After sniffing Elze,
Shin whispers,
"You smell nice."

He exhales and pulls Elze closer.

Warmth envelops him and begins to doze off.

Elze lays still to not disturb Shin.

The constant beat of her heart was so loud she could hear it in her ears.

Shin is embracing me!!!

She screams in her head multiple times.

And thus marks one of the days where Elze didn't get any sleep.
