Hiya, guys! I am back with another story!

So, I originally wrote this for the Valentine's Day Contest held in February 2021, but I want to do the story justice because I felt that it was too short for what I wanted to write. Anyway, I chose the fantasy prompt:

"After being trapped in a sleeping spell, you wake up with the help of the magic of true love's kiss. However, the person who awakens you is unexpected. Who is this person? Tell us your story before the kiss."

I have wanted to do a fairy tale retelling for a while and decided to base this story on Sleeping Beauty, one of my favourite fairy tales. I am a bit of a sucker for fantasy retellings - or any kinds of retellings, for that matter - so it felt like an inevitability that I would fall into this myself at some point.

This story is part of the fantastical universe I have created. In the description within this book, I have placed where it stands in the chronology of the series so you know where it stands and what to read before or after this.
