"There is no chance of you going to the ball Miss Pines.. You are just a servant girl after all.. There's no question about it." My 'mother' says to me strictly. She just glances at Dipper then leaves to get ready for the ball. I look at my brother, who holds out his arms. I run to him and hug him as tight as I could, wanting to cry. He agreeingly hugs back, petting my hair while I sobbed quietly  in his chest. Dipper looked at Damien, who glared at him and walked off. His focus went back to the embrace, and I had calmed down when he looked at me. "Don't worry Mabel, I'm going to make sure you go to the ball.. No matter the cost.." He smiles and wipes the tears from my cheeks. I look up at him, staying completely silent. He walks me up to my room to help me find the best dress to wear. Sadly, we didn't find one.. Luckily, we both knew how to sew, so we had decided to make one of our own. We had made one of the most beautiful pink dresses I've seen. I hugged him tightly. "Thank you so much brother..." He smiles and returns the embrace. "That's what sibling are for.. Now, I need to get a few  things ready. You hide the dress somewhere mother won't find it." I nod before he walks downstairs to assist our brother. I quickly hide the dress and put on my clothes before walking back downstairs. I look at my mother and Damien with a slight smile. Damien had decided to wear a dark red coat with a white button up shirt underneath, black pants and of course a top hat. My mother wore a beautiful dark green dress with flower patterns on it. Damien looked at me with slight disappointment painted on his face. "I thought you were coming with us, dear sister." He said with a slight smirk. I glared at him, not saying anything. He just shrugged and walked outside with mother to the carriage. Dipper closed the door behind them and we both ran upstairs to my room. He went to get dressed while I searched for my now missing dress. I then see a woman in a dark blue dress with long dark brown hair and a wand. I tilt my head in confusion. "Who are you..? And why are you in my room..?" She smiles and waves her wand a bit. "My name is Doc, and I'm your GodSister." She says. "And I'm here to help you get ready for the ball." I stand up straight. "But.. How..?" She smiles brightly. "Turn around in a circle and I'll show you.." I close my eyes and do as I was told. When I open my eyes, I find myself wearing a beautiful white and pink dress with amazing patterns. I look at her, smiling. "Thank you so much.. How can I repay you..?" She just looks at me and waves her wand around my head. "This will only last until one o'clock. So don't be late is all I ask." I smile and nod before I walks outside to see my brother wearing a Pine Tree blue coat with a white shirt, top hat and dark blue pants. He smiles and holds out his hand. "Ready to go..?" He asks me. I nod, and he helps me into the carriage. I wave to Doc before our house disappears on the distance. Tonight is going to be a good night.. I thought as we were getting close to the palace.
