Weeks later, Error's POV

"Hey! No fair!"Cross snaps

"Everything is fair in Sea and War!"Killer chuckles

"Daaad! Killer brought water guns!"Dust whines

"KiLlEr, yOu mUsT sHaRe."I say

"I thought I was the only one that genuinely calls him Dad."Horror says

"The police records say otherwise!"Dust says

"Might as well accept it."Killer says, tossing Horror a water gun

They then proceed to gang up on Dust and spray him. I chuckle, then Horror tosses his weapon to Cross and dives under the water. He pops up beside me holding the edge of my floatie and smiles.

"I'm so glad that we got this tube for you. It's fun to swim with you, even if it is with you on a floatie donut."He says

I smile at him happily.

"HeY! No r0uGhpLaY! LeT h1m oUt fr0m uNdEr tHe wAt3R!"Paps shouts, blowing a whistle

"And of course then we have Paps the lifeguard."He chuckles, seeing Cross and get released from Killer's grip under the water.

"I got food!"Nighty shouts

I smile at him as everyone leaves the water to join him. He glances over to me as I kick my way over.

"You look like you're enjoying yourself."He says as I get over.

I nod.

We sit together and eat, Killer joking about his chaos in the water that the rest fell victim to. Paps rolls his eyes. Then we hear footsteps in the sand. We glance over to see Dream and Blue walking over with towels and umbrellas, Blue even carrying a basket and cooler.

"Hey Brother, glad you could make it."Nighty says

Dream smiles, seeming overjoyed whenever Nighty calls him that again.

Dust smiles at Blue who sits beside him and is quick to help Blue set up. I see Killer gazing at them, already getting a cheme in his head telling by the look on his face. Paps smacks him on the head.

"D0n't tRy aNytHiNg. N0t aft3r oUr lAsT t1m3 t0 tHe b3aCh."He says

Killer nods, understanding.

Soon enough Dust is back in the water with Blue and Perl joins Paps on his "lifeguard perch" which is really just a mound of sand that he made with an umbrella on top. I smile, seeing everyone enjoying themselves, even Nighty as he chats with his brother. I start crafting in the sand with some shovels, helping Horror with an idea he has. Quite relaxing if you ask me. Then a head pops out from underneath, destroying his sand castle. I frown, recognizing the face of the culprit.

Ink.

"Hey Error! It's been a while hasn't it?"He asks

"WhAt d0 y0u wAnT nOw?"I growl, pulling him out of the sand so Horror can fix his sand castle

"I'm just curious about something that I might've forgotten about the balance. I thought you could refresh my memory."He says, pulling me away

He clearly wants it private but he is rarely serious, if ever. And usually it's only when he screwed up big time.

"WhAt diD yOu Do nOw?"I ask

"Sooo, if I finished my fun with an AU or two but forgot to shut my portals and characters got out because of it, followed by said AUs crumbling apart...Would that count as destruction on my part?"He asks

"YoU aRe eSsEnTiAlLy aSkInG mE iF iT iS wRoNg iF y0u lEaVe a gAtE t0 a z0o oPeN aNd iF tHe aNimAlS eScApE iF yOu wiLl gEt In tRoUbLe. YES! DuH! NoW wHaT aUs dId yOu tAmpEr wiTh?"I snap at him

"You don't have to worry! I fixed it up from my damages! I just can't locate two of the main characters from them!"He says, trying to laugh it off

"HoW mAnY aNd wHo."I growl, demanding the answers instead of asking

"Two different Vampireverse AUs...2 vampires got loose so I advise that you cover up more since I've tracked them to this AU."He says

I facepalm, shaking my head.

"ThIs wAs sUpPoSeD tO bE a rElAxInG bEaCh dAy. JuSt gO fInD tHeM, hAndLe iT AnD gEt l0sT."I say

He nods, running off.

I go back to Horror, helping him rebuild his sand castle. This time he is making it bigger, seeking to fit inside it. We start marking the size of it to do so and he makes sand chairs in the middle of it, which were truly just lumps while I make walls. Soon the job is complete and I chuckle, seeing his red eye glow from a tower window. I crawl in the opening and sit with him.

"Thanks Dad. This is great."He says, tracing his finger along the walls.

"I aM jUsT sUrPriSEd tHiS wOrKeD. WhAt aRe y0u d0iNg n0w?"I ask

"Putting heiroglyphics on the walls to show the tale of the family, much like pyramids would have. See this is you with me and Ma."He says, pointing to a trio of figures on a wall

I smile, finding it interesting.

"VeRy cReAt1vE."I say

He smiles and soon all the walls are covered in his own version of heiroglyphics and he fills me in on the meaning behind each part.

"Brother? Since when were we beach neighbors to a castle? I also think you're missing a son."Dream says

"WaIt, wHeRE iS mY br0tH3r? KiLlER!"My brother snaps

"I didn't do shit!"Killer yells

I crawl out of the exit and wave to them.

"We'R3 iN hErE, gUyS. HoRrOr iS tEaChInG mE aBoUt tHe lOrE iN hErE."I says

"How the heck did you make that?"Cross asks

"With the power of plot armor!"Killer chuckles

"How does that even apply here?"Cross asks

"Okay then the power of friendship! Neither of those things make sense in reality and neither does this anyways."Killer says, speeding over

I stop him with my strings.

"KiLlEr iF yOu bR3aK tHiS pLaCe, y0u ar3 gr0undEd f0r tHe w3eK."I say

He nods, then enters calmly to learn from Horror. I smile as two at a time, everyone takes turns to see Horror and learn about what he created. It grows dark out after a bit, then Blue and Dream hear a commotion and go to see what's going on. Concerned, Dust and Nighty go after them and Killer and Cross follow after them. Then Horror smells some good food nearby and takes off to get some for everyone, getting followed by a concerned "Uncle" Paps with Perl.

Within a few minutes, I am alone to watch the stuff. I relax comfortably on a towel, watching the gentle waves. Then I smile, curiously going back into the castle, reading more of Horror's writing on the walls. I hear a hiss, then see eyes appear in the dark.

"Sorry to intrude on your castle but I don't know where else to go. This is a strange place that I stumbled into..And it provides good shade."A voice says

"WhO aRe yOu?"I ask

"Lord Macabre."He says, flashing some fangs in his smile

Oh, this is one of the vampires Ink released into the multiverse.

"Why do you look like my husband and why does your castle of images of us carved in the walls? I know you're not him since you have no neck mark."He asks, pointing to one of Horror's sand drawings

"I gUeSs yOu hAvE mEt yoUr dOpPlEgaNgErS. ThAt wAs mAdE bY oNe oF mY bOyS sO dOn't wOrRy aBoUt iT. I cAn hElP gEt yOu hOm3."I say

"Really?"He asks

I nod.

"I jUst hAVe tO cHeCk sOmEtHinG."I say, checking his code for his timeline and AU.

I find it and open a portal to it.

"It iS rIghT tHroUgh tHeRE."I say

"Thanks!"He says, hopping through the portal.

I shut it and crawl back out, hearing Perl meowing. I find him pawing at a cooler and Blue's basket and open it, finding pet treats and food inside. I feed him, then see everyone return. Just in time for fireworks. Of course I get pulled into Nighty's lap but it's nice. We all have the sweet treats that Blue made as well as the food Horror found being sold, enjoying the show in the sky.

Today is a good day.
