Marinette lay peacefully asleep in her bed, suddenly Tikki zoomed around try to wake her, " Marinette! If you don't wake up, you're going to be late for school." No response. "You're going to miss Adriennnn..." That usually worked, for some reason today, it wasn't working..... just her luck. Time for her last resort, she pinched Marinette and she rose away nearly hitting the kwamii. "HUH? Tikki??!! Why did you do that?! "You are gonna be late for school!!!" Marinette looked at the time and panicked, "ahhhhhh" Marinette quickly got dressed and got her stuff ready  as she got her ourse and placed Tikki in it. She quickly ran out of her room, then saw a note from her parents, 'won't be here for the whole day, got a delivery for a wedding, we'll be back at the end of the day, love you sweetie.' Today was not her day....

Adrien woke up early today, be didn't even need Nathalie to wake him up. Plagg was asleep so he just got some extra Camembert and put that and Plagg in his bag. He went down into the dining hall and surprisingly saw his Father sitting there with a newspaper and was eating breakfast. "H-hello Father, didn't expect to see you here..." His father replied, " Yes, I got a day off today.' Adrien looked shocked, "just for today as I'm going on a business trip tomorrow." Adrien slowly nodded his head, 'and today we have no booked photo shoots, you just have to go to fencing lessons today." Adrien smiled a little as he thanked his father while sitting down to eat. today was starting to be a good day....

Marinette ran to her school as fast as she could, just as she was about to go in the door slammed in her face. That's when she knew she had to go to the Principal's office. She solemnly went to the direction of the principal's office, she was praying that maybe an akuma could attack,  of course she didn't want anyone hurt.  She didn't want to get in trouble for being late......AGAIN. For once, it didn't happen, she strkde to the principal's office and knocken on the door. She heard a 'come in' and walked into the room, awaiting her punishment.

As Adrien came early to school he was anle to talk to his best friend Nino  longer. Then class began, just when everyone was seated he saw Marinette running but then the teacher slammed it in her face. Well that was unfortunate.... today must not be her fay. Today defintiely was his day. Suddenly the teacher discussed partners on a project, "Marinette and Chloe" even more unfortunate for her, "Adrien and Nino." Score!

Marinette walked out of the office with a detention slep, her parents will not be happy. She walked into her class with the teacher glaring daggers at her and students giggling (mostly Chloe) amd sat back down in her seat. The teacher said, "Marinette, you eill partner's on this project with Chloe." Marinette was in compleye shock. Today..... was a real bad day.
