Ok so, in this fanfic, Kushina doesn't die, but Naruto still get's the Kyuubi, aka Kurama, sealed within him. Ayako and Minato die. Naiomi was born first, then Noriko, then Naruto. Noriko and Naiomi inherited Ayako's Powers. The villagers hate Noriko and Naruto, but not Naiomi, for some odd reason... ANYWAY! Kakashi still lost his team.

Itachi still kills his clan, but before that he and Noriko were almost as close at him and Saskue. Saskue still sets out to kill Itachi.
