Today's the day.

The day we finally infiltrate

I begged Demon to not make us do it, but we had no other choice. He treated my family making me believe this was the only thing I could do to save him.

But once I "kill the son", I will kill the father.

Richy and I have gone over a plan to fake kill Romeo. The message he got yesterday was from me.

I wanted him to try and search for clues but also get skeptical.

Now I know what you might be thinking.

The answer to that is hell to the fucking no.

When they first through the doors in each other's arms we immediately stopped watching.

The only reason why I sent the message the way I did was because I wanted him to feel anger through every single bone in his body.

We've been inside his database, and we know every thing he's going to use against Romeo making this the easiest battle.

I contacted Richy a few hours ago telling him that he needed to pick me up so we could talk to Romeo.

This morning I told Romeo to bring the girl to an abandoned warehouse and everything will be spilled out on the table.

I just hope this goes right, because if it doesn't.

Someone's been contacting me for a while now, I just have no clue who it is.

I already know they're working for my father, but if this is really the shit they're going to put me through, he might as well give up now.

For the past few days Kaylee and I have been a bit of everywhere so whoever's watching us won't be able to have a direct target, but I still have a bad feeling about this.

To be honest, I didn't want to share any of this with her. I want her life to be carefree and not have to deal with my bullshit. Yes she has been asking me questions but I just don't think she's ready to actually be apart of that life.

"An abadoned warehouse." I told her truthfully

I meant what I said earlier, but how am I supposed to tell my innocent baby we're going somewhere where I can kill people?

I'm pretty sure she hasn't killed a fly, whereas I've killed hundreds of people thanks to my father.

But before doing so, I'd always put my hand over my mouth symbolizing I'd never talk about it.

But Kaylee is worth breaking that promise. I can't lose her again. She's my everything and I need her.

I didn't tell her before because I wanted to make sure she loved me for me, and now that I know that she does, I can finally tell her and be able to sleep with a peaceful mind.

The smallest things she does gets me worked up, and I feel like it's always going to be like that.

"Where are they?" I asked my voice booming

We had sat here in this exact same location for over an hour waiting on Romeo and the girl to meet us.

I honestly didn't want them to come because I'm not ready for his face to drop once he sees it was me who works for his father.

This might actually be the end of our friendship.

But then again, who am I kidding. It's been at least seven years since we've seen each other.

I looked at her up and down noticing her attire. She was wearing a purple snug long sleeve shirt that hugged her upper half perfectly making her boobs look beautiful. Her denim blue jeans were tight and fitted showing off her beautifully crafted legs and her silverish plantinum hair was pulled back into a ponytail making her button nose and pouty lips add to her deliciously innocent look.

"What is it?" She asked turning her attention towards me

I cleared my throat and scratched the back of my neck awkwardly.

My heart began racing of thinking of all the possibilities that could happen at this very moment.

Every thing could work in my favor and all four of us could take down Demon.

Romeo could get pissed off and drive a bullet through my head while taking the girl with him as they drive off into the sunset.

I blew out a breath I didn't know I was holding and looked up into the stars.

While pulling up I could see two figures, but I couldn't make out their faces.

Before I could say anything Romeo eyes widened as he abruptly stopped the car making my eyes widen as I tried to hang onto the seat.

His lips parted dramatically as if he couldn't believe what he was seeing.

I looked infront of me once again now being able to clearly see the two figures.

The one on the right was a girl I knew very well, but there was a man standing to the far left of her, but he didn't seem to be familiar to me.

"Stay in the car and don't get out no matter what." He instructed making me shrink into my seat

Romeo quickly unbuckled his seatbelt making his way to the two figures.

"What the hell is this?!" He screamed to the man storming his way up to him gripping his collar

I contemplated whether on getting out the car or not because I knew he'd be mad, but I knew if I didn't the poor boy could get seriously hurt.

"Answer me, dammit!" Romeo screamed making the boy wince and put his hands in surrender

I hurriedly took my seatbelt off and opened the door knowing I was the only who could calm him.

"Stop Romeo!" I yelled

All eyes turned to me and I immediately regretted stepping foot out of the car, but Romeo wasn't the only one who wanted answers.

These people have been spying on us, and I wanna know why.

"Tell me what the hell is going on." I asked calmly

All of them blinked still looking at me with a serious face and I couldn't help but to feel small.

"Yeah, I'd like to know that as well Richy." Romeo added

The girl and I looked at each other raising a brow and looked at the boys who were still planted in the same spot.

"How do you know him?" The girl asked curiously

The both of them sighed heavily and I knew this entire conversation will give me a headache.

"We grew up together, we were like brothers. We would go everywhere together, but one day he left without telling me why. I pleaded him to tell me what was happening. I was at least 6 at the time and all I knew was my older brother was leaving me. I pleaded my father to tell me, but he didn't tell me either, and he had me work with him inside of his labs and told me not to tell anyone about it. Years later he welcomed me to the drug dealing business, and ever since the age of 13, I was making and selling drugs to random people on the block." Romeo said with venom and regret clearly laced in his voice

I looked at him my lips slightly parted as he was basically throwing his broken childhood onto the ground.

I looked at the male Romeo was still holding and his expression changed constantly.

Who could do that to a six year old?

Who could just do that to someone so small and innocent?

Who could do that to someone who barely understood anything?

Who even had the heart?

"This is why you're here; to lay everything on the table, so we can finally find a solution to this." The girl said adding to the tension

Everyone looked at her with skeptical eyes.

I can tell that a lot of shit is about to be brought into the spotlight.

A lot that could fuck up my future

Everyone eyed me while walking inside the warehouse. I knew this would be the reaction if get it of them, but now that is actually happening it's like I'm the Queen and they're my servants following me inside of a castle.

We all stepped into the middle of the broken and disorientated room and continued to look at each other.

"Well are one of y'all going to talk. I need answers." Kaylee stated making me chuckle

The guys shook their heads but cleared their throats making me laugh harder.

"I'll go first." Romeo started

"Alright." I said already knowing he was probably going to be the first person who'd give his side of the story

"Well, as you all know, I'm Romeo. The son of Ronny Henderson, and he's been trying to make me go back into his drug dealing business but I've been refusing. He has been trying to harm me these last couple of months, and now that I have a girlfriend, I'd like for him to stop. The only problem is, I don't know where he is, and I don't know his plans, but I bet you two do don't you?" He asked raising a brow

Before I could say anything, Richy cut me off.

"Yeah, we do. We've been the pair that's been spying on you. I'm pretty sure we were recruited for different reasons but I can assure you we're trying to get away from him as well."

"What do you mean?" Kaylee asked

"My name is Richy and I'm here to avenge my father." Richy replied with a sigh

"As you all know, my name is Amelia and I'm here because Demon said he would protect my father from death but he lied. I am here to avenge my father as well." I spoke in a gruff tone

Just thinking about what he's done makes me mad

"So how did y'all begin working for him, and why haven't y'all spoke up about going against him?" Romeo asked crossing his arms

"For me, it was a year ago. I had just got this "job", and he promised me he'd take care of my father when he was sick. My family name is Peterson, and as you know, once someone in your family is sick, the media presses the family. Demon claimed he could help my father back to health, but that wasn't the case a week ago. My father passed last week due to a heart attack." I ended with tears threatening to fall

I looked up to see Richy already placing his arms around me.

I let him embrace me, and dug my face into his chest. It was a beautiful decision on my end because I didn't want him to let me go.

Not now... Not ever

I heard a throat being cleared and peeked over Richy's shoulder to see Romeo and Kaylee smirking at us.

I pulled back and Richy immediately looked over to Romeo as he muttered "cock block".

I blushed heavily but didn't speak on it.

"Why are you here then?" Kaylee asked averting her attention to Richy

Romeo immediately stepped behind her wrapping his arms around her waist while laying his head in the crook of her neck.

Richy puffed his chest out and crossed his arms speaking in a low tone making shivers travel up and down my spine in delicious ways.

"Demon betrayed my father when they were younger. Which was why I had to move, but instead of having my father come with us to San Antonio, Demon murdered him. So now I am here to avenge my father and murder the other one." He finished with a smirk on his face

Kaylee and Romeo looked at the both of us weirdly.

Romeo opened his mouth to say something but Kaylee beat him to it.

"Ok, who the hell is 'Demon'?"

"Ronny. We refer to him as that because of his past." Richy answered

"Oh." She replied

"Well what's the plan?" Romeo asked from behind her

"Well, Richy and I know where he's at 24/7 so we can trick him into staying there and having his squad leave him. I just want to inform you all, this will not be an easy war. Ronny might be old, but he's definitely a mastermind, and he might use anything against you." I spoke with all seriousness

This was going to be a fight I needed all of them to participate in, because I realized that we all promised our love ones that we will have a clean name and life.

I just hope that happens

Amelia's words struck something within me making me want to fight the person who so called loved his son.

It's crazy how we could be ready to prepare for the fight of our lives and we're still being lovey dovey.

But I needed this reassurance to feel safe and protected.

But then again, no matter what we do.
