I decide to follow the trail. While I am I feel eyes watching me the whole time making me nervous and uncomfortable, but when I look back... no ones there. I get to the end and find my teacher covered in ink paw prints and our cat in his arms covered in ink. When I walk up to him the presence gets stronger but when I look around no one is there. Creepy.
"Sir what happened?" I ask confused
"Oh mittens thought it would be a good idea to get into the ink I have on my desk and make a mess on me and my study. I chased her trying to give her a bath but ended up making more of a mess" My teacher explained as I died laughing. My teacher playfully smacks me on my head and tells me lessons are cancelled for today. After he left I called the maids to clean up the ink and his study. The presence is still there but unseen, leaving me very uncomfortable. I walk to my uncle's study and knock on the door. When I hear a faint "come in" I enter and the presence that's been following me is gone.
"Uncle? Are you busy?" I ask trying to to disturb his work.
Uncle azzy looks up and notices my unease.
"What's wrong Lana? You seem on edge" (Edge babe outta the story! Sorry continuing)
Uncle says and gestures toward the chair in front of him. I sit down.
"I don't know uncle azzy it feels like someone is watching me and when I look no one is there... maybe it's my imagination playing tricks on me" I fidget with my hands as I wait for a response.
"If it makes you uncomfortable we could add more guards, and more patrols around the palace to ensure everyone's safety," Uncle says and does some paperwork.
"Do you want a guard to walk you to your room Lana?" Uncle asks not looking up
I stand and head towards the door,
"I'll be fine on my own uncle azzy, I'll see you at dinner" I excuse myself and walk towards my room. The presence is back but leaves again once I'm in my room. The hours pass quickly as I read though documents I have on my desk and taking notes here and there. I look up at my clock and notice it's almost time for dinner. I clean up my desk and exit my room. Once outside the presence is back stronger now than before. I hurry to the dining hall. I enter the dining hall and it's gone again. I sit with my family and try to enjoy a nice dinner with my family. After my father walks me back to my room wishes me a good night and leaves. I enter my room quickly, change, and go to sleep. Hopefully this will stop by tomorrow....
