Three months,

Bitting a pen between her lips, she leans back on the chair glancing down at a design she had been tying to trying to complete since morning but wasn't able finish up as her thoughts drifts away.

Her eyes fell on the phone that vibrates. She got the phone and looks at the caller id. She smiles answering the call.

She puts on speaker pressing her forehead as she felt pain rushing through through her head. Soon as she heard she answered the phone, all she could hear was muffled from other end. She spoke few times to grab their attention but failed badly.

She sighs and hangs up the phone, placing phone on the table she looks at the fruit packed in a container and glances at the time.  Making a horrible face and recalling swetha words she sighs and picks up the container and opens it. She picks up a piece of a orange and shoves it her mouth.

Chewing the orange she decided to finish up sketching. Picking up a pencil, she starts eating some fruits in between.

Her head snaps at the door hearing a knock and frowns thinking who would be there when she knows most of her employees would on lunch breaks and her friends decided to ditch her. She shook her head and shoving another apple in peace she yelled to enter.

Her gaze turns back to on sketching not realising when the door opens and her husband stood there closing the cabin door behind him and folding his arms against his chest smirks watching his wife who was engrossed in sketching and eating some fruits in between.

He stood there good minutes and clears his throat knowing she won't look up if he doesn't do something to make her realise his presence. Her head snaps at the door and her mouth wide open and her eyes widen as she stares him.

He chuckles taking a step towards him. He stood opposite her her chair and flicks his finger on her forehead. She comes out of shock and stand up crashing into his arms. Her arms tightly wrapped around his neck as she snuggles into his chest and tears rolls down her cheek.

Her sniffs alerts Neil to which he broke the hug and cupping her face placed  a soft kiss on her forehead.

Neil : why are you crying Jaan? Aren't you happy to see me? Please don't cry. I don't like to see tears in your eyes. It hurts a lot

He point towards his heart and brushed his thumb against her cheeks wiping her tears. She looks at him before hitting his chest he chuckles loudly and holds her wrist pulling her close.

Neil : when did my wife become so violent? Huh?

He teased her to which she stepped him on his foot. He winched in pain and looks at his wife who wasn't going to melt anytime soon.

He shook his head and pecks her head again. Her eyes locked with him before she hugs him. He smiles wrapping his arms around her waist. He even drops few kisses on head.

Avni : I missed you so much. You were not supposed to come back next week.

Neil caressed her hair and nuzzled her neck making her giggle. He tightens his grip and kissed her neck.

Neil: i missed you too much so soon as shoot finished, I caught the next flight and come back home to see my beautiful wife and my baby.

She smiles breaking the hug and looks at him with a smile.

Avni: when did you land? You should have called me. I could have picked you up.

Neil : I wouldn't wanted it trouble you Jaan. I called up Manik. He dropped me here.

Avni : your best friend is important not me. I understand my importance in your life.

She crossed her ams against her chest and fumes looking at him to which he chuckles and bending down on his knees he looks up. He unfolds her arms and caressed her stomach moving closer.

Neil : hello baby. Did you miss papa? I missed you so much. I hope you didn't trouble you mumma too much.

Her eyes blurs up with tears as she heard him talking to their baby. Her hand rests on his that were placed on her stomach. He looks at her and smiles.

He kissed her stomach and stand up cupping her face. He pecks her forehead.

Neil : I love you you both so much.

Avni : I love you too..

Neil looks at the time then back to her.

Neil: did you have your lunch yet?

She shook her head making him angry but he also shook his head knowing her eating habits.

Neil holds her shoulder and made her sit down on the chair and taking his phone out he orders the foods

He pulls a chair and sat beside her. He looks at her and remembered something.

Neil : I'm sorry I missed your last week doctor appointment. What did the doctor say? Is everything okay?

Avni : yes! Everything is okay. She said just to take care of my health and be careful. She also said to do some morning exercise to keep myself fit. She also advised what to do and what not do. My next appointment is next month. You will come with or right.

Neil : that's so good. I have to plan things out. I will take care of you and our baby. Yes I'll come with you to the next appointment. Have you already booked it?

Avni : yes! She booked as it was available. You won't be busy or going to be out of country?

Neil : no Jaan! The movie shooting wrapped up before I returned back. I'm thinking about not taking big projects till your delivery. I won't don't you to be alone during whole pregnancy. I want to be with you. I might take few offers depending when on what is. Right now I'm not thinking of sighing for a movie. Like Manik was mentioning about the music idea that he wants to cast me. I might do that before I take a short break from movies.

Avni : i really feel bad about this. You will not shoot.

Neil : its not your fault Jaan. Much as I love shooting, I also love my family. My family needs me more than my career. I want to be with you and cherish us being parent. I really love you so much. I would do anything to keep you happy.

She smiles and felt so blessed to have him. He was truly blessed. Neil pecks her forehead and got up hearing a knock knowing their food arrived.

Neil thanks the person who brought it and walks back to the table where he placed it down and looks at his wife who looked excited like a child. He chuckles and asked her to wash her hand.

They both walks into a washroom that were in Avni's cabin. Washing their hands they came back to the table and sat down. Neil took the food out and lays it down on the table.

He shifts little closer and looks at his wife reaction.

Neil : what would you like to have Jaan? I have ordered all of yours favourite.

Her eyes shines up and gestures him to little closer. He frowns but nevertheless comes and grins when he felt her lips touching his cheek. She kissed his cheek and smiles brightly looking at his shocked face.

Avni : thank you so much Neil. I was hungry.

Neil smiles and kissing her cheek and filling a spoonful of a rice with curry he forwards it and looks at her who smiles taking the bite.

Avni : this is so good..

Neil smiles and feeds her more. They both starts eating while talking between. Avni made a face when Neil was telling her to eat more.

Neil : Jaan, please one more bite. Please have this one.

Avni : no Neil! I'm stuffed now. I can't eat anyone. Please.

Neil pressed his lips against her head and looks at her.

Neil: please love, last bite.

She sighs and took the bite and chew it loudly making him chuckle. Neil wipes corner of her mouth with tissue and looks at her who finished chewing the food.

Neil wraps the empty boxes and threw it away. He comes back washing his hand. Avni went to wash her hands. Her body ached up. Her stomach was stuffed. All she wanted was to crash on bed and cuddle to him.

She walks out of the washroom and found him laying down on the couch. She walks to him.

Avni : what are you doing Neil? You looks so uncomfortable. You should ho home and rest.

Neil looks at her and sits up immediately. He holds her wrist and gently pulls her on his lap. His arms secured around her waist. His chin rested on her shoulder.

Neil: I don't want to go home. I love to be with you Jaan. You can finish up your work then we can head home. I don't mind staying here.

Avni : but! You will get back pain. Please, you should go home. I'll be home by evening.

Neil: no! I'm not going anywhere. I'll be with you.

She sighs and leans back. She starts playing with his fingers. Neil looks at her and pecks her cheek.

Neil : what are you thinking Jaan?

Avni : nothing Neil. Shall we go home? I mean my body hurts.

Neil : what? Your body is hurting, you didn't even tell me Jaan. How can you be so careless. Let's go home. You need to rest.

He got worried and panicked very quickly. She stood up and cups his face assuring she was okay. Neil also got up and grabs his stuff.

He looks at her who hasn't have moved away from her place.

Neil : what happened? Why are you standing like that Jaan? Come on. We will go home and rest. I'll massage your back.

She sighs and grabbing her stuff follows him outside of the cabin.
