "yuk" expression.

I chuckled. and planned to use my trump card.

yes!!my puppy eyes.

"amoooooreee!!!!" I stretched my word.

"yeeees duffeerrrrr"she did the same

"plz!!" I said with puppy eyes.

"no.no way.not this time Siddarth!!" she said looking away.

I made her look at me.

"plz na" I pleaded

"Okay," she said throwing her hands up in the air.

I gave her a wide grin. she went to change but then I heard a voice from upstairs.

"sugar!! I don't have traditional!!" she shouted from upstairs.

"i am coming"mom shouted back

after sometime mom came and said"she is coming"after 10 minutes I heard a voice.

"chi!! I look gross" I recognized my angel's voice.

I turned around my jaw touched the floor. she calls it gross she looks like the most beautiful girl ever alive

"duffer where are you lost??" I didn't realize when she was in front of me

"you look drop-dead gorgeous," I said while tugging her hair strands behind her hair.

she smiles and said "then this dress is final" I chuckled

we all went out and amore was with me on the bike.

hey did I forgot to tell you I was wearing a dark red simple kurta.in short, we were twinning "coincidently"

we reached the temple she stood out of the temple that time was very huge. I insisted on her to come she denied so I also stood with her when dad called me. when I came back. I didn't saw her there where I left her. I was tensed.

I came and sat outside the temple a very hight but peaceful place I closed my eyes feeling the breeze. when I heard a fraction of a movement in the temple.no normal person could hear that voice but I and I think even sid could hear.

then I looked carefully around and I was sitting on top of the temple so I could get the whole view I saw some people with mask!! why would someone wear a mask in the temple that too with a black dress??

something is definitely wrong.

I fell out of thought when I heard someone calling me!!

"amore!!!" I knew it was sid

"sid here!!" he came to me and sat beside me!!

"where were you I was searching for you for a long," he asked panting heavily

I can understand as a mafia he needs to protect me as I am his loved one anyone could attack me but boy!! I am also a poison.

"I just came to get some fresh air," I said passing him the water bottle. I could see he ran a lot.

he hummed in reply.

we both went back to others we were in the parking lot when I heard a sound.

it was the sound of gunfire.

my hands reached my gun. thank god I had it with me. I scanned my surrounding. I saw the same people in masks

I quickly sent all of them except fainat and sid. he was telling me to leave but I could careless they left and the next second a bullet left my gun towards sid but it wasn't for him but for the one who was ready to attack sid behind him and it correctly hit his forehead.

and there stood a confused sid and faisu bhai. jaan instructed bhai to catch the one running and she followed him giving me a "sort it out" look I nodded.

"you..."was all came from his mouth, of course, he was confused by seeing me handling a gun like a pen and killing people as swiftly as mosquitos.

"oh god you can enquire me later now shoot him" I shouted at him and he shot him we both fought for a long I was all fine so was sid.

all were dead but one ran and we both kept our guns back when we got the message from jaan saying "they went home"

"phew all dead," I said casually which made him more shocked and the next moment I was harshly pinned to the wall.

"oh god calm down boy," I said to him while he was looking only into my eyes.

"what? didn't I told you I was a devil-like you??"

"are you idiot couldn't you say it straight??"

"no" I simply answered

"then why this drama huh??"

"I never lied sid!!"

he left me and said

"I need an explanation but now let's go home night 12 am get ready will pick you up"

I nodded

we went

somewhere else

the same person escaped from sidneet came to the man who said them attack on them and said

"Sir you told you to do it?? why you did that??"

"my choice and yes it was me behind it the.........."
