Next day in the Shukla mansion everyone was having their breakfast. Arvind was reading his newspaper along with breakfast, Raj was checking through some business mails in his phone and Sidharth was also checking his schedule of the day and Arpita and Rashi were glaring them
"Put your mobiles and newspaper down gentlemen...at dining you should concentrate on your breakfast only"Arpita and Rashi said in unison a little loudly

"Okay ladies"All three men said and free themselves from their works and started having breakfast

"Sidharth come to office at 4:00pm sharp, there we have a meeting with Gills on a new project, they are coming for discussing about the same, it is just a casual meeting, but i am thinking that you should lead this project as it is a fresh and new one. Their daughter is handling everything of here, i have met her quite few times in business parties and i must say she is very efficient and smart girl and very polite too. So, today just come meet her and start working for the presentation"Arvind said

"Okay dad"I'll be there"Sidharth said smiling

Shehnaaz and Sidharth both reached college today at time . There was still some time in class so she was standing outside the class with her friends.

"Let's go inside guys.....class will start in five minutes"Mayank said

"Yup....follow me guys...i will show you the way to the class"Raavi said laughingly and all of them burst into laugh

"Ammm....Mayank, Raavi....you guys go, i have to talk with Shehnaaz..we will come soon"

Shehnaaz and everyone knew what he wants to talk and this is the last thing which Shehnaaz wants to do......she likes Rehaan as a friend only, he is a great friend always helpful, cheerful but She knew......actually each of them knew it very well that Rehaan likes Shehnaaz and wants the same from her side too but she is not ready for this...actually She can never think of him more than a friend. She always fears of this talk and whenever he tries to talk about that...she dismisses it but become very anxious too. She never wanted to be rude to him but today she thought let's finish it for once and all and close this chapter for always. Knowing her dilemma Raavi and Mayank both said in unison

"Nooooooo....."
"We have a class now to take and you can talk to her after class"Raavi said shooting glares at Rehaan because she knows how much does this disturbs Shehnaaz so as a best friend's duty she always tries to avoid this conversation

"We still have some time left in class Raavi...we'll come soon"Rehaan said irritatedly

"No means no.....Rehaan....can't you understand this simple thing"Raavi said anxiously

"It's okay guys...you guys go ahead, we will come after talking"Shehnaaz said

"You don't need to Shehnaaz"Raavi said cocernedly

"It's okay Raavi , i can handle"Shehnaaz said smiling

"Are you sure sweetheart"Mayank asked Shehnaaz

"Yesss , you guys go now"Shehnaaz said pushing them towards class

Mayank and Raavi went to class after giving last glance to them.
"I am telling you Mayank , if Shehnaaz got upset today...i'll kill Rehaan, can't he understand she is not interested at all.....it's very wrong and stupid of him to force her again and again"Raavi said while sitting on their seat

"It's okay Raavi , i think Shehnaaz also wants to clear it today.....didn't you see, she wasn't upset today when he brought that topic but i think they really needs to talk so that they can clear it and move ahead in their lives....and you don't worry she will handle this and if not then we are always there for her....right?"Mayank said side hugging her and patting her shoulder

"Mhhhmmm"Raavi hummed

"So, what do you want to talk Rehaan?"Shehnaaz asked very calmly and folding her hands over her chest

Rehaan looked at her and then took her hands in his"look Shehnaaz ...you know very well that i really care for you and love you and not today but from very long"

"I know that and i do too Rehaan"Shehnaaz said smiling and took a pause
"but not as what you want from me and i can never do that.....i love you as i love Mayank and Raavi.....you guys are my best friends and i don't want to lose you for anything Rehaan"

"But I really love you Shehnaaz, it's okay if you don't love me now but atleast we can try........ what if you will also feel the same for me and not realising now"Rehaan said looking at Shehnaaz with a hope in his eyes

"Rehaan please...i can never see you like that....there is nothing like that in my heart . I respect your feelings but by being with you i can't betray you and your feelings...it will be wrong and i can't do that
Even i do not want to induldge in these things, my family and i have some plans for me and you know very well about that and i can't betray them too, this is just not the right time for me , i can't involve myself in these things...not with you only but with anyone but in this i do not want to lose my friendship with you.....i hope you undersatand that?"

"But Shehnaaz....let's give one chance atleast no?"

"I cannot Rehaan , and i do not want to either when i already know about my priorities and my feelings, i do not feel anything like that for you.......and it's just an attraction, you just think for sometime...you will also get over it....just give some time to yourself...please?"She said calmly and a little apologetically

"I don't know Shehnaaz, you are just not ready to try it....what if....."

"That's enough Rehaan .......i told you many times ....please do not make it bad between us.....do not force me to not count you in my friend list too.....and i am serious this time, i can't live by carrying this baggage on me, tell me final today do you want me as your friend or not?...and this is our last discussion on this topic.......we won't talk ever again or we won't talk on this topic ever again.......choice is yours ....."Shehnaaz said being a little angry and rudely to Rehaan

"Okay.......okay.......but please don't say this....we were and we will always remain best friends only......i won't bring this topic ever but do not talk stupid ever to not talk to me...okay?....Either i can't lose my friend and if you will not talk to me i'll kidnap you and will leave you at a secluded place where there will be noone except me then you will have to talk to me"Rehaan said sadly

"Okay...i am sorry....you don't need to kidnap me "Shehnaaz said laughingly

"No, you are not.....actually i am sorry......i am really stupid , i always upsets you, i won't do it ever again...i am sorry again"Rehaan said

"It's okay buddy.......now can i get a hug from my best friend"Shehnaaz said pulling his cheeks

"Offcouse sweetheart"Rehaan said and gave a tight hug to her

At the same time Shehnaaz's phone ringed...she saw it was Raavi......and after two rings it stopped
"Why did she call me and when she didn't want to talk?"shehnaaz said to Rehaan

"Ohh god...Shehnaaz , we are late, may be she was calling to remind us about the same"Rehaan said

"Ohh yeah...let's go , class has already started"shehnaaz said

They were on the door of the class, Shehnaaz and Rehaan knocked
"Sir, may we come in"Shehnaaz asked Sidharth biting her lower lip with her teeth in nervousness as they were late for class........Sidharth turned towards them who was writing something on black board .Sidharth shot his angry look on them or shehnazz may assumed that..he is angry buy why?....Offcourse, they are late...that's why?

"Why not Miss. Shehnaaz?...This is the exact right time of the class... Me and all other students are stupid who come on time for the lecture...."He shouted a little and Shehnaaz flinched on his raised tone but composed herself and said
"We are so...so sorry Sir, act...actually I...we had some work so....we got late"she said stammering

"I want each and everyone at time in my class and if you are late and disturbs the class for any unnecessary reason or while doing nothing and wandering in college then you are not at all welcome in my class....you can enjoy your time outside and enter after the class is over...this is the last time i am allowing anyone in my class"He said again in a loud voice

"Am i clear here?"Sidharth asked the class

"Yess sir"students said

Shehnaaz was still standing at the door with Rehaan and a lone tear escaped her eye....she wiped it before anyone could see it and she makes herself more embarrassed in front of the whole class.... but Sidharth saw it already, he turned to compose himself

"Let's go inside Shehnaaz"Rehaan said but she was still standing their numb looking at Sidharth

"Now...will you guys do the honour of coming in the class or will take the whole class while standing at the door only"Sidharth said after turning towards them

"Yess sir, we are very sorry......it will not happen again"Rehaan said to Sidharth and dragged Shehnaaz in the class and sat on the seat

Sidharth thought if he did the right by shouting at them because it is not in his nature and he was feeling a little guilty by seeing the tear in her eyes but he doesn't like if anyone make excuses without any proper reason. When he was coming towards class he saw Shehnaaz standing outside the class and was at right time for class but when he came closer he heard their sort of love confession and Rehaan was holding her hands and she said that she does love him too.......that's okay...Sidharth is not someone who interfers in some students' or anyones' personal life but somewhere in his heart he felt starnge.....but still he shrugged his thoughts and came inside the class but when after sometime they didn't come in the class .......he saw them unwantedly from the door of the class... Shehnaaz pulling Rehaan's cheeks and hugging him......So that's the only reason she comes to college....she and that Rehaan doesn't know they have a class, they can continue their romance after the class too...Love is important but not at the cost of study.........but no. ....class is not important at all..Sidharth thought and when they knocked on the door he vent out his anger on them because after the yesterday's warning ....some students were still coming late and then Shehnaaz and Rehaan were the one and last of them so he burst out  his all anger on them.

He started teaching again but Shehnaaz was sitting all numb on her seat in the whole class. Sidhatlrth stole some glances to her but while whole class she was just looking at her notebook head hanging low.....not once she raised her head so that he could see her face. It frustarted him more and he exited the class after his lecture.
