This one is really an important issue...
How many of you Indians really think that the recent verdict of SC on scrapping 377's part where they have legalized "consensual"(with consent)  homosexual acts is wrong?
The first thing people call this westernization😂 makes me recall  the depicting on khajrahu and many more temples which are considered sacred and of national heritage. What about the westernization which you do not think is westernization when you have girlfriend n boyfriend and even sex before marriage or when u wear western clothes? Even that isn't a part of our culture. I don't say this law has got no loopholes...maybe some people will try to misuse it. Every law does...in fact everything in the world has got its own flaws...God even the moon has scars! What is more shocking is even 21st century generation being so narrow-minded. I really plead u all to see the movie "the imitation game".How many great minds have we dishonoured by treating them as degenerative? You say that gay sex is unnatural but then even masturbation is whereas back to science it's considered a normal, healthy sexual activity by WHO. And sorry to fill in to your already concious minds that yes even heterosexuals might do unnatural sex which includes buccal coitus n whatever. Though disgusting to some ( n i personally don't promote it) that's the truth. How can u deprive someone off their rights, dignity, self respect? Specially in an incredible country like India...where people of all casts, religions, cultures, races, class, colours reside as one. How can u expect someone to control something that's innate? And please do think carefully before saying that scrapping this part of law will promote n provoke even the straight people to do such acts, really can people change their sexuality within a fortnight that too just because of a law being passed in SC?
