3rd person POV.

Levi Richmond, a down on his luck, level 0, college student. Currently having trouble at college, and with his relationship.

Sora: Get out!

Levi: Wait! Sora, please!

(Door slam)

Sora, is now the ex-girlfriend of Levi.

After Levi took some of her money to pay his debt and in her words "not providing anything" she kicked him out of her apartment.

Levi: D-damnit.........

Levi began walking away, trying to think what he could do to make things write with the love of his life.

Levi: Idiot! What was I thinking......?

Levi: I took advantage of the best thing that ever happened to me.

Levi: I'm probably the unluckiest person in the world.

Unkown to him, a certain male in academy city sneezed after he said that.

Levi eventually ended up in a park.

He was sitting alone in a bench, contemplating on what to do.

???: Life is difficult for the weak, isn't it?

Levi surprised by the sudden appearance of a voice, looked twords the direction the voice came from.

He looked to his right to see a man, sitting on the same bench he was.

???: The rich and powerful rule this world. But if you want to win your love back, you must become one of them.

The mysterious man slides a device to him.

???: Use this if you want to be a level 5 esper.

The man then leaves.

Levi wanted Sora back. He wanted to be someone. He wanted to give Sora everything she deserves.

Levi takes the device and uses it to inject the progeπitor drug into himself.

Levi: He... Hehehe. Hehehehe hehehehe!

(Play opening)

(Y/n) was in a classroom with one other person.

Einstein: And that's my theory of relativity.

(Y/n): Interesting. Really interesting! You're going to be a house hold name when you tell people about that.

Einstein: Thank you, my lad.

(Y/n) takes out a pocket watch from his pocket.

(Y/n): Sadly, I must leave. Until next time.

Einstein: Until next time.

(Y/n) leaves the room, and finds a place where no one could see him. He then time traveled back to present day.

(Y/n):(sight)........ Now, let's get back to academy city.

TIMESKIP

(Y/n) was now back in Academy city. He took out his phone and called Misaka.

Misaka:(on phone) Hello? Who is this?

(Y/n): Misaka, my lovely assistant. How have you been?

Misaka:(on phone) (Y/n)? How did you get my number? And what did you call me?

(Y/n): The answer to both of those questions is not important.

Misaka:(on phone) I've been trying to get in contact with you, where have you been?

(Y/n): The question should be when, but it makes no difference. I skipped a week by accident apparently. So tell me, what's been going on?

Misaka:(on phone) Well, there has been multiple bank robberies, by a unkown esper.

(Y/n): Okay. Tell me where you are?

Misaka:(on phone) I'm in my dorm. Why?

(Y/n): I'll be there in a few seconds.

He hangs up, and stops time. He then makes his way to Misaka's dorm.

TIMESKIP.

(Y/n) let himself in Misaka's dorm and then restarted time.

(Y/n): Good day!

Misaka: Eeeeek!

(Y/n): My goodness, that was most adorable eek I've ever heard. I didn't know you had it in you.

Misaka began unknowingly blasting electricity out of her.

Misaka: I swear, if you tell anyone about this I'll-

(Y/n): Now now, we both know that I'm stronger than you, but none the less I apologise.

(Y/n): Now tell me more about these bank robberies.

Misaka takes a deep breath and calmed herself down.

Misaka: During the last week, a unkown esper, has gotten himself in the vaults in banks and stolen the money inside. Whoever they are, they destroy the cameras before anyone could see there face.

(Y/n): Do we know how they get into the vaults?

Misaka: It's believed, it's some form of teleportation.

(Y/n): Is there any footage of the bank robberies?

Misaka: The police and the banks probably have some, but nothing has been released to the public. Everything I told you, was all the public knows.

(Y/n): Fascinating.

Misaka: What is?

(Y/n): I don't know yet, but I'll tell you once I see it.

Misaka: Okay..... Should we find a way to get out hands on some of that footage?

(Y/n): Oh no, that will be a waste. We can get much more information, by getting inside one of those vaults.

Misaka: How will that help?

(Y/n):(smiles) That's a surprise. Just take me to one of those Banks thats been robbed.

TIMESKIP

Misaka brought (Y/n) to one of the banks that was robbed.

(Y/n) offered his hand to Misaka.

Misaka: What?

(Y/n): Are you slow or something? Give me your hand, so I can stop time.

Misaka: Oh.

She grabbed his hand, and (Y/n) stopped time. They then began walking into the bank.

Misaka: Does stopping time ever get old?

(Y/n): Nope. But when you do it often, then you begin to lose track of time very often.

The two walked into the vault.

(Y/n): Okay, this where the surprise is going to happen.

Misaka: What are you going to do?

(Y/n):(smirks) Watch.

He held his free hand out and see through images of people began to appear. It was like watching 3D holographic security footage.

Misaka: What are you doing?

(Y/n): This is the surprise. I'm rewinding time of the light that was in this room. This way we can see who the culprit is.

When he rewind the light to the point the culprit arrived, they saw how he did it.

The person who stole the money was a certain college student. He got in, by creating a portal and walking through it.

(Y/n): Fascinating! This is the Fascinating thing I was talking about!

Misaka: Why is that so fascinating? He's teleporting.

(Y/n): No. He's creating a portal that connects two points in space.

(Y/n) takes out his phone and takes a picture of the image of the man who's stealing the money.

(Y/n): I'll send this to my people, and we'll see what comes up.

The duo leave the bank.

After seeing how the culprit preformed his crimes, (Y/n) became inspired, and began questioning if he himself could preform a certain ability.

TIMESKIP

Misaka and (Y/n) were in front of a apartment complex.

(Y/n): The guys name is Levi Richmond. He lives with his girlfriend and is a college student. Level 0 and money problems. Yeah, this is definitely a Progeπitor case.

Misaka: Do you think he's here?

(Y/n): No, not at all.

Misaka: Why are we here then?

(Y/n): He's girlfriend lives here, she should be able to tell us more about him. And that should help us deduce where he could be.

Misaka: Okay, let's get going.

The two walk into the apartment complex, and twords the door of Sora.

(Knock knock knock)

A moment passes, then the door opens.

Sora: Hello? Can I help you two?

Misaka: Do you know a guy named Levi Richmond?

Sora: Yeah.... He's my ex, how do you know him.

(Y/n) peeks behind Sora to see some expensive looking gifts.

Misaka: We don't actually know him personally, we just want to know a little about him, if you wouldn't mind.

Sora: Why do you two kids want to know about that sleazeball?

Misaka: Uhh... Well you see....

(Y/n): Those are expensive looking gifts, who gave them to you?

Sora: I don't know, they just appeared in my apartment.

Sora: Who are you kids?

(Y/n): Us? Oh no body important, we're just two level 5 espers.

Sora: Did you say level 5...?

(Y/n): Yes. And we have reason to believe that Levi has taken a dangerous drug that gave him abilities of a level 5. The drug has seriously altered his brain chemistry. He's most likely the one who gave you the gifts.

Sora: I-is he going to be okay?

(Y/n): If you can tell us a little about him, then we might be able to help him before anything serious happens.

Sora: A-alright....

The two entered her apartment. Sora then talks about Levi, and how he's been real unlucky lately and hasn't been doing well at college. She continued to talk about him for awhile.

(Y/n): Okay, I think I know enough about him.

Misaka: Do you have any idea where he could be now?

(Y/n): A few........ But staying here will give us the highest chance of getting him.

(Y/n): He's going to bring Sora more gifts, so we wait until he opens a portal, and then jump through it.

Misaka: I feel like there should be more to that plan....

(Y/n): Pish posh! It'll be fine. Sora dearie, will you allow us to stay here until he comes.

Sora: Of course, if this will help him.

(Y/n): Don't worry, he'll be fine.

TIMESKIP.

Misaka and (Y/n) were hiding in Sora's apartment, waiting for Levi to bring a gift.

When a portal opened, and they saw Levi about to bring gifts through, the tackled him and passed through the portal, they where now in a wearhouse.

Levi: Who are you two!?

(Y/n): The people who are going to save you from that drug.

Levi: I don't need help, I have power! I can be what Sora deserves!

Levi opens a small portal and punches it. His fist enters a portal, another portal appeared behind Misaka, and Levis fist comes out of it. (Y/n) pushes Misaka out of the way of the attack.

(Y/n): Close one.

Misaka began running twords Levi. She fired a bolt of electricity at Levi, but he created a portal to avoid the attack. The lighting that Misaka fired went into the portal, and another portal opened, and the lighting she fire came out of it and hit her.

Misaka was un-effective by the lighting.

Misaka continued to fire electricity at him, but the same process as before repeated. Misaka tried to get close, but he would always send her back.

(Y/n) simply watched how Levi used his abilities.

(Y/n):Hmmmmm........

Misaka: Are you going to help!?

(Y/n): Give me a moment........... Aaaaaaannnnnd, done. Okay, time to end this.

(Y/n) paused time and walked twords Levi. Once he was in front of him, he lightly pushed him, then restarted time.

Levi was sent flying to the wall, and he got knocked out.

Misato: Why didn't you do that before?!

(Y/n): I was learning.

(Y/n) then walked up to Levi and began reversing his time, until he was back to normal. (Y/n) then called his people to pick him up.

(Y/n): Its over. You can go. I'll wait here.

Misaka: Okay then...... Bye.

(Y/n) looked at Levi.

(Y/n):....... Thanks for the new skill.
