Logline: A retired immortal with a grumpy personality and demeanor similar to Sophie Hatter from Howl's Moving Castle is suddenly tasked with raising the newborn halfling child of a violent demon. This is their heartwarming story.

When a son is borne of the demon Alastair de Ciel, all Kronos breaks loose in the high heavens. And Kamala, the former Goddess of Destiny, wants absolutely nothing to do with it. Which, of course, isn't possible since the High Courts determine her to be the only one who can raise him. 

Reece de Ciel's life thus commences under the parentage of the grumpy retired goddess, who does everything she can to keep the young demon boy out of trouble. Gods help them if trouble finds him first.

Concept: Cozy fantasy mixed with dark lore/mythology. Hints of biblical history/theology, but otherwise solely fictional.
