The big question on everyone's mind: Why are superheroes not charged for property damage? Well the answer is simple-at least for Heroes of the Waste. The city government pays for the damages on behalf of the superheroes seeing as they were busy doing good when the damages were in place. Occasionally the L'manberg Organization pays for the damages itself-which sometimes bother accounting to no end-but not usually so your favorite superheroes can pay their electricity and water bills.
