Ambitious women were rare in her period so people around didn't even make an attempt to understand her ,rather straight went into judgements . She had no time to complain though . Space science has always fascinated her , there were so many things left unexplored .

When all the girls her age went to singing and dance class , she used to sit and solve problems . Strong foundation in science and mathematics , she knew her dreams were big and she has to sacrifice whatever it takes . Her parents who followed a simple lifestyle wanted the same for their daughter which she didn't approve and came out of the house when she finished school . Working and studying was tough ,but with scholarships she had some help through that journey .

Her aim was to join the NASA  , explore the earth and beyond .

She'd sit and study for like straight 24 hours. Her mind was able to take it , but the body failed . She had some medical trouble on the path . When she was doing her PhD , she met Neil - A physiotherapist . He was a nice guy. Maybe it was because of her weak condition or maybe she really wanted it , they started hanging out .

And one day when she found out about her pregnancy, it shook her . She feared this might become an obstacle in her life. The sole reason she cut ties with her parents , family holds people back . She was afraid , but Neil convinced her somehow and they god married .

Well , Neil loved his wife but her obsession with the research and stuff ? Not really . At a certain point they hardly spoke to each other at home. She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy . At times she'd sit and play with him but nothing was gonna stop her from doing her work . It did seem like she was someone else's wife before his, Neil tried to understand and give her some space .

She was the happiest when she made it into NASA , he could tell because the reaction was 10 times better than the one she had when their son was born .

Neil coped up with her ignorance to some extent , but when it started impacting their son , he grew angry . They used to fight all night , many nights . Their son who grew up watching only that , didn't seem to posses much of affection for them from the start . He did take time but learned to look past them .

She knew this would happen . That's what family does, it sets boundaries. It was a tough period in her life but still did she give excuses , no . She realised that their son has started distancing himself from everything , and she just let him be . I tried my best , she used to tell this whenever guilt covers her mind .

That's why she didn't even bother much about his personal life , relationship, love life. Ofcourse Neil was strict, they were a broken family , yes but they were like the richest people in town . No way he was gonna let his son marry some girl just like that . His son called him out just right , double standard. Money and power does things to people , Neil changed. He was very stubborn and opposing until he fell tired . Cause he alone kept shouting everyday , this and that , while his wife was nowhere found .

Well , a few years back if anyone had told her a time capsule was possible , she'd have laughed . But one day this random  physics professor lands into her R and D lab , to show one hell  of a theory making her go insane . After that she knew nothing was more important in her life . If this happens , it's almost like immortality.

This young professor seemed just the right man on whose research she spent abundant . The government doesn't easily approve such projects just like that , it would take years to follow up on it cause people still drew lines on graph sheets to direct dimensions and here is the man who dreams of sending messages to the past and future .

She invested all her money and time into it , both worked together , outside the ethical  radar .

Yet again a tough road she took . Years passed by and they weren't even close. There were times when they both would loose patience and go through hell . But dreamers don't give up easily , they continued .

It was just a random day , same as everyday . They were fighting again, that's why she called it same as all . But today the problem wasn't about her , rather her boy . His life decisions  have been the last things she had on her mind lately but not today . This has to stop and he has to understand what and why she's insisting him to take a decision . But he didn't seem to budge though , that's what love does to people she learned seeing him . So did she ever love Neil at all, yes there was a time .

'We did it mam !! We did it ! I verified the preliminary journey , yeah the rear zone. Even I can't believe this , whoa ! We can go on with the ...'

Her eyes blew out big as his words entered into her ears. Neil almost thought she went into some shock , by seeing her reactions.

At once she left , like she always does . This time she was in a hurry because it's time to finally shut him down , the physics prodigy. It was always her plan from the beginning .

Time is one great power any man/woman can posses on this world and she hated to share this power with anyone. Was she such a cruel beast ? Beast enough to kill people , maybe she has become one. Sadly his whole family has to leave . Sacrifices .

She always knew how smart of a man he could be , she wasn't any less too . Technology helps ,she designed a device and installed a cloud structure in it so that whenever a message is rallied back and forth it is stored in this  with the time details . He doesn't know such a device exists actually .

On the way she listened to his first journey , it was a normal preliminary test . Another one was, yeah  she knew what that was , their three year old child was yet to speak a word any word . They were worried she might never . She hardly makes sound while crying too , which feared them even more. That's what they were trying to check .

'how is she doing now ? Did she wish you both today , with a song maybe ?'

This message wasn't pushed forth though , and she knew why . Were they safe in the future ?

Safe for now , she went  to his house with full force knowing a family oriented person like him will definitely give in . But he did outsmart her by changing the host . His wife's rear zone journey came up unexpectedly, but still , she had the upper hand with this device . Even if they did go back and alarm the past host , she will know it .

' This is not happening Mom, you can't force me like this. I won't leave her '

She saw her son shouting and it only made her more angry . The sudden beep sound from the device caught her attention, she quickly took it and vanished inside her room leaving them annoyed .

' A host can only perform two journeys in one day , I already did one to the  rear zone during the test and forward is not gonna work cause I ...you you carry this  back , back before I knew it worked , this morning . Buy us some time , let us know the truth about Mam . She is coming to kill us for the locket . Check if it spins past today , destroy it , leave the city . Go somewhere , keep our lucky safe .'

It works , she felt ecstatic .

Ok this is why she designed this gadget , she knew it . Her calculations gone wrong ? Never . Immediately she left to chase them down wherever they were . Putting the pistol case inside the stash , she drove fast .

'lucky's safe ,  safe ,  safe  safe...'

Ok now this terrified her , what were they doing !  And the journey was successful . Lucky is the host now ? So the baby is safe  in future ? What hell!! How's that possible . She stomped the accelerator hard.

By the time she could track them down and get to that spot , everything was over. Both were found dead in a car crash , in front of the college building .

But where is Lucky , the host . She was going insane ,her head was ready to blast in terror . Wait , default lapse is 5 minutes . That is if the device is not deactivated by the secondary host it will return back to the primary host in 5 minutes automatically , but for that again , where is the host ! She was enraged .

Maya looked like a hungry animal  that second .
