Shinigami then proceeded to a building and he saw his target.

???: The legendary Shinigami?! Isn't this a pleasant surprise?

Shinigami: Cut the shit, Oliva... *unsheathes katana* I'm here to kill, not talk...

We can now see the number 5 pro hero; Miruko/Rumi Usagiyama heading to her office because she has been assigned a Government liaison, much to her annoyance due to the fact that she hated the "suits" as she called them.

She had arrived and she saw a very handsome man with emerald green eyes and hair and freckles wearing a cheap suit.

Miruko: (Cute... But I still hate him.) Who the fuck are you?

Izuku: Ah, Miruko... Hello, I'm your government liaison, Col. Izuku Midoriya at your service. *bows*
