 Iskall's POV:

 I sighed as we passed over the vast ocean. We were both silent for the whole journey, but I honestly didn't know what to even talk about. There was a heavy feeling in my chest as X's base slowly came into view. 

 On the rooftop, Mumbo, X, and Rik were standing around. Mumbo turned and pointed up towards me. I glided towards the roof and landed gently. 

 I put Netty down and she fixed her shirt. X waved at me and Netty. He had a tired look on his face as he took his helmet off. 

 " So, an oozing creature attacked EVO?" X frowned as Netty nodded. I took out the cloth and handed it to X. He looked over it as I explained what I found out with the scan. X's eyes widened slightly, " That's...." he frowned deeply as he looked at it with his tired, stressed eyes.

 X scanned the cloth and the ooze. He looked over at Rik, " Does this match what you found on that tree before the others went missing?" he asked. Rik took the cloth carefully. He shivered when he touched the blackened ooze on it.

 Rik looked up at X, " Yeah; however, it was more blue than this one." he explained as he handed the ooze back to X. The admin gently placed the ooze into a tiny shulker box, " I don't want anyone else to touch this.... thing..." he mumbled as the four of us nodded.

 I crossed my arms, " Hey, Rik?" I looked over at him. Rik shuffled slightly as he slightly broken peg leg tapped against the ground. 

 " What happened in your world?" I questioned in a low voice. Mumbo cocked his head to the side, " Yeah, you got here before the three of us did." he rubbed his moustache. 

 The red member of Stumpt looked down. He let out a sigh, " I failed to keep my friends safe.... again apparently..." Rik fixed his ear ring as he turned around. The man walked over to a lawn chair and sat down. He scratched his beard tiredly.

 Rik sighed, " The thing that attacked Netty's world." he looked up towards the sky. The stumpt member let out a sigh, " It got into our world and managed to get its ooze into Ash's mouth, then he electrocuted Price and knocked him out. " Rik explained. He looked down at his hands, " Jasmine shoved me through the portal and told me to find X." he pointed up at X.

 I looked over at the admin. X nodded his head as he scratched his beard, " He woke me up at roughly three am. When I was actually awake, Rik passed out from exhaustion and this." X walked over to the taller man.

 X turned Rik around and forced him to raise his shirt. Rik sighed and complied with taking his shirt off. X pointed towards a corrupted, black stripe that coursed down Rik's back. It looked like it was pulsating.

 Rik put his shirt on and groaned as he held his head. X lowered Rik back down into the chair. He looked up at the sigh. X looked at him, " I've done some scans on Rik's back, and the weird ooze is draining the life out of him... It won't kill him, but he'll be going in and out of blackouts." he explained as Rik groaned louder. 

 " How much... gah... How much energy do I even have left?" Rik questioned as he crossed his arms. X let out a sigh, " Well, Mr. Stand-up-too-much, if you keep standing up so many times, then you'll be out like a light in an hour." X shook his head with a sad look.

 Mumbo took a step forward, " So, we're just going to have to carry Mr. Rik to some place safe, right?" he questioned as Rik shook his head. Before Rik could even respond in his annoyed manner, Mumbo cut him off, " No arguments about it mate. That cut of yours is deeper than that one trench in the ocean!" he huffed.

 I leaned back slightly. Mumbo, when he needs to be, can be a real protective stick in the mud. I suppose he got that from working with Stress a bunch. Grian being a dangerous short guy that liked climbing onto dangerously high things was also a factor. 

 I looked out at Netty. She was sitting down with her legs hanging out over the edge. The wind was pushing as her ears as she looked down. I sat down next to her, " Hey Netty...." I frowned as she looked up at me.

 " Iskall, will we be able to save Martyn and the others?" Netty questioned as I frowned. That's a good question. I've been doing some research on my communicator, and it says that no one can get into the server. The only people even on were Netty, Mumbo, Rik, X, and I. 

 Well, we were the only ones present.

 Tango, wherever he was, is online. I just don't know where he is. I saw him going to his home a few hours ago, but I just don't know where he is now. I wish I did, another fighter would be good for taking on whatever this thing is. 

 I shook my head and looked at Netty, " I think we will Netty. We just need to know what kind of powers this thing has..." I told her with a faint smile. Netty nodded slowly, " Come on Netty, you're asking a world class PVP member. One that rivals that Antvenom and Captainsparklez." I grinned as I stood up.

 I held my hand out and Netty stood up with it. The hybrid nodded at me as we followed Mumbo, carrying Rik, and X down the stairs into X's base.
