He almost fell asleep while thinking about the past, the room was very silent and calm, and the warmth of the sun made it easier to fall asleep, but that didn't last long, suddenly he felt something really cold on his cheek which made him jolt up, a shiver ran through his whole body from the sudden change of temperature.

He heard a soft chuckle, and when his blurry vision adjusted to the light and he was seeing clearly, he spotted her, it was her.

"W-why did you do that... you startled me." he said with a fake annoyed tone, but deep down, he felt so happy that she was here again.

"Oh sorry, you just looked so peaceful so I decided to ruin that hehe." She uttered while placing a can of soda and a small box next to his bed, to which he raised an eyebrow.

"Uh.. what's that?" He asked while pointing at the things she just brought him.

"Well, your dumbass barely eats anything, so you'll eat this NOW and in front of me." she used a fake demanding tone, but was more playful than demanding.

"I... don't want t-" she didn't let him finish and placed her finger on his lips to shut him up.

"I am not asking, I am commanding you." she said with a more serious tone, but was still playful, with a grin.

"Eh? And what will you do if I don't listen to your command ma'am?" He replied with a similar tone to hers but more sarcastic.

She looked up pretending to be thinking, then smirked and looked at him with narrow eyes.

"I'll tell everyone that I saw you crying." she uttered with a confident smile.

His heart skipped a beat when she pointed that out loud, his cheeks immediately flushed with embarrassment. So she DID notice?
"What?! I wasn't crying, the place over there w-was just dusty and my eyes are sensitive!" he lied, whishing that she will believe that stupid lie and don't push the matter further.

"Right, right, even though I didn't say where I saw it, seems like you already knew, either way you'll eat what I brought you, now. And by now I mean NOW." she said as she opened the small box and handed it to him, more like shoved it to him, he rolled his eyes but he knew that if he argued more she will ask about it again, so he accepted the box from her hand, their fingertips brushed against each other gently as he did so, her eyes lightened up when she saw him finally taking a bite of the food she brought him.

At first he was eating just to shut her up, but it actually tasted really good.

"You made this?" He asked with a stuffed mouth, which made his cheeks circular like a kid, he actually was starving but he loses his appetite if he's upset.

She chuckled at how adorable he looked then nodded her head with a wide proud grin.

 "Do you like it?" she asked softly.

"Yes, it's great!  thank you." He muttered with a soft smile as he continued to eat until he finished the whole thing and placed the empty box back on the table.

"So you WERE hungry, why didn't you eat anything huh?" she asked while raising an eyebrow, and moving her hair behind her ears, she smelled and looked so good, which made him rudely just stare at her neck.

"Hello!?" she exclaimed which made him flinch out of his staring, he immediately looked away and tried to hide the faint blush that appeared on his cheeks.

"Heh... Sorry what were you saying?" he asked while smiling at her nervously.

"You weren't even LISTENING?" she punched his arm, it wasn't that hard just a light tap but she accidentally hit the bruise on his arm that's why it hurt a lot.

"Ow! What was that for!" his hand went to where she just hit him, to which she immediately felt guilty and raised her hands in surrender.

"Omg I am so sorry I forgot you were hurt." she said softly, the worry was clearly visible on her face.

"What do you mean sorry?! do you want me to break your arm or something!?" his tone shifted to a dark and angry one as he grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer a bit roughly, she shuddered because he never used this tone before, especially with her.

"I-it was just a joke, I didn't actually mean to hurt you..." she said with a shaky voice, and even her hands started trembling too.

He  kept that cold expression for a moment but cracked into laughter and released her hand.

"Omg, I get you EVERY TIME, you should've seen your face!" he continued to laugh while she glared at him.

"It's NOT funny!" she hit him on the same arm but this time she actually meant to hurt him.

"OW! Omg so cruel." he couldn't stop laughing and even had to sit up, his cheeks were a bit red from how much he laughed, but she just crossed her arms and pouted.

"It's my fault for caring about a dumbass like you." she muttered under her breath in annoyance.

He stood up from the bed, it hurt a bit but was bearable now, he walked towards her and smirked.

"Did you just confess that you care about me?" he said sarcastically as he lifted her chin up, to which she immediately got flustered and pushed his hand away.

"Oh shut up! no I don't, Jason... right it was Jason who told me to go check on you." she muttered while looking away trying to hide how shaky her voice actually was.

His smirk grew bigger and he leaned forward a bit, starting intensely into her beautiful hazel eyes which were shining from the small bit of sunlight that was reflected on them.

"Liar, Jason had a project to do, so technically he left before you even came here, by the way you've got really... beautiful eyes." he said as he straightened up again with a wide mocking grin, he didn't even realize that he said that last part out loud.

"Ooh so now YOU'RE complimenting my eyes?" she said sarcastically, she was glad to have taken the upper hand again.

"What! uh no I meant, uh they are, eyes so um... e-eyes are beautiful... not just your eyes I mean-" he got really nervous which made her burst into laughter, to which he followed and started laughing with her as well.

Suddenly they heard the door open roughly, which made them both flinch, she almost got closer to his side but not much though.

"Great so my best friend is officially stolen right?" Said Jason as he crossed his arm, which made Kyle chuckle.

"Omg you're so childish Jason, humph, at least his new friend looks pretty, unlike YOU." she said with a mocking  and sarcastic smile.

"PRETTY? you look like a frog who has five kids and got divorced TWICE." he replied back with the same tone.

"YOU look like an old poor man, who's son was eaten by a shark!" she argued back.

"Omg guys can't you both ever stop fighting, it's annoying." said Kyle as he yawned.

"Anyways I came to tell MY friend that we decided to go on a camping trip." said Jason as he crossed his arms behind his head and leaned into the wall with a smirk.

"Who exactly are we?" asked Kyle as he titled his head in confusion.
"Me and that frog, we technically need to convince Arson to come too because we need his car."
"Stop calling me a FROG! at least if I was a frog then I am a hot frog!" she exclaimed.

Kyle just stood there barley holding back his laughter.

"What on earth are you both bragging about, I am literally losing brain cells every minute I spend here."

"Oh shut up it's not like you're THAT smart yourself." said Jason as he walked towards them.

"Anyways, miss frog will bring a friend of hers with us, and we need to convince Arson to come too, AND your father to let your ass come."

"I had a fight with my father two days ago, there is absolutely no way I'll ask for his permission for anything." said Kyle with a shrug.

"Leave it to me!" said Jason with a proud smile while pointing at himself with his thumb.

"You do realize that my father despises your family right?" he uttered casually as he shoved his hands in his pocket.

"You'll see just take us to your home." said Jason as he patted Kyle's shoulder.
He rubbed his eyes and groaned in annoyance because he knew how dumb Jason can be, it will definitely end with a disaster.

"I hope I don't regret this..."
