Jack, Lilly, and me were walking down the halls at school when all Lilly spoke. "So if you're and Irken then why don't you have a PAK?" Lilly asked me.

 I looked around and pulled them both into the janitors closet. "Well I don't have a PAK, but I do have this." I turned around and lifted up my shirt just enough to show the two metal circle patches on my back. 

"What is that?" Jack asked me. "I have no Idea. I guess it has something to do with my father or mother, maybe they attached to me for a reason?" I wondered. "It's a bit suspicious don't you think? Just to have those things on your back?" He asked. 

I just shrugged and lowered my shirt. "Maybe it has something to do with your PAK! They probably kept it with them." Lilly told me. "Well if I was supposed to have a PAK then why did they take it?"  

I don't know why I asked how are they supposed to know? "Well what about you guys?" They looked at me in confusion. "You told me you have powers right?" I asked. "Well first off they're not 'powers' they're  gifts passed down from our mother." He corrected me, what an attitude this guy has! 

"He's right. I can heal by singing, like I did to that cute squirrel." She told me. "And I have the ability to control minds by looking in there eyes. That's my only view into them." He told me. "Really?" I asked. "Yep. Watch." He grabbed Lilly's shoulder and looked her dead in the eyes. Next thing I knew she slapped herself!

"JACK STOP IT!" She yelled. He just laughed. "Man Jack, can you be anymore of a jerk?" I laughed. "Maybe~" He smirked. I blushed a little, I quickly covered it. 

"Guys you know we have to get back to class soon right?" Lilly said. We both nodded and headed to our class me and Lilly had English together and Jack had History.  

12:30 "Yosh! We finally get to eat!" Lilly said to me smiling. I just sighed. "What's wrong we get out of class." She told me.  "Yeah it's just that foods not really my thing ya know" I told her. "I know it's not the best food in the world here, but it's not that bad!" She told me. 

"No Lilly, I never could eat right. I almost always get sick when I eat. I honestly have no idea how i'm still alive at this point. I mean look at me! I'm way to skinny, I'm almost just skin and bone!" I told her.

"Is it because your half alien?" She whispered. I nodded. "Do you think you'll be ok today?" She asked. "I should be. I haven't been getting sick for the past few days. So maybe today will be the same." I told her

"Where's Jack?" I asked. "He always goes off with his 'too cool for school' buddies sometimes." She told me. 

30 minutes later.

I got sick, great. I walked out of the bathroom, then walking to the nurse. I got to go back to my class the good thing the day was almost over.

A few hours later

Finally we get to go home. I had to go to the orphanage alone, Lilly had to go to her music club after school and Jack was going to hang with his friends. So it was just me.  "Are you ok? I heard what happened" Jack asked I jumped at his voice.

"Jack? What are you doing here, I thought you were stay with your friends?" I asked. "Eh, I wanted to take a break from those bone heads. And I was kinda worried about you...." He looked away from me. I blushed. "R-really?" I asked. He nodded. 

I smiled and hugged him, he tensed up at my touch. "Thank you." I told him. "N-n-no problem." He stuttered. 

"Akio I-" "Jack!" He was cut off by one of those boys he hangs out with. "Ugh what do you want David?" He asked annoyed. What was he going to tell me. " It's Dave! Bro why you ditch me and Dirk like that for some g-" He looked at me and smirked. 

"Well well well, what do we have here?" He walked towards me. "Hi cutie what's your name?" He asked in a teasing tone. "U-um Akio (Y/n)" I told him "Beautiful." He told me. "Uhhh" I looked back at Jack he looked really pissed. 

"David! Don't you have to go back to your brother, go play with your puppet. Mal was it?" He asked. "It's cal!" He said annoyed. "You play with puppets?" I asked laughing. "Damn right he does!" Jack laughed. 

Jack's POV

"Akio, I'll be right back ok?" I told her. "Oh ok." She said smiling. Man she has a cute smile. I grabbed David and dragged him off some where. 

I grabbed the collar of his shirt. "What the hell do you think your doing!?" I yelled. "What dude?" He asked. "You know damn well what! Stop hitting on her!" I told him. "Oh I get it, I'm sorry dude I had no idea she was already yours" I he told me. 

My eyes widened. "What! She's NOT my girlfriend!" I blushed. "Oh then she free for the taking huh? Alright." He said smirking. I got mad all over again. "NO DUMB ASS! I just don't want you hitting on her! This your last warning, stay the hell away from her!" I warned him. "Psh whatever." I let him go and he walked back to his friends. 

Man I just realized how stupid his friends names are! Gamzee Karkat sollux Cal!? WTF!? That can't really be their names right? Whatever.

Akio's POV

What seems like forever Jack finally came back. "Hey, wheres your friend?" I asked. "He wen't back with the rest of the freaks I hand with." He told me. "I thought me and Lilly were the only freaks you hang out with." I laughed. "You both too." He smiled

Yep bunch of freaks.
