Third POV.

As each side prepares for the final battle. Soldiers saying their goodbyes and spending time with their loved ones before they leave. King Asgore, Crown Prince Asriel, and Prince Chara are preparing as well, getting all the necessary preparations done along with going over the plans. Ink is off to the sidelines preparing to go through with his own plan with Blue, Dream and Cross spending an aggravating amount of time with princess Lana. Nightmare and his forces are ready on the defensive and the small unit is ready to move when the fighting starts. Princess Lana, Sans, Dream, Blue, and Cross have come up with their own plan during this time and are prepared to follow it.

Now it's time for the final battle to begin.

Asgore's POV.

I mount my horse after saying goodbye to Toriel,the twins and Lana. I watch both of my sons do the same. With a shared nod we ride out to Nightmares palace, it's time to end this. If we don't make it back, just know I love all of you, my family. Be brave for us.

Asriel's POV.
After a tearful goodbye to our families we ride out, preparing to fight and lose our lives to protect our loved ones. Lana if I don't make it back alive, please keep my kids safe. I trust you. I love you all.

Chara's POV

After our goodbyes we ride out to defeat the bastard that dare hurt my daughter. I will stop at nothing to make sure he never hurts Lana again. My dear Lana, when I found you all those years ago I never thought of how strong you'd become. If I don't make it, I hope you know I love you, no matter what.

Nightmare's POV

"Be prepared they could attack us at any moment! Unit one be ready to move out at my command" I say walking through the hallways looking at the two men that are coming with me to receive bunny. Error, he's loyal and the only one bunny won't hurt. Horror, no one can run from his hunger. This mission will be easy. Bunny I'm coming for you.

Ink's POV

I watch from a distance as the army readys themselves for attack, I'm close enough to both sides, able to see the fighting and their castle. If anything happens at their castle I'll be able to move at a moment's notice. If everything goes accordingly this AU will be mine and the evil senses out of the way especially error. Soon they'll all see how right I was

Sans's POV

After the goodbyes I walk the rest of the Royal Family inside and follow Lana, Dream, and Cross to the study we've been more or less hiding in. We all sit down next to each other and go over the plan again. Lana looks tense, she really hasn't been doing well through the pregnancy and I worry for her. She says she's alright, and to stop worrying, but it's hard she's so strong but she needs to know that she can lean on me. I'm here for her.
I put my arm around Lana and pulled her to me, holding her close.
"Lana if you keep stressing, you'll not hurt yourself but the baby too, take a break and rest. Me, Dream, and Cross will keep an eye out and alert you for when they come ok?"
Lana sighs and nods slowly relaxing and falling asleep in my arms. Dream and Cross stare at us.
"What is it?" I ask holding Lana protectively

"Nothing, I think that you should tell her how you feel before it's too late," Dream says as he walks over and pats Lana's head.
I blush brightly, "what makes you think I have feelings for princess Lana?!"
Cross and Dream giggle, "why for face right now and how you treat her of course!" Dream sits next to Cross and holds his hand.
"There's nothing wrong with having feelings for her Sans, she's a strong and stubborn woman who seems to only listen to a few people, you being one of them." Cross lightly squeezes Dream's hand. I shrug and the topic is dropped. Could I have a chance with princess Lana? That would be nice. Maybe after all of this is over I could tell her.

Lana's POV

After the goodbyes I walk back towards the study with Dream, Cross, and Sans close behind. When we get there l, we sit down and run through the plans until Sans grabs me by my shoulder and pulls me close, trapping me in his arms.
"Lana if you keep stressing, you'll not hurt yourself but the baby too, take a break and rest. Me, Dream, and Cross will keep an eye out and alert you for when they come ok?" He sounds worried when he says this so I sigh and nod. Already knowing that I won't win this and start drifting off when I hear dream say,
"I think that you should tell her how you feel before it's too late."
There was more I'm sure but that caught me off guard. Sans likes me? No way they must be teasing. Even so I hope it's true. Maybe after all this I could tell him how I feel.

Third person POV

The early dawn barely pecks over the hills when King Asgore's army reaches Nightmares palace. Both sides ready for a fight, waiting for the other side to move first. When the sleepy sun was right above King Asgore and his sons, they all said a mini prayer as Asgore yelled "CHARGE!!" and the fighting begins.
At the first bolder hitting the palace walls nightmare yells at error and horror, "Time to go! Let's go get bunny back and end this pitiful AU!!"
Ink is standing in the shadows watching and waiting for his moment.
