My mother handed us our assignment. "You all know what you're supposed to do so don't disappoint me"

"Why are we still hurting Eliza? What did she ever do?"

"That's for me to know only so unless you want the whip I suggest you do what I say, understand?" She asked getting closer to me

I nodded my head quickly before saying "Yes mam"

"Good now go" She said pointing. Jackson lead the way as I followed right behind him....
