It had been days since you rescued Asia from the church and Raynare. You were helping your mother around the house while Alex was out looking for any Gentek activity. He has been doing it 24/7. Your mother doesn't know the last time he got sleep.

Dana and yourself were currently doing the dishes. She looked at you and decided to strike up a conversation.

Dana: I saw a Cherry blossom tree at the park yesterday.

You look at her while drying the dishes.

(Y/n): Oh yeah?

She nodded.

Dana: All that time in New York with infected on the streets and Gentek killing countless people, infected or not. It's made me forget about the beautiful things in life. Then I spot that tree and that little light reappears.

You smile and look at at her.

(Y/n): Must have been a strong encounter then.

She nodded and looked at her hand which was shaking. You narrowed your eyes and looked at her with a small frown. You took her hand as she looked at you.

(Y/n): Go sit down. I'll finish up here.

She was surprised.

Dana: A-Are you sure?

(Y/n): Yeah. I need to head off soon to go find Rias. Wants to talk to me about something.

Dana smirked.

Dana: Ooo~ a date perhaps?~ Is she from your school?

You blush as a couple of tendrils come out of your arm. One takes the cloth as you pass the other the washed dish.

(Y/n): N-No she's just an acquaintance. I joined her club last night.

Dana: Ooh! A club! It's good that your making friends in this country.

You smile and nod.

(Y/n): Go sit.

She opens her mouth but gives up and simply nods as she goes to the lounge.

You chuckle to yourself and continue doing the dishes. You hear a knock on the door.

(Y/n): I got it!

You put down the sponge and walk to the door, your tendrils falling back into your body. You open the door and are greeted by Asia and Rias.

(Y/n): Oh! Rias, Asia. Didn't expect to see you guys till later on.

Rias: Sorry (Y/n). Just something I had to do before we conduct our activities today.

You looked around.

(Y/n): I take it Isabelle told you where I live?

Rias: Yes.

You looked down to see them holding boxes.

(Y/n): Whatcha...got there?

Asia looked at the boxes.

Asia: Well its most of my stuff, or at least what I brought with me to Japan.

....

....

(Y/n): Huh?

One discussion later~

(Y/n): Move in with me?!

You were a blushing mess as Rias smiled while having some tea.

You were sat next to your mother facing the two devils as Rias explained the circumstances.

Rias: I'm sure you wouldn't mind right?

Your blushing calmed down as you coughed clearing your throat.

(Y/n): I mean..No but it's really not up to me.

Rias: I see.

She turns to your mother.

Rias: Miss Mercer. Would it be okay if my friend Asia stayed here with you and your son?

Dana stares at her and looked down.

Dana: I'd love for her to if she's in need, however the landlady would need some convincing.

Rias: Oh, I see.

Rias gets up.

Rias: Asia, please wait here.

Asia: Yes ma'am.

She leaves as you sit next to Asia and stare at your mother who is looking at Asia.

Dana: So Asia. You're from America Huh?

Asia straightened up.

Asia: Y-Yes ma'am!

Dana leaned against her hands.

Dana: What part are you from?

Asia got nervous and looked to the side. You jumped in.

(Y/n): Ah Asia doesn't keep to talk about it. You see she....umm...

You scratched the side of your cheek with your index finger while looking to the side, trying to think of something to make up.

Asia: I really didn't have a home. I was adopted into the church so I moved around a lot.

Dana sits up.

Dana: Ah, a church girl. What religion?

Asia relaxed a bit just as you did.

Asia: Catholic.

Dana smiles. She opened her mouth to say something else but Rias came back and looked at everyone.

Rias: Good news, the landlady says Asia can stay.

You take a deep breath.

(Y/n): Saved by the bell.

Dana: Wonderful. I'll inform your uncle when he gets home.

You nod and grab Asia's belongings. You took her to the spare room and put all her things down.

Rias followed you.

Rias: Thank you (Y/n). I would have left her with Isabelle but she still has people going after her gear.

You look at the red haired beauty.

(Y/n): I can look after Isabelle too if ya want.

Rias giggled.

Rias: No it's okay. We can look after her. Besides, Asia is mainly here cause she had no where else to go.

(Y/n): Oh yeah. Isabelle does have her family still. Plus she's closer to the school so the devils can get to her quickly is she's in trouble.

You hear something land outside and look out the window.

(Y/n): Oh! My uncle is home!

You exit the spare room and go to the front door.

Asia watches as you open the door with Rias behind you. Her eyes widen as the grey hooded figure enters the home while dusting himself off.

Alex: Oh. We have guests.

He ruffles your hair and sits down next to Dana.

You look at both Asia and Rias to see them go pale. You follow their gaze to see they're staring at your uncle.

(Y/n): Oh shit.

You grab them both.

(Y/n): Where gonna head outside for some fresh air. I'll be back whenever.

You take them outside and close the door.

Alex: Okay..? Nice to meet you too?

He looks at Dana who shrugs.

Outside your house~

(Y/n): Okay I know how this looks.

Rias: I knew your last name sounded familiar, your THE Mercer family-

Asia: -And that man in there is Alex Mercer! The man who started the black light virus in New York!

You hold your hand out and gesture for them to keep the noise down.

(Y/n): I know and listen. The Alex that started all that shit in Manhattan, is dead. The Alex you saw in there is nothing but a shadow.

Rias: What he did was unforgivable (Y/n). Your defending him like he never did anything wrong.

You sigh and rub the bridge of your nose.

(Y/n): I'm not saying he did. It's complicated. Please trust me though Rias.

Rias looks at you as you look into her eyes with hope.

Rias sighs.

Rias: Fine. However if he causes trouble I'm not afraid to step in and handle him myself.

(Y/n):

Rias walks away as Asia and yourself watch her go. Before she turns the corner she looks at you.

Rias: Come by the school when you help Asia get settled in. I want to know what you're really capable of.

With that she leaves.

You sigh and look at Asia.

(Y/n): You okay?

Asia jumps and nods.

Asia: Yes! I'm fine!

She looks away and up at your apartment.

Asia: Just...never thought I'd be under the same roof as a criminal...Allegedly of course!

(Y/n); That's as good as it's gonna get I'm guessing..

You gesture her to follow you as you head inside to finish getting her settled in.

Timeskip~

You were watching the girls exercise doing things like push-ups, sit-ups and stretching. Koneko almost broke Isabelle's back by 'accident' in the gym. Do you need the real reason as you could see Isabelle taking occasional glances at Rias and Akeno's busts.

Right now you're watching Rias follow a running Isabelle on a bike.

She hasn't said anything to you ever since you arrived. Is she mad? Upset? Whatever it was it was unsettling and made your biomass act up.

Koneko: You've been watching us all day. Not having perverse thoughts are you?

You look down at the white haired girl and sigh.

(Y/n): I'm not. I'm just waiting for you guys to finish your exercise. Rias wants me to show my abilities which will be interesting.

Koneko looks away from you and looks at Isabelle.

Koneko: Isabelle's been pushing herself even harder after the events that took place at the church last night. Wants to make sure nothing bad ever happens to anyone ever again.

(Y/n): Is that so?

You look at Isabelle too to see her stop and take deep breaths. Rias hands her a bottle of water which she takes and drinks. She stops drinking half of the bottle and keeps running as Rias gets back on the bike and follows her.

(Y/n): I do see some progress.

Koneko nods as you both watch the duo continue doing laps.

Another Timeskip~

You were running in a Forest looking left and right. You stop and look behind you to see a sword come flying at you. Your arm morphs into a shield causing the sword to bounce back into the air. Kiba jumps after it and brings the sword down on you however you jumped away and looked at her. She immediately recovers and continues her assault on you.

(Y/n): Jesus she's fast.

You think to yourself as you barely dodge her attacks. Your arms morphs into a blade as you parry Kiba's attacks. You both locks and stare each other down. She smirks as she backs off after pushing you away.

You feel a force on your back which sends you into a tree. You recover and look up to see Koneko in your face. She lifts her leg and brings it down on you as your biomass surrounds your body making your skin into an armour shell which blocked at least half the force into her attack.

You rolled away from her and stood up.

(Y/n): You really shouldn't attack like that when wearing a skirt.

Koneko blushes a little and runs at you with Kiba following behind her.

You duck under Koneko's kick and block Kiba's slash with your blade. You look at Koneko who is pulling a tree out of the ground and kick Kiba away. You backflip just dodging the tree as Koneko swung it at you. You jump in the air, your biomass reverting you back to your normal form as you looked down at Koneko. She throws the tree at you but in an attempt to knock you out of the sky but you spin in the air acting like a saw blade as you cut through the tree. Your arms morphed into hammerfists as you dove ahead first at the ground with your fists in front of you. Koneko and Kiba back up as you land on the ground making a crater and blowing some trees away. You get up and look around the forest.

Rias: Enough.

You look to see Rias flying above down to you with Akeno by her side. Isabelle and Asia walk into the open and look at you too as Kiba and Koneko come out of hiding. You relax as your biomass returns your hands to normal.

Rias: From what I've gathered watching you fight, you have remarkable strength, speed and reflexes, an odd Arsenal weapons at your disposal and the ability to jump ten stories in the sky.

You nod and twist your arm and shake your hand.

(Y/n): Leaves a bit of a shock in your hand after doing a power slam like that.

Rias lands in front of you.

Rias: I'm guessing your uncle can do the same?

You rub the back of your head.

(Y/n): He's...well more experienced with this power than me. If anything he's two times stronger.

Rias: Is that so..?

You sigh and walk up to Rias.

(Y/n): Look I know my uncle is the least trusted person in the world right now. However I meant it when I said he's trying to make a change and correct a wrong he's committed.

Rias looks at you.

Rias: It's like I said, just because he says he's a changed man now doesn't excuse him.

You let out a frustrated sigh.

(Y/n): Rias.

She looks at you.

(Y/n): I agreed to be your backup muscle in case situations got real ugly. I don't want to be treated like a guinea pig so you know of a danger that won't even come.

You looked into Rias' eyes, full of confidence. She smiles and puts her hands on your cheeks.

Rias: Fine my little rogue. I'll take your word for now.

You blush a little at her nickname for you. Either way you nod and smile, glad that she's gonna be more understanding.

Rias: Anyway since you're already here. Want to come with us to the familiar forest? We need to get Asia and Isabelle their own familiars.

You tilt your head and look at her confused.

(Y/n): Familiars?
