"Hey Cory!" I heard Adam say. "Yeah, what's up?" He pointed at a beat down car. "And?" I asked. He looked at me frustrated and said, "Well, me and Susan dragged it all the way here for someone to fix. Dawn can't since he doesn't have a car program or something like that." I shrugged. "You think I can fix stuff like that?" He nodded. "Just do it." I groaned. "Fine." He gave me a pat on the back. We headed to the car. "So, what am I going to use to fix this?" I asked. Adam handed me a red box. I opened it and inside were some wires, a rench, bolts, nails, and a hammer. "Oh, okay then. Let's see what I can do."

After a while I fixed the car a bit. "Turn it on," I said to Adam. He placed the keys in and turned on the engine. "It works!" He exclaimed. I got out from the bottom of the car and high fived Adam. "I didn't know you could fix stuff." I shrugged. "Maybe fixin' stuff is coming back to me." Adam laugh, until we heard someone shout, "Cory! Do you smell that?!" It was Uni. I sniffed the air, it smelt like smoke. I nodded to him and looked at the direction of the smoke. "It's the Enclave!" Adam shouted, jumping out of the car. "Get ready!" I shouted to everyone. Me, Uni, and Adam went in the house. "What's that smell?" Nick asked, Susan laying down next to him. "It's the-" Before I could finish, a huge explosion was heard from the hill in front of us. "They're coming!" Uni shouted. "Get your weapons!" Everyone nodded and got out their weapons, well, Susan just got up and started growling. "Get ready to fire fellas!" Adam shouted. We all took positions, until we heard someone bang on the door. "Hurry, take the back door," I whispered to everyone. They nodded and we went through the back door. "Is everyone okay?" They all nodded, but Susan growled. "What's wrong girl?" Nick asked, handing Susan a can of mushroom stew. "Get your hands up!" I heard someone shout. Before anyone could say anything, Adam shot the guy. "Adam, seriously?" Adam looked at me and said, "What?" Then more and more came. "Okay everyone. Get out of the Green Place and stay together!" I shouted to my friends. They all nodded and began attacking. I took out some of the guys, until I heard Uni shout, "Help!" I looked over at Uni and saw that he was getting surrounded. "Uni!" I shouted. I took out two of the guys and got next to Uni. "Stand back!" One was about to pull the trigger on Uni, but I took the bullet. "Agh!" I shouted. I fell on the ground, holding my leg. "Oh no Cor- *bark*" Uni said. Everything was slowly going black. I felt two people dragging me. I saw Adam in the corner of my eye, shouting my name, but it sounded distant. I also heard Uni barking and shouting my name. That was the last thing I could remember, before everything overcame in darkness.
