Slumping on the chair and stretching his legs out he watched the scene getting. He sighs and took his phone out to see if there is any message or miscalled from his wife. He frowns not finding none. Nevertheless he thought of calling his Jaan.

He leans back on his chair and ruffling his hair dials her number. He again dialled her number when she didn't answer the call first time. He ended the call when she didn't answer him.

He then thought of dropping her message. He quickly messaged her and closing his phone and putting it back in his pocket stood up when his scene was ready to shoot.

Huffing loudly and pulling her hair into bun she tidy up the rooms while walking to bed and found the twins faster asleep.  She smiles and pecking their head gently thought to shower while they are sleeping.

Wrapping in bathrobe and wet hair falling down her back she walks out of the washroom and glanced over the bed where the twins is still sleeping.

Since morning it has been hectic. They both woke up at 4pm and was handling the twins who was giving the new parent hard time early in the morning. Neil had to leave the house by 7am because he had to go for his shoot. He didn't have hie breakfast as his wife was busy handling the twins.

He didn't complain though but she felt so bad for letting him go like that. She has starts to miss him.

She is so worked with the twins, doesn't get quality time with Neil. She sighs and glances over the clock then looks at the twins who were faster sleep after having their feed.

She took her phone and dials swetha number who picked it in one ring.

Swetha : hello Avni.

Avni : hello mom. I'm sorry to bother you. I was wondering if you could look after the twins. Neil didn't have his breakfast. Will you able to look after the twins for few hours?

Swetha : is this even to ask beta. Of course I'll look after my grandchildren's. Drop them home. I'll call Neela too. We will have so much fun today. What time will you be dropping them?

Avni :mom! I'll drop in an hour. They are sleeping right now so after making Neil's lunch then I'll bring them home.

Swetha: alright! Do you want to make the lunch for Neil? You seem to be tired. I can make it and you take it with you when drop the twins home.

Avni : no! I want to make the lunch for Neil. You don't worry I'll manage. I'll see you soon.

Swetha bidding bye ends the call. Avni sighs and leaving the phone in room itself she went to kitchen not before glancing over the times who were faster sleep.

She then rushed to kitchen and starts preparing for Neil's lunch, in less time she made what she could. She packed everything in a tiffin box and cleaning the counter she rushed back to the room where she found Reyansh wide awake.

Reaching towards him she picks him up in her arms with a smile and starts playing with him little.

The twins were wide awake and playing with themselves. Meanwhile Avni decided to get change and get their bags ready.

She has difficult to manage both of them alone but managing herself she settled them in car on their baby seats and hoping into driver seat she drove to khanna mansion.

It didn't take much long for her to reach khanna mansion and the traffic was very slow today thankfully. Holding the twins in her both arms smiles at the guard who opens the door for her and holding their bags.

She headed inside and rang the door bell. A minute seconds the door opens revealing excited swetha and Neela grinning at each other and immediately grabs onto the twins. She smirks at her mother and hands the bag to butler who went inside.

Avni : I should leave now. I'll be back within few hours. I have got their milk ready and everything is their bag. Please do call me when they trouble you both. Where's Bebe? I don't see her.

Swetha: she's in her room resting. I haven't told her about them arriving yet. She's hell excited to be with them. I'll take her to Bebe's room.

Avni nodded her head and kissing the twins forehead and bidding bye to her mother's leaves.

She got back inside the car and drove to film city where Neil was shooting for today. But unfortunately traffic that way was terrible. Her head starts aching being stuck in the traffic for so long.

Finally after many hours later she was able to reach to the set. Soon as she parks the cars and got out with the tiffin box she felt cameras on her. Her eyes turns around and found whole media people right behind the film city.

Deeply she sighs and waving at them she quickly made her way inside and looks around to find Neil. She walk further more and stops seeing where the shooting was taking place.

Her eyes were stuck on Neil's who was sitting alone in his room by the window and deeply lost. Her thoughts were broken by someone calling her.

She looks beside her and found someone from their team. She smiles and greets him.

Avni : hello! How long will this scene take to be complete?

Person : it won't be any longer Mrs khanna. Do you want to escort you to Neil's sir vanity room? We aren't expecting any family members on set today.

Avni : oh I'm sorry! I did come unexpectedly and uninvited. Neil doesn't not know about my arrival. Can you please show me his vanity room? I'll wait for him there.

The person nodded and guides Avni to Neil's vanity. She opens the door and thanking the person she gets inside and looks around the vanity room.

She placed the tiffin on coffee table and sit down on couch taking her phone out. She starts to scroll her phone or more like dropping messages to Swetha seeing how are the twins were doing back home.

The vanity door flung opens revealing Neil there. He comes inside and looks at his wife who hadn't noticed him as she was busy on the phone.

He closed the door and slowly walks inside and when behind her wrapping his hand around her shoulder making her flinch. He chuckles and dips his face in crook of her neck and inhales.

Neil : Jaan! I wasn't expecting this sudden lovely surprise. I'm so happy to see you. Where the Aadhira and Reyansh.

He comes front after dropping a kiss onto her neck and sits beside her with his one hand resting on her cheek. He smiles as he looked over the tiffin box placed on the coffee table.

He glanced back at his wife who was still looking lost her in her thoughts. He sighs and clicks his finger at her making her come out trance looking at him.

Avni : huh? Neil when did you come sat beside me?

He chuckles and smiles pulling her closer with his arms brushing against her shoulder.

Neil :where are you lost Jaan? You didn't even notice me sitting beside you. What are you thinking about?

Avni : I wasn't thinking about anything but our twins. I have left them at home with our parents.

Neil nodded his head and cupping face face made her turn around and wrapping his arm around her waist he looks at her. He got comforter on the couch before scooping her up and making her sit on his lap.

His fingers stroking her thigh while cupping her face pecks her forehead.

Neil : I missed you so much Jaan. These days have so hectic and stressful even to sit together and talk.

Avni : I know Neil. I'm sorry for neglecting you and your health. Past few days I have noticing you haven't been eating your breakfast leave home without eating. I feel so bad Neil. I feel like, I'm not being a good wife. I feel so terrible Neil. I'm sorry.

Neil shook his head and brushed his thumb against her eyes before she can start crying.

Neil : no Jaan! It's not your fault. I understand you have busy with the twins and it's really hard. It can be difficult for you too. I do understand. I'm not even complaining. Dare you say my wife isn't a good wife. She's best wife in whole universe and mother too. You're the best and most important woman of our lives Jaan. Our babies are proud to have mother as you Jaan. You can't be underestimating yourself. You're the best. You haven't let any one of us down.

Her eyes were filled with tears hearing his voice words and her heart starts race. Her heart couldn't hold this feeling anymore. She felt like crying in his arms.

He understood and tightened his grip around her body and leans into his chest holding up on her tears. He pecks back of her head numerous of times and kept whispering sweets words to her making her feel better.

Neil decided to divert her attention away so he glanced over the tiffin and smirks when an idea hits him.

Neil : Jaan, how was thinking about spending?

She tilts her head around to see him and got confused seeing him smiling so brightly.

Avni : what are you thinking Neil?

Neil : Jaan! You brought me food but you didn't even ask if I was hungry or not.

She slapped her forehead when realisation hits her and quickly got down his lap and starts opening the tiffin box laid the food out on table and looks at Neil's whose eyes twinkles seeing the food.

She chuckles and calls his name out making him come out trance and he grins looking at his wife.

Neil : when did you make all these Jaan? You didn't had to take troll making all these.

Avni : be quiet Neil. It wasn't trouble but my heart was content and happy when I was making it for you. Now stop talking and eat. You must be hungry.

Neil: yes I'm starving. I can't wait to eat the these delicious food.

She chuckles and starts to serve him in a plate and gestures him to eat. He blinks his eyes and taking a bite forwards to her making her look at her.

He shook his head and gestures her to take a bite. She sighs and took the bite and chewed it while taking a bite for him.

Neil : how can I eat when I know my wife hasn't eaten? I can't be mad at you at this time Jaan. How many times I have told you not to skip your meals? But do you listen to me? Of course not.

Avni : I'm sorry Neil. I was getting late to come here. I don't repeat it again.

He nodded his head and fed her another bite while she did the same. Like this they fed each other and cleaning their hands looks at each other.

Avni : I should leave now. You must be holding up your shoots.

Neil : please stay Jaan. I don't want you to go.

Avni : I can't stay Neil. I have to see the twins. They must be troubling our parents. Please come home early.

He nodded his head and stealing a small peck from her lets her go. She packed her stuff and kissing his cheek leaves from there.

New start to begin the year.

I had plan to update them during Christmas holiday but then I had work commitments and wasn't able to plus I had to complete my other book.

I'll daily update this book now.
