Yoongi then showered and put on fresh clothes, feeling slightly relaxed as he then made his way to the dining, where he found Taehyung and Jungkook already seated. The maknae was engrossed in his phone, while Taehyung seemed to be sulking.

As he went over there, Tae saw him coming and he immediately attempted to hover over him angrily.

However, Yoongi casually stepped aside, causing the younger to stumble and fall to the floor. Jungkook laughed at the scene, while Yoongi looked confused by his sudden aggression.

Taehyung got up from the floor as he glared at him. Sensing the tension, Yoongi's confusion deepened as he asked, "What?"

Taehyung's glare only intensified as he spat out, "It's because of you!"

"What do you mean?" Yoongi asked, trying to make sense.

Taehyung started to blabber with frustration. "Because of you, I got punished yesterday, especially by that brat Jungkook!" he accused, pointing at Jungkook, who just casually shrugged innocently.

He then continued, "Because of you, my ass is still on fire, and I can't even sit properly!"

Yoongi raised his eyebrow, finally understanding. "But why is it my fault?" he asked.

He then huffed out as he started to accuse him, "Was I the one who asked you to fight alongside me? Did I tell you to get involved? Did you not have a brain of your own? No one forced you to come and fight."

Taehyung remained silent, his lips formed a pout as Yoongi continued, "Your brother even told us both to go and inform him if there was any fight. Even if I fought, you could have just gone to him and told him there was a fight. You had every chance to avoid it, but you still chose to fight with me."

Jungkook intervened as he chuckled, "Hyung, just let it go. He's going to keep sulking anyway. No need to keep going on about it."

Taehyung huffed in frustration, then went over to his chair with a pillow on it, sitting down with a pout. "But I'm still mad at you," he muttered as he gave Yoongi another glare.

Yoongi shook his head, muttering under his breath, "Brat."

Just as he sat next to Taehyung, Jin entered the room, smiling warmly. "Good morning, boys," he greeted, his eyes lingering on Yoongi for a moment longer before he turned his attention to the maknaes.

He glanced around, sensing the tension and asked, "What's wrong?"

Jungkook chuckled lightly, while Yoongi huffed and gestured towards Taehyung, saying, "Ask your little brother."

Jin raised an eyebrow as he looked at Taehyung questioningly. The younger crossed his arms, still pouting, but didn't say anything.

The butler started to serve them the breakfast and Jin sighed softly, realizing that he might need to coax him, "Since today is Saturday, a holiday, how about we do something fun together? Any ideas?"

Taehyung's expression brightened slightly at that, while Jungkook perked up with sudden interest.

Yoongi huffed out at that, shaking his head. "I won't waste my energy doing childish gam-"

"Hey, I just saw this haunted place on the internet! It's takes about 1 hour from here if we drove by car. We could check it out!" Jungkook cut him off excitedly.

Taehyung's eyes widened with excitement as he leaned in, suddenly interested. "A haunted place? That sounds thrilling! Let's do it!" He said, completely forgetting about his plan to sulk all day.

Yoongi couldn't help but huff to himself.

Haunted place? That sounded like something for kids, not for him.

Jin glanced around at the different reactions from the boys and then said with a smile, "Well, how about we compromise? We can go to this haunted place Kook mentioned, and afterward, we can do something more relaxed, like watching movies or playing games at home. How does that sound?"

Jungkook nodded eagerly as he added, "Going to that place at night is the most thrilling! So, let's relax and play at home till evening, and then at night, we'll go. It'll be fun, I promise!"

Taehyung nodded with excitement but Yoongi remained unconvinced, crossing his arms firmly as he shook his head.

Jungkook pleaded, his eyes wide, "Pleaseeee, hyung, it'll be so much fun!"

Taehyung joined in, "Yeah, hyung, you have to come with us. I'll only forgive you if you do!" He said, blackmailing him.

Yoongi glared at him but remained silent.

Jin interfered, "Boys, don't force him if he doesn't wa-"

But the maknaes cut him off, pleading in unison, "Please, hyung, just this once! It'll be so much fun, we promise!"

Yoongi exhaled out softly as he rubbed his temples. He then glanced at Taehyung and Jungkook's big bambi doe eyes, then finally uttered out, "Ugh. Fine."

The maknaes started to cheer and clap, their faces lighting up as their blackmail worked.

Jin laughed at them, shaking his head while Yoongi tried not to smile.

As they all finished their breakfast, he then lied down on the sofa, watching them play games. Despite everything, he found himself enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.

Meanwhile, Jin sat by another sofa, engrossed in a book, occasionally glancing up to check on the boys.

Yoongi glanced up at him, "What are you reading?" He asked, not knowing why he's voice almost came out as a whisper.

Jin looked up from his book and then smirked. "Curious, are we?" he teased.

Without waiting for his response, he moved to sit next to Yoongi's head, which was resting on the sofa.

The younger looked up at the elder, feeling a slight heat rising to his cheeks as Jin leaned in closer.

Maintaining his seated position, their eyes met briefly. He then whispered out. "It's a type of book I find quite enjoyable."

Yoongi raised his eyebrow. Jin chuckled as he continued. "Well, the title might give you a hint," he teased. "It's called 'My Spanking Partner.'"

"Seriously?" Yoongi asked, his eyes now glaring at Jin.

Jin nodded as his eyes sparkled. "Seriously. It's quite an interesting plot."

Yoongi scoffed out, "Sounds like something a pervert would read."

Jin laughed lightly, nodding in agreement. "I suppose so," he admitted. He continued, "The story is about two males. One is a struggling college student, living alone, while the other is a wealthy and well known doctor. The student, in desperate need of money, stumbles upon a weird job offer on his laptop seeking a 'spanking partner' with generous amount of payment. Due to financial need, he decides to give it a shot, and that's where their journey begins."

As Yoongi listened, he continued, "Despite the weird start, their relationship develops into something deeper. The doctor offers support and guidance to the student, while the student brings love and warmth into the doctor's life. Their bond grows as they ultimately find acceptance in each other and began to date."

Yoongi then asked, "And how on earth do you even find books like that?"

Jin winked, "Ah, a gentleman never reveals his sources."

Yoongi rolled his eyes. "Yeah, right. I bet you have a whole collection of these hidden somewhere."

Jin chuckled. "Oh, you caught me," he teased as he looked innocent. "But really, it's just one of those guilty pleasures, you know?"

Yoongi shook his head. "I don't think I'll ever understand your taste in anything," he said.

Jin smirked as he asked, "What if you try this out?"

Yoongi asked puzzled. "Try what?"

Jin tapped the book. "How about you be my spanking partn-"

"Hell no!" Yoongi growled, his eyes widened in disbelief.

Jin chuckled at his reaction. "Tsk, tsk. But seriously, you should give it a read sometime. It's quite entertaining."

Yoongi rolled his eyes, still not convinced. "I'll pass," he muttered, laying on his side.

As the day went on, they continued to relax, with Jin occasionally teasing Yoongi about various things and Yoongi bickering back. Meanwhile, the maknaes remained playing their games on the TV.

And soon, the night came..

Jungkook focused on the road ahead as he continued to drive to the place while Taehyung sat next to him, telling the directions.

The two elders remained in the backseat and with his eyes closed, Yoongi attempted to relax, the chill blow of wind making him go to his dream land. Beside him, Jin sat with folded arms, looking out the windows.

Glancing at them through the rearview mirror, Taehyung started to accuse. "Hey! You can't sleep," he said to Yoongi.

Yoongi groaned in response, his eyes fluttering open. "I'm awake," he muttered.

"Yeah, yeah, we know," Jin said with a chuckle. "You relaxed all day but now, it's time to enjoy some adventures."

Yoongi sighed. "Fine, fine," he grumbled, straightening up in his seat. "My battery is getting low, so hurry up and get to that place before I shut down."

They all laughed at him while Jungkook added, "Don't worry, hyung. We're almost there. You can then recharge with some spooky excitement anytime."

As they finally arrived at the location, a shiver ran down the maknaes' spines. The place had an eerie atmosphere, with walls full of cobwebs and broken windows, looking like a haunted house straight out of a horror movie.

Jungkook parked the car, and they all stepped out, their footsteps echoing.

Taehyung glanced nervously at the building while Jin's eyes sparkled with curiosity.

Yoongi looked at the place with boredom, 'It doesn't look that scary.' he thought to himself.

Jungkook smirked mischievously, "Let's begin our adventure!" He said as they all approached the house.

The maknae started recording on his phone as they now stood before the half broken door.

And as he reached for the door handle, it unexpectedly came off in his hand. He glanced at the others, smiling sheepily before deciding to kick the door open with a loud bam.

Taehyung then said, "It's pitch black inside, I can't see anything."

By hearing that, Yoongi, who was last in line, froze at his spot.

Jungkook quickly suggested, "We can just use our phone flashlights."

But then Taehyung said, "Only one of us should use the light. Too many flashlights will make it too bright, and the excitement will be gone."

"True, we don't want to ruin the adventure," Jungkook agreed.

They both then went inside without waiting for the other two. "Be careful not to slip, boys." Jin said as he followed behind but then he stopped on his tracks as he saw behind to see a trembling figure.

Yoongi stood frozen at the doorway, his fingers trembled slightly as he hesitated to step inside. His heartbeat quickened as he stood there, not knowing what to do. How did he forget about this? They were planning to go a haunted place, which was obviously supposed to be,

.....pitch black inside. And on top of that, it's night time.

How was he supposed to tackle his fear of darkness?

Yo. This is why I wasn't updating this book. I knew that if I update even one chapter, then I would lose my interest in working on the short story books.

And as I expected, I lost my interest but still trying to finish them lol. They are just 5 chapters but all my interests are in this book😂

What do I doooo😂??? I even wrote the next chapter of this one but still didn't finish atleast one in the short story books🤦
