I made my way over to Kids Cove, careful to avoid all the others. I was getting close to the door when I saw Toy Chica go in and knock on the door, I hid behind a video game. Vixen answered the door.
TC"Hey Vixen."
V"What's up Chica?"
TC"Nothing much, just checking up on you. Anything happen?"
V"No, nothing. Just sitting in here by myself like usual."
TC"Really, let me see the room." They went inside for no more than a minute and they were back out again.
TC"Ok, have a good night."
V"You too, I guess."
She began closing the door and I began walking over. She saw me out of the corner of her eye and left it open a bit. I made my way over to the door, slipped in, and shut the door.
"Hey Vixen."
V"Hey Foxy, what are you doing over here?"
"I was bored, so I was coming to see you."
V"Oh well isn't that nice of you!"
"Yeah well anyways, I tried coming over here earlier but then Balloon Boy woke Toy Chica and she caught me and made sure I didn't go in your room so I lied and said I was walking around for the hell of it and we walked over to that puppet thing and it gave me this locket."
V"oh, can I see?"
"Yeah sure." I pulled out the golden locket and gave it to her.
V"Oh wow." She said, examining the locket. "And you said the puppet gave you this?"
"Yeah, he said it was mine but I don't think I remember anything about it."
V"Interesting... And the tune doesn't remind you of anything?"
"Nope, it's just all weird to me."
V"Yeah, I have no clue." She handed the locket back to me "It looks great though, sounds nice too."
"Yeah I guess it gives me something to look at while I'm sitting in parts and storage."
V"Do you have to go back already?"
"Well I mean Toy Chica was up early last time and was already up once tonight, might as well keep my chances high."
V"Why don't you just stay here?"
"Wha-what?"
V"Yeah, it's not like any of the other animatronics come in here anyways."
"Well ok but I mean I still need to get out before the kids get here."
V"Well I mean, we could see how you interact with them."
"You mean I stay while the kids are here? But it'd be such a sudden change for the families, the staff, the-"
V"Don't worry, I already figured out a few things."
"Oh yeah, like what?"
V"Well, I know that the guards during the day are never aware of what's supposed to be going on so they'd probably just keep you out here as long as you stay out here."
"Vixen, that's nice and all but I just don't think it'll work-"
V"Exactly, that's why we make it work."
"I don't know Vixen, I don't think I'm ready."
V"Nonsense, here I'll help you get started!"
She walked behind me and started tampering with thing, and of course I couldn't see what she was doing.
"Vixen what are you doing?"
V"Don't worry about it, I'm just going to make you a permanent fixture here."
"What?"
I tried to talk more but found that I wasn't able to say anything. Or move. I started to close my eyes as I heard.
V"See you tomorrow Foxy!"

I woke up to Vixen shaking my arm. I was starting down against a wall and Vixen was kneeling in front of me.
V"Are you ready Foxy?!"
"Ready for what?"
V"Your big day of course!"
"Vixen what did you do?"
V"Well I kinda turned you off so you wouldn't leave and now the restaurant is about to open!"
"Wait! I need to get to the parts and services room!"
V"Foxy, you'll be fine. Just follow my lead. This should be routine for you."
I stood up and looked towards the door and saw something in the doorway. I looked closer and it was a little kid, her face lit up when she saw Vixen and ran towards her. Vixen turned around and saw her as the little girl hugged her leg.
Lg"Hi Vixen!"
V"Ahoy there matey!"
Lg"Woah...who's that?"
V"That be Foxy, he's part of me crew!"
The little girl ran up to me and hugged my leg."
Lg"Hi Foxy! I haven't seen you before."
"Hi there lass!"
Lg"Are you new? Because you look different."
"No, I am old. I've just been gone."
A employee walked in with a manager, the little girl turned to look at them and ran off.
Employee"Hey, what's the old fox doing here?"
Manager"I don't know."
Employee"Well, shouldn't you? You are the manager."
Manager"Yeah, but I never hear shit about new plans."
Employee"So... Do we just leave it?"
Manager"Yeah sure, we'll keep a guard in here for a but but it should be fine. Hey Fritz, get over here!"
A man in a security guard outfit walked in, he was a little chubby and average height, he didn't really seem intimidating.
Fritz"What's it?"
Manager"Watch the fox, make sure it works properly."
Fritz"Yes sir."
Manager"Ok cool."
The manager and employee walked out and the guard stayed.
Vixen looked at me and whispered "I told you it would work!" With that, we made up our own little skit and before I knew it the day was over, I was back in the show.
