Two Weeks Later

"What do you want from me?!" I asked the shadowy figure standing before me

I've been in this cellar for about two weeks thanks to this person, and they still haven't given me anything.

Yesterday they told me to call one of my sisters to tell them I was kidnapped. I tried to use a Morse code we all created as children but they tore the phone away from my mouth before I could continue.

I knew I couldn't call Kaylee because she would try to kill any and everyone without thinking so I called Maya. When she picked up she sounded like she was having fun, and I felt angered with the person who kidnapped me because they were about to destroy my sister's happiness.

I've barely had food or anything to drink since I've been here. I've been handcuffed and duck taped to this chair but they'd let me use the bathroom when I need to.

They at least had some brain

Wherever Kaylee and Romeo are, I hope they find me soon.

These people give me the creeps.

When I first made it here they didn't even talk, they just made certain hand movements here and there.

But sometimes they'd slip up.

Sometimes they'd leave scissors really close to the chair I was sitting in sometimes even knives.

They'd leave everything I need to escape and they'd barely send people to come check on me.

That's when I knew something was wrong.

Why would they leave tools for me to escape and no one to check on me?

This must be some sort of prank

But whoever's behind this shit better rethink their life.

No one fucks with the Thompson's and gets away with it.

Kaylee

"So how's everyone?" I called out to Romeo, Amelia, and Richy.

We've been meeting up at the warehouse for about two weeks now and we're still developing a plan to get rid of Ronny once and for all.

Now that we finally know how's been stalking us, Romeo and I have been able to sleep a little bit easier at night.

He still wraps me in his warmth and blankets every night to make sure I'm protected but eh... He's adorable when he's overprotective.

"We're good." Richy and Amelia chirped holding hands

Oh, did I forget to mention they're dating now?

Yeah... They dropped the bomb on us a couple days ago. Not like I didn't see it before but I'm glad they finally got together.

The awkwardness was too much to handle at times

"I'm good too." Romeo replied hugging me from behind

I snuggled into his warmth and smiled widely knowing he was mine and he'd never leave me.

We continued to hug until he let me go and walked off with Richy most likely to come up with a plan to get Ronny.

Amelia and I was by ourselves talking about our lives and past. I was about to ask her how's her relationship going, but my phone cut me off.

Call me whenever you need me, cuz I'll be there. Be there before anyone else

I grabbed my phone from my back pocket and answered it smiling already knowing who it was.

Since all this have happened I haven't been able to talk to my sisters, and honestly I feel like a jerk.

Before Romeo came into my life it was the three of us against the world, and I left them over a boy. They told me they understood our relationship but I know my sisters.

Deep down I was crushing them

Which is why when this is over I'm going to talk to them and find some sort of agreement that Romeo will actually agree on.

"Sup Maya." I spoke softly glad to finally be able to hear her voice

"Kaylee! Oh my goodness I'm so glad you answered!" She yelled making me wince

My heart immediately dropped because of her frightened state. Maya was never scared or frightened.

"Take a deep breath." I heard a voice say

The voice for sure wasn't Maya's which made me believe someone was with her.

"Who was that?" I asked with raised brows

"Oh..um that was Ace." She replied with a small chuckle

I smiled knowing she most likely found someone she can trust.

"Mhm, what is he like?" I asked

"Oh he's the bes–" She began

"Maya! Tell her what is wrong before you start rambling about me!" The voice boomed once again

I was about to check whoever the person was but I remembered when we first started talking she did sound scared.

For a few moments I didn't hear anyone say anything and I thought they hung up, but when I heard voices in the background I knew they were still on the phone.

I looked at my phone a few times to see how long we've been on the phone.

I heard a sigh and decided to put the phone on speaker so Amelia could hear.

The next few words made me drop on the floor as darkness consumed me.

This mother fucker really just crossed the wrong bitch.

"Maxine's been kidnapped."

"Shit!" I screamed as I raced to catch Kaylee

Romeo and Richy must've heard me because once I yelled I heard loud footsteps come towards us.

Kaylee immediately paled as her eyes were closed.

"She fainted?" I asked myself as the boys ran up to me

"What in the hell happened?" Romeo's voice boomed

"I- I don't know. We were talking until she got a phone call. She answered it and 10 minutes later she fainted."

Romeo ran his hand through his hair in frustration and picked Kaylee up bridal style.

"We're going home. I'll call if I find anything, but my baby needs to get home so I can keep an eye on her."

"Alright, we understand. Take care of your girl and be safe." Richy replied knowing I was too shaken up at the moment

I looked down disappointed that I couldn't have done something to stop her from fainting.

My mind began to replay the moment a thousand times, and now that I think about it. There was nothing I could have done to stop her from fainting.

Hell, I didn't even hear the conversation. I only heard her part because I was too busy in my own thoughts.

I heard a car start and looked upwards. I watched as they drove away without looking back.

I looked over to Richy who already had his arms stretched out wide.

Without a thought I embraced him in a tight hug causing him to stumble back some.

"Every time we hug, you always get stronger." He said with a chuckle

I smiled and blushed against his chest knowing he was right.

"I wanna go home." I mumbled against his chest

I felt him kiss my forehead before he lifted me up and walked us to the car.

I sighed in content as I wrapped my arms around his neck tighter.

With only one thought on my mind, my soul was enlightened because I know it's the truth.

I'm so glad I gave him a chance
