I'm not gonna list out all the possible superpowers someone could have but I will tell you how they originated.

So in the Heroes of the Waste's timeline 20 years ago there was a freak accident that caused the Great Disaster. Which caused the Earth's atmosphere to become toxic. But luckily technology was advanced enough to create forcefields around cities but the toxins in the air caused the world outside the forcefields to become a wasteland of toxicity. But there were people infected by the toxins that didn't die but instead were mutated and now 20 years later superpowers from the DNA mutation roam free in the city allowing people to become superheroes and supervillains. Normal life basically became what you would read from a comic book. It's quite the amazing life to live in the city.

But with the new superpowers came 4 types of elemental energies to resonate with. Overworld, Nether, End, and Nuclear. Overworld is the element that deals with powers related to things you find on Earth. Nether is the element related to things of hellish fire from the underground world of the Nether. End is the element related to things like the afterlife or the alternate world of the the End. Finally, Nuclear is the element related to energy nearly directly related to the toxins in the air outside the city and represented by the symbol of the butterfly.
