Shadows
I speak how I perceive, from day to day, with conviction and honesty
These may be taken as contradictions
But, this contrived reality is just that
To exploit beauty in it's darkest themes
Just as well; when one casts shadows, interrupting it's light
These eclipses in perception are to be welcomed as phases of growth
New found keys used to unlock the wisdom bestowed upon man at conception
Trifles and ignorance of what thought unfair barricades these truths in a labyrinth of confusion and doubt
To wander is inevitable, for the curious and seekers of understanding
To stray so far, you find yourself lost is submitting to your inner, selfish allure; unattainable, but mull-worthy
Intimate reflections can only be accepted with open eyes
Each soul holds a mirror
Be fond in the company of your semblance
