"But you don't get it Tommy, You don't know what happened, things changed and aren't how they used to be" I explained.

"Vanessa honey, I can help you get through this situation if you just tell me what happened, it's been like what 1 almost 2 years since you guys have even spoken in person" Tommy stated,

"I can't tell you, not anyone! I can't even get it out of my mouth, you won't believe me, no one will, and it's not like I can get to a point where I can tell you, it was fate and a consequence for my life" I sobbed. Tommy looked at me confused as he tried to calm Robyn down.

Flashback 8 years ago

I lay on my bed waiting for the moment to come where I would forget, tears streamed down my face as I realised the consequence I would have to live with, I couldn't find a way to remember both sides, I had to keep forgetting details in which I cherished.

"Vanessa please open the door! I'm sorry! I'm not sure what I did but I'm sorry" Veronica shouted from the hall,

I stopped and stayed still for just a moment "go away" I whispered loud enough so she could hear.

Back to current time

I opened my eyes to see that it was bright outside, I looked to my side, Tommy was sleeping beside me. My head is as strangely throbbing and my throats was sore. The clock read 7:05. I must have sorted without realizing which only ever happened on a blue moon, I hopped out of bed and walked straight into Robyn's bedroom, surprisingly she was still sound asleep. I went to Lucy's bedroom to find she was also asleep So I decided to head downstairs and begin making breakfast, I brought the baby monitor with me in case Robyn woke up because I didn't want to wake Tommy seeming as he put all the girls to bed last night.

After I made fruit salads for breakfast and warm milk for Robyn I went back upstairs and got changed out of yesterday's clothes, almost on cue  I heard a baby crying, I quickly jogged into her bedroom and grabbed her bottles, handing her a drink and then quickly changed her.

I brought her downstairs and put her in her high chair, laying mixed fruit out in front of her. Lucy trudged slowly down the stairs and sat at the kitchen table, I handed her a fruit bowl and kissed her forehead and wished her a happy morning.

By now it was 8:00 so I had to get everyone dressed. I brought Lucy upstairs, got her changed, I quickly packed baby food for Robyn and a P&B sandwich for Lucy. After getting everyone and everything ready I dropped Robyn at nursery and Lucy at daycare, making sure not to bump into Susan.

I had 7 hours of filming scheduled for today but I'm filming with Luke Rylie so it will be more like 15 like always, he was the most irritating child actor and I've never Come across anyone so cocky, his part was half the size of the kid who was playing my daughter and he had to be paid double because he wouldn't do it unless, he's not even that good.

I always got judgemental when it came to young child actors because I always wanted that as a kid and never made it which is something to this day that I'm still envious of.

"Listen, Luke, I known it's great fun being in front of the cameras and being a kid and in an adult movie it can be boring and it's brilliant that you're making everybody laugh but can you please tone it down for a while, Lucy and Robyn are supposed to be picked up in less than an hour and we're already 3 behind" I explained as he nodded and pulled me in for a hug, "when is Lucy coming in?" He asked, he had a massive crush on her even though she was a year younger, "no" I replied bluntly.

"It will only take an extra hour" the producer begged, "Bernie, you know that I have strict hours, I have a family to take care of" I explained, "yes and I'm sorry but we're falling behind in filming time" he said, "I'll get extra Krispy Kreme" he smiled, "deal" I laughed as I went back into makeup.

I finally got home, fit to collapse but it turns out that Tommy booked us a table as The Hills which meant dinner would be really expensive. After I changed Robyn I dressed Lucy in a cute red flowery dress, "you guys ready?" Tommy called up the stairs, "almost" I replied, touching up my makeup and running downstairs.

"Can you get Lucy and Robyn in the car while I get changed I called. I had about 30 minutes, I grabbed a gorgeous new dress and threw it on. I actually looked pretty decent seeming that I got ready so quickly.

We arrived at the restaurant and got our table, Tommy took one glance at the menu and put it down, "anyone up for some good old fashioned KFC? I looked at the menu and quickly replied.

"Who wants rich people peas when some greasy chicken is calling our name" I laughed, I picked up Lucy while Tommy got Robyn, we got back into the car making sure to cover our faces from paparazzi. Cars followed us for a while, probably some fans or the press so we just drove around the long way until they got sick of following us.

We parked outside KFC and hungrily entered the doors. I took the kids over to a table while Tommy ordered, he signed a few autographs for the workers and ended up getting our food for free.

We finally had food in front of us, I was starving! I began to eat but grew weary, I glanced over at the door and dropped my chicken leg as a familiar face walked in the fast food chain. "Nessa are you alright?" Tommy asked worriedly. I stayed quiet, staring at the guy, Tommy kept repeating his question but didn't once look over at who I was looking at, I slowly stood up and walked over to the guy.

"Leave" I whispered angrily, he looked surprised for a moment, "Oh hello there" he laughed sarcastically.

"Leave" I repeated,

"Are you not gonna say hello to me or something?" He joke chuckled,

"Chance no one wants you here!" I spat,

"What's wrong Vanessa? Did I ever do anything to you?" He asked smugly.

"Get out!"

"Why do you care if I stay or not? It's not like I left you!" He defended,

"No but you left my sister when you found out she was pregnant!" I shouted, by now people were staring, I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Anything wrong here?" Tommy asked seriously, "Nothing" Chance told him, stepping forward.

"Nothing? You mean Veronica meant absolutely nothing to you!?" I interrupted them, pushing Tommy behind me, "Why do you care? You never  talk to her or have even in the last 8 years?" He joked,

"Have you ever even met Alex?"

"Have you?" He laughed.

"Get out!" I repeated, "What you did to her was disgusting! You were together for years!" I shouted as tears fell down my face. Memories flooded back to when Roni told me she was pregnant, Lucy was about 2 years old at the time, she was so happy and excited, little did she know when she told Chance he would leave her, "You caused her so much pain! And you don't even care!" I cried.

"So did you and now look where we both are" he chuckled. I was done, I couldn't handle looking at his face, I clenched my fist and prepared for the physical pain. Before I knew it my knuckles were digging into his nose and eye, I pulled my hand back and tried to shake off the pain, He stumbled backwards, holding his face.

"Vanessa!" Tommy shouted astounded, I glanced at my knuckles, they were bleeding, my engagement ring and wedding ring had dug into his face and now they were bent into my skin, my eyes stung with tears but I had to hold them back. I looked up to see Chance running at me with blood rushing down one side of his face but Tommy stealthily pushed me out of the way and stopped Chance mid storm.

"Don't ever touch my wife!" He shouted, "if you ever ever come near us again I will finish what she started!" Tommy yelled as he pushed Chance out the door "don't forget Tommy, I was the one that bet you up!" He shouted bringing us back to the very beginning of our relationship. The whole fast food restaurant was silent, I grabbed the kids and went back to the car where I cried in shock.

"Mommy who was that man?" Lucy asked, holding her little sisters hand, I couldn't reply because if I did I'd tell her everything and she's only four.

Tommy hopped in the car passed bags with our food in them around and quietly started the car, I didn't know what to tell him! I couldn't believe what I had done.

When we arrived home he put Lucy to bed and I put Robyn to bed, he didn't talk until we were in bed. "I'm sorry" I whispered as tears strolled down my cheeks.

"Show me your fist" Tommy asked, bringing me into the bathroom and pulling out the first aid kit. My hand throbbed and I couldn't keep it still. He painfully but carefully pulled off my bent rings, he placed my hand in cool water letting the dried in blood wash off, he then wrapped my fist in bandages, the swelling only went down a bit.

I trudged over to the bed and lay down next to him again. "It just wasn't like you, I don't understand" he declared,

"I know" I whispered.

"How come one day you can't stand the thought of seeing it thinking of her and the next you're fighting guys for her?" He asked confused,

"Cause she's my sister, as much trouble that was caused that doesn't mean I can't defend her" I replied.

"So why not forgive her?"

"I dunno, I guess it's been so long since I've spoken to her it's just natural to assume that we'll never speak again...

I don't know what came over me earlier but it felt like I was 27 again, sitting in front of Roni as she cried on my shoulder. I just keep wondering would she have done the same thing to me if the situation was reversed, would she not talk to me for years? Or would she just forget the past and take in the new?" I wondered.

"Well goodnight honey" Tommy whispered as he turned to kiss me.

"Goodnight" I answered.
