So you basically get superheroes from just reading Heroes of the Waste. People with superpowers who use them for good and law enforcement. Said superpowers will be explained later.

So for superheroes they have one main organization: The L'manberg Organization. Said organization is realized by the city's government as another form on law enforcement and their practices and powers are completely okayed by law.

A few superheroes protecting the city include but aren't limited to:

Elytra-with his wings as his superpowers and his scythe as his Power Weapon (more on those later)

Avian-basically Elytra but with Meta Speed, a longer floating time, and supercharged sneakers as his Power Weapon

Ghostbur-with the powers of a ghost such as intangibility and telekinesis with a floating thing (which is basically just a catalyst from Genshin Impact) as his Power Weapon

Butterfly Witch/Stage Butterfly (you'll see what I mean sooner or later)-a newer superhero that used to be known as the supervillain The Monarch with the powers of flights, Meta Speed, energy manipulation, force field creation, etc. He goes through a few Power Weapons starting from none to a bow and a pair of pistols to his iconic sword. He goes through a lot of weapons at once

Merling-with the ability to breath underwater and swim at top speeds she wields a spear when battling on land or even in the water

Blaze-he can control, create, and extinguish fires with a wave of his hand and wields no Power Weapon

Bulky Bee-he has super strength and has a special suit allowing him to shrink down and fly around like a bee his gauntlets as his Power Weapon enhance his strength to an amazing degree

Enderian-he's a superhero with teleportation powers but doesn't fight being the head scientist of the L'Manberg Organization but when he is on the field he wields a sword with training from Butterfly Witch/Stage Butterfly
