On everyone's lips and phones
TV and entire media groans
Same things over and over
Yet the reflection over it getting lower
Not the virus but the tendency
Stockpiling masks, sanitizers, queues in pharmacy
Some healthy people roaming around
As if not for other's health are they bound
This is logically, socially so ill sound
Just a natural calamity?
Or a man-made one wiping humanity
And not the human race
Time to think and lower the pace
Consuming worse than a hamster that's hungry
Stockpiling whatever's in reach is so lowkey
Think through this time
Who commits a bigger crime?
A virus needing a host cell to replicate
Rather a human's greed which would never placate?
