Age 4 moons

Dawnkit woke up after what seamed like moon's."Were is Hawkeye?" She asked Stonecave. "She went hunting with Graymoon" Stonecave replied.   then Hawkeye walked into the cave with Graymoon. "Hi, Graymoon" Dawnkit meowed to him.

"How is my little ray of sunshine?" He purred. Dawnkit smiled he always called her that. "Your appreciate ceremony is must be soon I wonder who your mentor will be? I think it will be Ashflight. He has not had an apprentice yet." "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join under Big Stone for a clan meeting." Lightstar announced.

"I wonder what that is all about" Graymoon wondered. Hawkeye, Graymoon, and Dawnkit wandered out of the cave. "I have gathered you here today to receive a new cat into the clan. Hawkeye has found a kit and has asked him to be a part of Darkwater clan. The kit accepted. He says his name is Flame, so from this day forward until he has earned his appreciate name. This kit will be known as Flamekit, Hawkeye will you care for him with Dawnkit until they have reached six moons old" Lightstar announced. Hawkeye nodded."good" Lightstar purred.

Dawnkit saw a small orange tabby kit pad out from behind Lightstar. "Hi, I'm Flamekit"  he said.

"I'm Dawnkit" she replied

"Hi Dawnkit"

"Hi" Dawnkit felt uneasy with Flamekit around. But she had to live with it, he was her littermate now. He look a little younger than her maybe about three moons. He is little bit older than  Stonecave's kits. "How old are you?" She questioned.

"I don't know I think four and a half moons old." Flamekit replied. Dawnkit flicked her tail and padded into the nursery with Flamekit not far behind.
