Error POV the next day

"OkAy, Cr0sS g0t tHe l1sT t0gEtHeR. LeT's g0."I say, opening a portal

The gang files through while Perl stays with Nighty who is focused on some paperwork. I glance around at the surface world of UnderSwap and within seconds, Horror slaps a vest with a leash attached onto Killer.

"Hey! What is this?"Killer asks

"A child leash for the leash kid. You're not causing chaos like you did on the last errand run. Would you rather a wrist link to keep you under control?"He asks as Dust laughs

Cross helps me divide the list, distributing parts to each of them to collect. Horror pairs up with Killer, holding his leash and the list as we walk into the supermarket.

"Y0u g0t y0ur AsSigNeD iTeMs t0 fiNd, s0 g0 c0lLeCt tHeM aNd me3t aT tHe rEgiStEr. Ke3p iN miNd yoUr lArGe apPetiTeS aNd tHaT tHiS sh0uLd lAsT uS a fEw we3kS. KiLleR, maKe sUr3 HoRroR d0eSn't miNimIzE hiS nEeDs. If h3 spOtS s0m3tHiNg n0t oN tHe liSt, tAkE iT. No eXcuSeS HoRr0r."I tell them

They nod, then scatter across the supermarket. I smile, heading towards the fruits and veggies area. I use my strings to make a temporary pouch to carry it in. I wander into the cereal aisle next, checking the prices. I hear wheels screeching and metal clanking, then Horror's scream growing louder.

"VICTORY IS OURS!"I hear Killer yell

I see him riding a cart full of items speed past me, Horror getting dragged along the floor with the leash tied around his wrist. It swerves around the corner out of my sight, sending Horror sliding away.

It hasn't even been 10 minutes...

I sigh, going after them before they crash or Horror gets hurt. I grab them with my strings and sigh as the cart rolls to a stop.

"ReAlLy?"I ask

"It got the job done, didn't it?"He asks, showing the completed list

I shake my head at his reckless method. I free him from the "child leash" to tie him up instead. I put my things in the cart, then lead Horror to the baked treats and sweets aisles. I see him eyeing a box of donuts and grab four boxes. I go down the aisle, getting packs of flour and other items I recall from his recipe book.

"Th1s sh0ulD lAsT l0ng3r f0r y0u."I say

"Where can we fit all this and what they're getting?"He asks

"Horror, we live in a big ass castle. I think he'll appreciate the lack of cobwebs by using more space."Killer says

"LeT's jUsT gEt t0 tHe rEgiStEr."I say

After regrouping and paying for the items, we return home and Horror was the quickest to get everything stored away. I check him to make sure he is okay after being dragged around. I smile once seeing them go their separate ways around the castle.

A few weeks later, I try sorting through my things from actual Ace Week, that being a TON more garlic bread and cake in addition to other ace symbols. Axolotls are crawling around my room and Perl is trying to help herd them together as I code a tank for them to stay in until I figure out what to do with them. Then I hear a rapid knock at my bedroom door. I open the door to see Killer, Cross, Dust, and Horror each dressed up in costumes. Fell is on a date with Classic today and Nighty is working as usual.

"WhAt'S wiTh tHe cOstUmES?"I ask

"Can we go to an AU's Halloween celebration?"Horror asks

"Boss wouldn't answer the door."Dust says

Killer hands me a flyer and I read it briefly. I smile, then glance at Perl.

"PeRl, y0u kNoW wHeR3 t0 f1nD tHe g0oD sTuFf."I say

Perl nods.

I open a portal to the AU and Killer quickly drags me into the party's corn maze. Horror chases after them, telling them not to tamper the corn quality by crushing the crops.

"No fiGhTiNg y0u tHrEe!"I shout after them

Farmer really has an influence on him.

Soon their voices fade and mix among the screams and shouts of children or other partygoers. I go over to a chair, sitting down and watching for trouble.

"Awwww, are those your boys?"A voice says

"You seem so good with your sons."Another says

"They seem so cute and happy with you. Wish my boys looked at me like that."A third says

I glance over, seeing a group of women gathering around me.

Boys..? Cute? They're clearly adu-Well, not with their wild behavior. Especially Killer. Welp, okay then.

"ThAnKs.."I say

"Dad! They're fighting!"Horror tattles

"No f1gHtS 0r i aM tAkInG y0u h0m3!"I snap back, used to Horror calling me that by now

"Okay!"The four shout

"Awwww!"The women coo

I see them gazing at me and shake my head.

"You single, Triplets King?"One asks

"I see a crown but I don't see no ring."A second says

"Mighty nice costume. The makeup even looks real. What were you going for with your kids?"A third asks

"Mind if I join the theme next year?"A fourth asks with a wink

I sigh, then see Killer run into a nearby barn where music is blasting from.

"SoRrY bUt i aM tAkEn. NoW i hAv3 t0 g0."I say, ditching the group

I check the barn, seeing Killer dancing in the middle of a crowd. I smile, glad that he isn't causing trouble. I glance over to see bowls of candy, then get an idea. I quickly make some bags and fill them with candy from the bowls. Then I feel a hand on my shoulder.

"I'm sure I can offer you more than she can.~"A voice coos

I glance over, seeing one of the ladies persisting to bother me. I slide her hand off of me.

"NoT iNteReStEd."I say

"Oh come on! You're free to explore options and have fun! Give into temptations! You're not done until there's a ring on your finger! Everyone knows that, even her I bet!"She says

"No, tHaT iS n0t h0w 0uR rElAt10nsHiP. It's cAlLed n0t bEiNg aN aSs aNd be1nG l0yaL. He kn0wS vErY weLl tHaT's r3aLiTy."I say

"He?"She snaps in surprise

I nod, smacking her hands off of me.

Should've worn the necklace before I left.

"You...You didn't look gay!"She says

"Oh d0n't g1v3 m3 tHaT sHiT. n0w l3aVe m3 aLoNe b3f0r3 I l0se mY pAt13nc3."I say

She leaves but I notice Horror watching me from outside the barn, witnessing that go down. He smiles at me, going back to having his fun. After letting them have their fun, I bring them home and give them their candy bags. Horror zips to Nighty's room.

"Boss! The crown failed! A lady was near Dad!"He shouts

"WHAT?!"Nighty shouts

All eyes turn to me. I groan, shaking my head as two tentacles pick me up to bring to Nighty's room.

Thanks, Horror. Now you set clingy Nighty off.

Nighty sets me down in his lap, his tentacles curling around me.

"NiGhTy, iT's oKaY. i tUrNeD hEr aWaY."I say

"I have to find a way to keep them away so they don't try it though."He says

"Do3s iT mAtTeR? i wiLl tUrN tHeM aWaY. y0u kn0W tHaT."I say

"I know...I just don't want a lunatic trying and hurting you when they get turned away."He says, kissing my forehead

I smile at him, chuckling as I am fully aware that I can't argue this point. He pushes his chair in, putting me close against his desk. I see him reach past me, continuing his work.

Welp, I'm stuck here now.
