I ran back into the house as fast as my legs could carry me. If it was Richard I saw at the park I would only have 5 minutes to prepare for him. I opened the door roughly and it slammed off the back wall. Everyone was sitting in the living room and turned when I entered.

"Keyland!" My father shouted angrily.

"Everyone Shut up!" I shout.

My father's jaw dropped. I close the door quickly behind me.

"No offence." I say to him.

I take a deep breath. "Everyone I kinda have an announcement to make. None of you are safe here. I don't have time to explain but I angered somebody very powerful and now he knows you are here. You need to leave here now, no questions asked."

My mother raises her hand. "Keyland one question. Is he as bad as Mortimer?"

"Worse." I stated.

My mum immediately took charge of the situation.

"Everyone grab your go bag lets get this show on the road." Mum barked. Then she turned to me.

"Keyland will you be okay to face him alone?"

"She won't be alone." Liem said firmly.

"Good. Keyland I'm so sorry for everything I've missed, if you need me call this number." She said handing me a card.

"I will, thank you mum!" I say.

"I love you sweetie, I hope someday you can forgive me." She says sadly.

"I love you too mum, and I'm sure you had a good reason."

"None that would justify my leaving you." She says sadly.

"That's in the past now." I smiled. I hugged her quickly before she ran to the vehicle, and the drove away. I swiped a tear off my cheek...

I ran to the kitchen and grabbed a few things to use as weapons. Liem and I set up a strategy, and I knew what to do.
