You were eating breakfast with Asia and your mother while the new girl who appeared in your room last night was nuzzling your arm.

She had fur covering up her entire body this time thanks to you asking her to seeing as you really didn't need clothes and didn't have anything to put of her. Asia was pouting while looking at the new girl nuzzle your arm.

Dana: Another girl to add to your collection?

You look at your mother.

(Y/n): Collection?

Dana points at your other arm. You follow to where she's pointing to see Asia nuzzling your other arm. This caused the new girl to growl at Asia.

You exhale deeply through your nose. You look at the new girl.

(Y/n): So, What is your name?

The new girl looks up at you and sits up.

(Y/n): Goddamn she's still taller than me even when she's sitting down.

???: I'm sorry master. I should have introduced myself the second I showed myself to you. My name is Lilith.

You smile.

(Y/n): It's nice to meet you Lilith. Also can you call me (Y/n) from now on. I don't like the master title.

Lilith: (Y/n)...Okay.

Dana: Just curious. What made you call (Y/n) 'master' in the first place?

You sit up and look at Lilith.

(Y/n): I'm actually curious as well. Thought you'd be pissed after what happened back in the familiar forest.

Dana: The what?

Lilith looks at Dana.

Lilith: Oh, I see. Well it all started when he arrived on my territory. You see, it's been awhile since I've had a visitor nonetheless, someone to play with. I got so excited when he showed up that I couldn't contain my self and basically howled in excitement. He ran though so I gave chase thinking he was playing a game, then he hit me.

You rub the back of your head.

(Y/n): Yeah...sorry about that.

You feel a dark presence and look at Dana to see her looking at you with a pissed look plastered on her face.

Dana: Hit you huh?

You look at Lilith.

(Y/n): Lilith. Maybe you can explain a little better? Might be some miscommunication there.

Lilith tilts her head in confusion.

Lilith: You did though mast- I mean (Y/n). After all, you caught me by surprise afterwards when you were hitting me in the behind while suffocating me.

Asia blushes hard at this as Dana was shaking and her hand was balled up into a fist.

Dana: Great. You're just like your father.

.....

(Y/n): ....Come again?

A loud bang is heard making a flock of birds on top of the roof fly off. Back inside you had your head buried into the floor as Asia was scared while Lilith poked you and Dana rubbed her fist.

Timeskip~

You were getting ready for school while Asia had left early to go get Lilith some clothes. You left your room and looked at a closed door which lead to Alex's room. You open it to see the room empty.

Your a little sad that your uncle wasn't home again. This whole black watch being in Japan thing must be stressful.

Your biomass surrounds your whole body putting you in your school uniform. You hear voices from the kitchen and looked to see your uncle and your mother.

Dana:You haven't slept for a month Alex.

Alex shook his head.

Alex: I don't need to.

Dana slams her fist on the table.

Dana: Bullshit! Your acting weird. Almost....almost.

Alex: Inhuman?

Dana goes silent as Alex leans against the table, trying to look Dana dead in the eyes.

Alex: Cause that's what I am. I'm a freak of nature. A prototype weapon made for the purpose of war. (Y/n) is to-

Dana almost slaps her brother however he cocks his head back.

Dana: Don't you dare talk about him like that.

She says sternly while pointing at Alex. Alex goes silent. He looks to the side and notices you spying on him and Dana. He looks at Dana one more time before leaving and saying.

Alex: I'm close to finding out why blackwatch and Gentek are here. I'll let you know what I find.

He leaves. Dana covers her eyes and deeply inhales and exhales out her nose. She drags her hands down her face and looks around the room until she notices you step out into the open.

Dana: How much did you hear?

You shrug.

(Y/n): Enough to know that uncle Alex needs help.

Dana sits up.

Dana: (Y/n)...

(Y/n): Mum. He needs the both of us right now.

Dana: What he needs is help!

You wince at your mother's tone. She sighs and lays back.

Dana: I'm sorry (Y/n).

Dana closes her eyes and starts to take deep breaths. You sit with her to keep her company until Asia got back. She puts her hand on yours. You almost instantly take it and hold onto it tight. Sitting there in the quiet kitchen with the both of you wishing you could escape this hell of a life.

Timeskip~

Rias: Sounds serious.

(Y/n): It is. She's falling apart while trying to keep this family together Rias.

You tell the research clubs leader. Who was sitting across from you and Lilith. You look around and then back at Rias.

(Y/n): Where's Isabelle and the others?

Rias: I sent Koneko and Kiba are on a secret mission last night. They should return shortly. As for Isabelle and Asia, I sent them to run some errands. They'll be back soon.

You tilt your head.

(Y/n): ...but what about school?

Rias: I can 'persuade' the teachers to give them nothing more than a warning.

She says. Akeno comes around the corner and pours Rias and yourself some tea. You thank Akeno and look at Rias. You could tell something was bugging Rias, you could tell just by the way she was leaning on her hands as she looked down at the table.

(Y/n): You okay?

You asked in which Rias looks up at you in response.

Rias: Your uncle seemed different you said?

You nod.

(Y/n): He doesn't eat, doesn't sleep. Hell, he hasn't been home a lot lately either and when he is, He acts like he's not even there at all anyway.

Rias sits back.

Rias: I don't know the effects of the... Blacklight virus, is it called?

You nod confirming the name.

Rias: Always saw on the news that it made people go savage and deforming their facial and bodily features. Acting like they were undead and made them into 'monsters'.

You sit up.

(Y/n): You think he's turning into a monster?

Rias: I'd say something much worse.

You looked away from her. Could she be onto something? Despite her lack of knowledge of the virus she does bring a point. The virus is a part of you and your uncle. As a matter of fact, the virus is Alex and yourself. What if the reason your uncle is showing such behaviour is because he's becoming the virus itself. How long before you suffer the same fate? Are both of you destined to repeat the history over and over again?

Your train of thought is cut off when lilies sits up and put her forehead on yours. As she does this a blue ora surrounds her body which then surrounds yours. You feel the stress of the situation die down making you relax and breathe softly.

Lilith let's go and you rub your forehead.

(Y/n): Lilith...what did you...?

Lilith: I sensed your stress levels going up so I took it upon myself to help you relax (Y/n).

You look at your hands and stand up.

Lilith: Unfortunately the effect isn't permanent. However if you find yourself in stressful situations or in a bad mental state, I can help even if it's a few minutes.

You look at your familiar and smile.

(Y/n): Thank you.

Rias walks over to Lilith. She looks at you.

Rias: What kind of Sprite did you say she was?

(Y/n): I didn't say. She's some kind of Cerberus but with twelve fox tails.

Rias goes to Lilith and looks her up and down.

Rias: She has to be a new species. Can you transform for me Lilith? I wish to see you in your other form.

You think back to the familiar forest and go pale.

(Y/n): Ah Lilith!

They look at you.

(Y/n): The small version with only three tails please.

Lilith nods. She starts to glow making you cover your eyes. As the glowing died down, you uncover your eyes to see Lilith in her familiar form.

Rias pets Lilith's heads.

Akeno: The Towji will definitely want to study her.

Lilith reverts back to her human form.

Lilith: That Rhyming man? I'd sooner eat him before he touches me.

You chuckle at this. You hear the bell and look at all the girls.

(Y/n): I better get going. Lilith, wait here until I'm finished okay.

Lilith nods and goes to the couch and lays down in it as you leave.

After you left, Akeno turns to Rias.

Akeno: It appears he's conflicted on what he'll become now.

Rias sighs and goes to the window overlooking the campus grounds. She sees you leave and crosses her arms under her chest.

Rias: Even if he is, we need him to cling onto that last bit of humanity he has even if he isn't human at all anymore. He may be our last hope.

Akeno and Rias hear the window open and look to see Koneko and Kiba enter. Rias turns to the two girls.

Rias: What did you see last night?

Koneko and Kiba look at each other then back at their leader.

Kiba: Where do we begin..?

Earlier last night~

In an abandoned factory. Blackwatch and gentek soldiers have set up a miniature base. Inside there were holding cells filled with civilians. The holding cells were connected to a black container that was holding something that occasionally slammed into the sides, trying to escape.

A blackwatch officer enters the factory and stands in front of the container.

Officer: Okay ladies. We need to wrap this little project up and I'll get it to HQ. We got word that Zeus a.k.a. Alex Mercer is on the move.

Soldier 1: Why the hell is that freak even here? I thought he'd be in a ditch somewhere back in New York.

Officer: He didn't follow us, we followed him, Athena and Hadie.

Soldier 1: What? Why?

Officer: That's all you need to know soldier.

The second soldier joked.

Officer: Enough. Let's get this experiment done and back to HQ.

The container shakes again as whatever was inside, growls and starts hitting the container walls repeatedly.

Officer: We hear you big fella.

Koneko and Kiba sneak in and sit on top of the beams.

Koneko: What are they doing?

She asks.

Kiba: Those people need help.

Kiba stands up only for her teammate to stop her by placing her hand across her chest.

Koneko: Rias asked to find a hideout or outpost where these Blackwatch and Gentek assholes are posted. She wants to know what they're doing and if they found a cure to this Blacklight virus.

They hear the container open and look. There's silence. Then screaming as a tentacle made of flesh and glowing red blood shoots into the cells reducing the cells to a bloody mess.

Kiba: Holy shit.

Koneko, despite her cold, quiet and serious personality. Couldn't stand the feeling of seeing people get ripped apart limb from limb.

The screaming and the sound of flesh being ripped apart stopped causing the duo to look back at the container.

Officer: Alright. Pack it up.

A soldier began to close the container but was stopped when a tentacle pierced the container and impaled him.

Officer: Goddamnit. Sedate that fucking thing!

A bunch of soldiers loaded up stun rounds in their guns and fired into the container.

Soldier 3: It's still pissed!

Officer: Why?

Koneko: Yumi. Get ready this could turn ugly.

Kiba nods and stands up ready to fight but stopped when she noticed a soldier come up behind the officer. Biomass surrounded the soldier's hand as it turned into a claw and impaled the officer. The soldiers looked and pointed their weapons at the soldier and officer. The soldier grew tendrils out of his sides and consumed the officer.

Koneko: (Y/n)?

Kiba: Why is he here?

The soldier's appearance changed as a man in a leather jacket with a grey hood, white buttoned up under shirt and blue jeans took his place.

Soldier 4: It's Zeus!

Soldier 3: Take him down!

All of the soldiers open fire however Alex's arm forms into a shield. He rams one of the soldiers  into a wall leaving a bloody paste.

Koneko: That's not (Y/n).

Kiba: It's his uncle, Alex Mercer. Worlds most wanted man.

Alex's arm forms into a blade. He spins around while sticking the blade out and slicing anyone who was in his way. He jumps at one soldier and slices him in half.

Alex looks around at the massacre and notices a soldier load up a rocket launcher. Alex's arm forms back into its shield form. As he does this the soldier fires the rocket and Alex puts up the shield making the rocket bounce off and strike the container, blowing a hole in it.

Soldier 5: You fool! What have you done?!

Alex looks at the container to see it's filled with biomass. He groans.

Alex: Great.

Suddenly a brawler hunter jumps out and lunges onto the soldier, taking a chunk out of him as the soldier screams in agony.

Alex whistles getting the brawler's attention. The Brawler looks at him. It roars at him and lunges at him. Alex catches the Brawler and falls to the floor on his back and launches the Brawler into a wall by placing his foot on the Brawlers stomach and pushing it, using its own momentum against it.

The Brawler gets up and attacks again. Alex however ready's his blade arm again. The Brawler gets in close and tried to claw at Alex however Alex dodges and sliced the Brawler's arm off. He then proceeds to do that with the other arm. The Brawler attempts to bite Alex but Alex catches its head and proceeds to jump on its shoulders. He begins to pull on its head, eventually decapitating it then consuming it as tendrils shot out of his body and latched onto the Brawler's corpse.

Alex looks around and notices a civilian who's still alive. He goes over to the civilian and sees it's a woman.

Alex: Miss, Are you okay?

The woman looks at him but screams. Alex follows her gaze and sees that his arm is still in its blade form.

Alex: It's okay I'm not going to hurt you.

The woman quickly scrambled to a dead soldier and pulled out his sidearm.

Alex: Don't.

Ignoring the warning, the woman opens fire. The bullet makes contact however Alex ignores it. She begins continuously firing eventually emptying the magazine in the sidearm as Alex approaches her. He lifts her up with a disappointed look plastered on his face.

Alex: That was very stupid.

His grip tightens forcing the woman to let go of the sidearm.

Alex: ...But brave.

His arm forms into a needle like blade. He jabs the woman making her gasp. Alex drops her to the floor and walks away.

Koneko and Kiba stand up.

Koneko: What the hell did he do?

Kiba narrows her eyes.

Kiba: We need to inform Rias on our findings.

Koneko: But the mission-

Kiba: This changes everything. Let's go!

Kiba flies and Koneko sighs. She looks at the woman who looks like she's in pain. Koneko looks down with her eyes closed before taking off after Kiba.

Present~

Rias sighs and rubs her temple.

Akeno: Do we tell (Y/n)?

Rias looks at her.

Rias: No. We can't. For now think of this as a secret assignment. Keep tabs on Alex Mercer at all costs.

Koneko and Kiba nod and leave for class.

Akeno: With that issue resolved. Shall we move onto the next issue.

Rias narrows her eyes as her hair covers her eyes.

Rias: Yes...I guess that does need to be figured out.

She looks at the school as cherry blossom leaves fell from the trees on campus. A thought rushed into Rias' mind as a smile crept onto her face.

What was this devil thinking?

Hope you guys enjoy this chapter. Also I realised I fucked up with Kiba so I went through the whole story changing it back from Kibaki to Kiba and making her name Yumi. Because I realised that Kiba was the last name. So don't worry all fixed.
