"I don't think so. Me and Yukiko usually make plans together but she went out to drink and party a bit. We will have to see tomorrow. What about you? Do you have to work?" - "Ah yes... Mabye we can have a small meeting with her in the evening... I don't know how she would react. Perhaps you could tell her about me a bit and that I would like to meet her. I can also bring my colleague. Mabye it would help to break the ice if she feels uncomfortable. He may be a little loud and vulgar but mabye it could help"

His suggestion made her smile and she pecked his chin. "You sound so scared... I can tell her and we can meet in front this inn around sunset. And of course you can bring him. Is he handsome? Mabye she will fall in love again?" Kakuzu stared at her and shook his head quickly. "No no I won't allow that. He isn't really sane. Did she have a relationship before? Did he die?"

(Y/N) chuckled a little and shook her head. "No. He is not dead. But I think you have heard of Orochimaru right? When he was still a normal Jonin in Konohagakure they were a really powerful couple. Him leaving the village and becoming who he is now really broke her heart. She doesn't like talking about him anymore and she hasn't been in a relationship with anyone ever since"

The man nodded in understanding and leaned back against the pillow, putting away the book and looking at his still sitting lover. "It is getting pretty late. I sadly have to leave early in the morning. So don't be too sad when you wake up all alone. Let us at least sleep together for now" He mumbled and (Y/N) just nodded before laying down next to him. He stretched out his arm for her to lay on and rolled over to face her.

They looked to each others' eyes as her hand rested on his chest. She scooted closer to him and softly kissed his lips again, sharing a sweet goodnight kiss before she closed her eyes to fall asleep.

Kakuzu still looked at her for some time and held her closer to himself. He breathed in her wonderful scent and thought about how sad it is he wouldn't be able to hold her forever.
