Jane woke up feeling a pair of arms around her. Smiling she wondered how much things could change in a day.

"Good morning." Carlos said as he woke up.

"Good morning. Did I wake you up?" Jane asked.

"Nope I've been up for *yawns* hours." Carlos said.

"Hmm sure you have." Jane said sarcastically.

"Is that sarcasm?" Carlos asked his girlfriend.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Jane said innocently.

"Come on. Let's get ready for school." Carlos said.

"Um, I'm not sure I want to go to school today." Jane said a bit nervous.

"Are you scared?" Carlos asked.

"Yeah." Jane admitted.

"Don't worry. I'll be with you. Our class schedule are almost the same today. Besides I'm pretty sure Chad has been in-dorm suspended." Carlos said soothingly.

"Yeah but-"

"But nothing. Jane come on you love school. That jerk isn't worth you skipping." Carlos told her.

"You're right." Jane said.

"That's the spirit." Carlos encouraged.

"But only if you'll be with me throughout." Jane said.

"You'll be begging me to leave you alone." Carlos said.

"Okay." Jane said.

"Now go get ready, let me get ready and I'll come pick you up when I'm done." Carlos said.

"Okay." Jane said. **************

As promised, Carlos was with her all through the day because their class schedules were alike. Except for their biology and geography class. Jane was on her way to geography class when she felt someone pull her inside the utility closet.

Jane had never felt so scared in her entire life as she was gazing at the eyes of Chad Charming.

Chad put his index finger on his lips signaling her to be quiet. Fearful of what he might do, she just nodded her head meekly.

"So....." Chad started in a menacing tone that made Jane forget how to breath.

"You told your mom?" He asked but it sounded more like a statement than a question.

As much Jane wanted to say something, her words were caught in her throat.

"Well I mean, I don't get why you are taking me to court it's not like I went all the way." Chad said as he got closer to Jane with the intention of scaring her which worked.

Jane would give anything at that moment for the ground to just swallow her up. Trying to find her voice again she spoke.

"You almost raped me. If Jay didn't arrive you would have." Jane said although it didn't come out as brave as she intended.

"Oh you do talk." Chad said in mock surprise.

"What do you want?" Jane asked slowly.

"Well I'm glad you asked. I want you to go tell your mommy that you don't want to push through with the taking me to court." Chad said.

"And why on earth would I do that?" Jane asked.

Chad cupped her face with one of his hands and made her look him dead in the eye. "Because you are not going to win. And when you lose the case, I'm going to make sure your life will be a living nightmare." Chad said as he stroked her chin with his thumb.

"Got it?" Chad asked.

Jane just nodded meekly the tears in her eyes threatening to spill.

"Good. I'm glad we are in agreement. Also don't tell anyone about this including your demon freak of a boyfriend." Chad said.

"He is not a demon freak." Jane said a bit menacing that surprised Chad and herself.

She wasn't going to let anyone talk about her awesome boyfriend that way.

"Whatever I need to get back to my in-dorm suspension. Don't forget what I told you. If you still need a little bit more motivation, take me to court and I'm bringing the demon freak down with me." Chad said.

Jane just kept staring at Chad.

"See you around." Chad said before finally releasing her face and heading out.

As soon as he left, Jane collapsed on the floor and cried. She had no idea what to do. On one hand if she took Chad to court, there was a possibility of Carlos being punished alongside him.

On the other hand, if she doesn't take Chad to court, he'll forever be a threat to her.

She just sobbed into her knees. She didn't like how much her life had changed from simple to complicated.

"I should've never gotten out of bed today."
