Every cop in the building stood outside, chatting and waiting on our next orders from Kakashi.

Shikamaru informed everyone on our next search, so everyone was prepared on what we have to face.

My thoughts were interrupted when a voice all of a sudden cleared its throat loudly behind us, making every individual turn to indicate who made the noise.

I looked behind me quickly and saw Kakashi holding a folder, his other hand balled up in a fist in front of his mask, where his mouth was.

"Attention, everyone. Sasuke, has informed me that the Uzumaki criminal is located at an hospital right here in the city. So, I have came down to two options. Check the one that has recently been infiltrated or the other one close to the club he runs to track him down... To just be sure." He said while looking down at the folder that perhaps had information for our ongoing case.

People gasped all around me in surprise at his orders, confusion sprouted out everwhere.

A low chatter soon broke out on which gave me a chance to talk to the chief about the split up.

I fast walked over to him and cleared my throat, getting his attention right away.

He lifted his head up at me from where he was reading and eye smiled at me on which I smiled, but it didn't reach my eyes though...

"So according to the split up.. Half of us have to take the first hospital and the other half has to take the second one... Correct?" I asked to just make sure.

He nodded, confirming my suspicions "Of course. Do you perhaps have, a preference?" He asked which made my eyes lit up.

Of course.. I do...

I wanna be in the action...

I nodded at him making him chuckle "Yes. I would really like to be assigned to the second hospital." I said with another nod.

He nodded, understanding "Alright. I'll keep that in mind when I split you guys up." He said and then looked back down at his case folders, dissmising me.

I nodded and with that, I turned and walked back to where I previously stood.

I sighed and raised my hand and tapped on my golden badge in boredom.

The badge was located on the chest part of my grey police suit, down to the far right of my suit.

A Few Minutes Later

After a couple of minutes passed, we were all told to stand in a straight line by Kakashi.

The first cop's name was Roger and the second cop's name was Simon, their ranking a bit below mines...

He passed Roger, granting him to go to the 2nd hospital.

He clicked his tongue and nodded, eyeing his clipboard "2nd." He said and winked at me.

I chuckled and nodded at him, my body tingling at his words.

I already knew he was going to give me the 2nd hospital but..

Hearing him say it, was a different story.

After that, he went on to the rest, proceeding on doing the same thing.. As I waited, silently.

Naruto's P.O.V

I stood behind the door of Hinata's room, my arms crossed and my eyes closed.

I listened intently to Hinata who was talking to her friends while being treated..
