Heyo what's up! So that update before this had spoken of Patton having bipolar depression. I do not know enough about bipolar depression or depression in general to give an accurate description. I will most likely avoid showing Patton going through an episode, but I'll try to make it a bit more obvious that he has episodes. Anyway on with the story!

With the help of some other creatures we were able to move Virgil to his tree. "He sleeps here?" I looked at Roman, surprise written on his face. "Yep!" his surprise turned to disbelief, "Do you sleep on a branch!?" I shook my head, "No silly! I live in a village along with other Empaths! We all get our own little homes!" Logan was the next to speak, "Do all creatures live in large groups?" I thought for a moment, "No not all of them. Most of the more defenseless ones do, there are a few dangerous ones that travel in packs but not that many." "So what species is Virgil?" I looked away in thought. I then realized that Virgils never told me what he is, "I- i have no idea"
I was really shocked, to be honest I never bothered to ask. I started freaking out, my breathing picking up, "I-i do-don't know..." I fell to the floor clutching my head, tears streaming down my face. "I don't know, I don't know-" I was rocking myself back and forth repeating those words over and over again. I couldn't hear anything over the voices in my head. How could you! You're supposed to be his friend! Yet you don't even know what he is! Suddenly I felt warmth engulf me then a sweet voice cutting through the voices, "It's okay. Listen to my voice." the voices got louder. He doesn't want to be your friend! He hates you! "H-ha-hate m-me..." I felt something wrap around me pulling me closer to it, "No, he loves you. You're so important to him, you could never make him hate you" the voices dialed down leaving me alone with the warmth that engulfed me.
Soon my mind was back to normal making me realize what had just happened. I felt a hand rubbing my back, I looked up to find Virgil. "I-i'm sorry" Virgil smiled, a sad smile, "As long as you're okay I don't care" I smiled at him before snuggling into his chest, soon falling fast asleep.

+Logan's Pov+

We had set Virgil in a tree when Roman spoke "He sleeps here?" Roman looked confused, but I was too. I mean he sleeps in a tree. "Yep!" I don't know how Patton stays so happy all the time, I wish I could be as happy as him sometimes. "Do you sleep on a branch!?" Patton shook his head before speaking, "No silly! That was very interesting, so bad I left my notebook in my room. "So what species is Virgil?" Roman was the one to speak. To be honest I to was curious about this, "I- i have no idea"
Patton's breath seemed to speed up making me increasingly worried, "I-i do-don't know..." he then fell to the floor clutching his head, tears streaming down his face. "PATTON!" I ran up to him and touched him but it was as if he couldn't feel it. He was mumbling things I couldn't understand under his breath. I tried multiple things to get him back to reality, but nothing seemed to work. I then felt something/someone pull me away from Patton. I looked to find Virgil walking over to Patton, sitting behind him, then obsidian black wing engulfed Patton and Virgil leaving only there heads to be seen. "It's okay. Listen to my voice." I didn't expect Patton to react to his voice, considering he did nothing when I/Roman spoke to him, but to my surprise he did "H-ha-hate m-me..." I was shooked I had no idea what was happening. Even though the circumstances were not right I couldn;t help but feel jealous, "No, he loves you. You're so important to him, you could never make him hate you" I was even more puzzled by Virgil's words. Everything was so confusing.
"I-i'm sorry" I was confused once again, what was he sorry for? Virgil only smiled, "As long as you're okay I don't care" Patton smiled, but it wasn't his go happy smile it was sad. Patton then snuggling deeper into the obsidian wings.

Virgil after a minute Virgil rose Patton in his arms, I hadn't realized Virgil was strong enough to lift Patton. "I'll be back stay here, don't move" his voice sent shivers down my spine, why was he so scary!? A burst of wind knocked me off my feet. I looked to where Virgil and Patton once were, but they were gone. As I stood I fixed my glasses, "W-where'd they go" Roman chuckled before pointing at the sky, "Up" It then hit me, Virgil was flying.
After a bit of waiting, Roman ending up leaning against a tree while I sat on the ground thinking about the event that had just occurred. A thump interrupted the silence. I turned to find Virgil standing there, "Where's Patton?" "Home" his voice was a bit sluggish, "You should go..." I stood, "I have questions" He turned away from me, walking to his tree, "Come back tomorrow" I was about to protest when I felt myself being dragged, it was Roman. "See you tomorrow!"
